Ashtray and I are completely different people. ashtray is the school bad boy who doesn't give a fuck about his grades and always finds a way to get in trouble while I on the other hand as people would say is 'the golden girl'

Me and ashtray originally hated each other but recently I was asked by the school principal to help tutor him to get his grades up.

Of course, he didn't cooperate the first time but slowly he did and that's when I figured out, he was actually a genius and fell in love with him.

After ashtray had gotten his report card and saw all his grades, he was so happy that accidentally kissed me.

Things got awkward between us and a week later he confessed his feelings and we started dating.

Right now, I was with my sister Maddy and her friends when one of them asked how long have we been dating.

"2 months" I replied "okay for the million-dollar question, do you love him?" Maddy asked and I bit my lip to stop me from smiling. "Guys she's blushing" Jules squealed hugging me.

"Okay so where is he right now" kat asked "at a friend's house right now" "call him" Cassie said "why"

"I don't know just ask him anything" they said and I playfully rolled my eyes taking out my phone.

"Okay everyone shut up" I told them "Hey ma what's up" he instantly answered and I blushed at the sudden nickname. "Hey ash what are you doing" i asked and he chuckled "right now I'm at Zack's playing some video games and we might order some pizza for dinner".

"Oh, okay I just wanted to check on yo-" Maddy snatched the phone from me "hey ashtray I just wanted to tell you that you made my sister blush" "MADDY!!" I took the phone and glared at her.

"I'm going to my room" I said leaving.

"Sorry about my sister" I said and he laughed "so I made you blush" he said and my face went a darker shade "umm no" "mhm Lier" "okay shut up" I said and then I started to hear his friends' voices in the background "okay bye got to go" he said "okay bye" "mhmm" he replied which was kinda weird he usually says 'love you'

Ashtray must have missed pressing the end button "Hey ash my man, who was that on the phone" his friends asked "oh just Y/n" he answered. "I'm pretty sure you're in love with her" his friend said and they all laughed

"What no way why would I be in love with her" ash chuckled and it my heart ached.

What the hell is happening?

"Come on boys she's too vanilla to be with my boy ash" Zack said and the all agreed "so you're not with Y/n" his friends asked and he answered no. "she's just a side piece" he said and I couldn't listen anymore.

I closed the call and went to my sister with tears in my eyes "y/n/n what's wrong" she asked pulling me into a hug. And I told them everything.

"just break up with him" rue said "but I like him" I cried "Y/n no he broke your heart then you break his" Maddy said and I though for a second then nodded.

Maddy's friends left and decided to sleep with her tonight which she was happy to hear. 

Next morning, I woke up early and got ready with the help of my sister.

It was much different from my style but who cares I knew ashtray would be pissed. 

On my way to school ashtray texted me to meet at our spot before class starts but I just ignored it.

I entered the school and all eyes were in me, I got my stuff out the locker and headed to class. I could feel the whole class checking me out. Ash came in late and looked surprised to see me, he sat behind me and tried talking to me a couple of times but I just ignored him.

I paper was thrown at my table and I knew it was from ashtray.

Was writing in but I just rolled my eyes and threw the paper away.

After class he came up to me and asked what was wrong. "Excuse me I need to go" I said walked away.

At lunch I was complimented by many people and I could feel ashtray's eyes on me, dean Lewis one of the school jocks asked me out on a date which I wanted to say no but Maddy said yes.

He asked to walk me to class which I happily agreed too.

After school I felt someone grip my arm and pull me aside "Y/n what the fuck" ashtray whispers angrily "what" I rolled my eyes. "What do mean what why did you agree to go out with dean" "it's none of your business" I said and he scoffed "what do mean it's none of my business, your girlfriend your mine".

"I'm not your girlfriend and not yours I'm just your side piece remember" I said and he looked confused but then his eyes widened "you heard that" "Yea I heard that you fucking Lier" i yelled "Don't you ever talk to me and what we had is over" I said pushed him aside.

I fucked up

I fucked up hard and I didn't mean it.

She doesn't understand and I need to explain to her everything.

It was 11pm and I knew Y/n is probably asleep but I need to talk to her.

I walked to her house and climbed the tree next to her bedroom window, I tapped the glass a couple of times then decided to knock on it. The curtness were pulled aside and there I saw her. Y/n in her cute cool cactus pj's.

"Oh my god what are you doing" she opened her window, "I need to talk to you" I said "ashtray its 11pm" "Y/n please you're not answering my text's or calls and it's driving me crazy" "okay fine get in".

I got in and sat on her window seat "what do you wanna talk about" she asked crossing her arms "Y/n I didn't mean what I said, I swear" I said and she scoffed "then why did you say it".

"I don't know I just I...It's my friends you know, were kinda different and for me to date the school's golden girl i-" "your embarrassed to date me is what you're saying" she said offended.

"No no I could never be embarrassed by you" I quickly replied, "then I don't know what's the problem is" she said "Y/n your beautiful, your smart your just perfect and for you to be seen with me it...it will make people talk".

"ashtray I don't care if people talk" "yea you say that now but when you start to hear horrible rumors about both of us you'd wish we haven't told anyone" i told her. 

"even if I did it'll just be a matter of time till they stop" she said "so you wanna go public" I said and ann she nodded "okay then I'll do it tomorrow" "when?" "it'll be a surprise" i said kissing her cheek and leaving.

the next day at lunch time i got on the table and yelled for everyone to shut up. 

"now that I've got your attention I'd like to say somthing...y/n perze is my girlfriend" I heard a couple of gasps and before anyone could talk I said "yes the golden girl, and if anyone has a problem with that just say it to my face..oh and if I hear anyone make up a stupid ruomer about us trust I wont estate to hurt you"

I jumped off the table and sat next to my beautiful girlfriend "thank you babe" she kissed me "anything for you" i smiled.
