Right now I was on a call with my boyfriend and he just broke the news that he won't be able to attend my birthday and I was upset really upset.

"what do you mean you can't come" "sorry baby but Sam wanted us to refilm some scenes and it might take a couple of days" he said and my heart ached. "are you sure you won't be able to come, even the day after," I asked and he shook his head.

"oh okay" I sighed "I'm really sorry Y/n," he said and I nodded "I just wish you were going to be here you know, but I guess it's your job and it's much more important" I mumbled the last part.

After a little while, I still felt miserable that he won't be around so I just lied to him saying that my mom is calling me "okay got to go" I said getting up "about to end the call "hey Y/n wait".

"yea?" "I love you" he said and I smiled a little "love you too".

I ended the call and flopped on the bed feeling my eyes tear up, a knock on my door made me get up and wipe my tears away "come in".

"hey y/n/n" my dad entered my room "is he coming?" he asked sitting next to me, I shook my head and he frowned "why not?".

"the producer's had them re-filming a couple of scenes and most of them are his so yea" he sighed and hugged me "are you okay" he asked and I shrugged "I haven't seen him in 6 whole months and now he tells me that I won't be seeing him on MY BIRTHDAY just makes me wanna cancel my party and cry in bed".

"WAIT dad can you call Sam and ask him to pause the shooting" I told him and he chuckled "Y/n I know that I'm a famous actor but I don't think he would press pause on the filming because I told him".

"but your Robert downy junior, AKA iron man," I said and he laughed "if he says no just blow him up with your suit" I laughed.

My dad and I have a really good relationship, I mean tony stark is my father what do you expect.

"Okay my child do you want to be to cancel your party or..." "it's okay dad you don't have to" "so is the party still on?" "the party is still on iron man" "great let me tell Jarvis" he said making me laugh.

"come on let's go order pizza before mom arrives and tells us no" he said helping me off the bed.

Today was my birthday and I was excited to celebrate it, I opened Instagram and saw some of the posts my friends and family posted.

I smiled liking on his post then started getting ready for the day, I wore a cute outfit and went to work. Just like my dad I am an actor too, right now I'm playing the role of hope mikaelson in the show the originals.

Filming was cut short since the producers knew it was my birthday. I went back to the house and got ready for my birthday party which was bigger than I expected.

damn my dad really went all out!!

Everyone was here from friends to family and even cast members mine and my dad's the only person who was not here was Javon and I really wished he was.

The party was so much fun and right now everyone was singing me a happy birthday "okay Y/n make a wish" my father said, I closed my eyes.

I wish Javon was here...

I blew out the candles and everyone cheered and my dad took me on stage making me sit on a chair with a blindfold on "what's going on" I giggled "I'm going to bring out your present so shut those eyes" he chuckled.

I closed my eyes and heard something heavy being placed Infront of me, I opened my eyes and saw this huge box "dad this is huge what is in there" I laughed "pull the string to reveal your surprise" he said.

I pulled on the string and one whole side fell to the ground surprising me, I looked at what was inside and my eyes widened.

There was he, my boyfriend whom I haven't seen in half a year was standing there with a bouquet of my favorite flower.

"Javon!!" I exclaimed running into his arms, he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him.

Everybody cheered and he finally place me down "happy birthday baby" he kissed my lips "how-when- oh my god I missed you" I hugged him tightly.

"I actually had a couple of scenes left and I would've surprised you at midnight but your father talked to the producers asking them to speed up the process," he said and my heart melted.

I hugged my dad and kissed his cheeks "thanks daddy" "am I not tony stark?" he smiled and I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Now this is you're your gift from me" Javon handed me a box with holes on the side, I opened it and a small puppy jumped into my arms "Javon you didn't" I gasped.

"I did" he smiled "guys I have a puppy," I said showing them the puppy "kid we never agreed to this" my dad glared at Javon scaring him a little "sorry sir I just knew your daughter really wanted a puppy" he said hiding behind me.

"dad stop your scaring him, he just came back" I giggled hugging my boyfriend. "I love you" he kissed my temple "love you more" I smiled holding his hand lacing our fingers together.

Javon sat down and pulled me into his lap while I had the puppy on mine, "so Y/n what will you name your puppy" scarlet asked "I don't know what should we name our little baby" I asked Javon and he chuckled.

"mmmm I don't what about mocha" "ooo mocha sounds good...mocha is your new name little guy" I cooed and the dog barked and started licking my face "awww I love him" I pouted.

"you know yn a dog is a huge responsibility," my mom said "with great cuteness comes great cuteness comes great responsibility, my child" my dad said and we all laughed.
