Everything was dark in the room. The lichen-looking curtains were shut to the world. The only thing illuminated was the teenager's eyes, brightened by her computer screen.

Her bushy mouse-brown hair with her dyed red tips were spread out on a poofy, lilac the pillow  on her bed. Her laptop had a small pug on it, although, it was untouched by the man made light and was invisible to the eye.

The girl bit her nails. Once. Twice. Three times. She was agitated, obviously. Her sky-blue eyes suddenly lit up in excitement and her long, painted nails quickly typed on the keyboard. She pressed enter and waited. She repeated this again.

It may of looked repetitive to some people, but little did they know, all this waiting was for the mini world that she had created. In this world, she was not her name, she was Cira, an energetic yet untrusting loner. This was her world.

But all good things must come to an end. The time was precisely 10:34pm when her mother opened the door and frowned. The girl looked up from her device and saw a large silhouette in the doorway.

Two words omitted from her mother's pursed lips. Two words temporarily froze her world and all it's inhabitants. Two words made the girl snap her laptop shut, and put it on the bedside table. She muttered a goodnight to her mother, and her mother echoed her words and them, promptly left.

Now, the bushy haired girl with sky blue eyes and painted nails, sat. Her bed was stone cold and she felt awake, alive. She had only closed her eyes for once moment, before she was transported to her world, but different.

In a way, she woke up in a forest full of stars. Looking around, the girl murmured to herself, 'Just a dream,' and yet, these words echoed throughout the forest and she knew that this wasn't just a dream.

Then, like it just appeared out of thin air, a bushy Norwegian forest cat appeared before her. The obvious she-cat held the exact same blue eyes that the girl held in her own sockets. The girl stared at this ghost, and the more she looked the weirder it got.

The bushy brown cat was almost transparent, and looked like her fur held the stars. There was only one word to describe this molly, beautiful.

She was rooted to the spot, her stare glued on the stunning forest cat. The she-cat held her gaze, and her piercing blue eyes only told the girl one thing, submit, and the girl obeyed. It was at that moment, when the starry cat got up and started to run towards the girl, she realised that this was not just a dream. Was her world calling to her?

Almost instantly after she thought this, the she-she cat leaped up into her heart, and she absorbed the ghost cat. No, absorbed was not the word. Became one with was better. She would feel the hunt run through her veins. Her painted nails were sharp claws and her blunt teeth became sharp and deadly. She was the cat.

Falling back in shock, she closed her eyes and heard a motherly voice, much like her own mother.

'Fix our mistakes,
Fix our pasts,
You will be joined by many others,
Who's lives will never last,'

'Welcome to the world of Warriors, Hadley.'

A/N: Sorry for such a short chapter. From here on out, chapters will be 1000 - 2000 words. Hopefully longer. I am also looking for an editor and sure, I could use @helloilovecats for all my editing, but she's a duck, so I can't. PM me if ya want to help with editing. Also, I've decided to have a little fact at the end of each chapter, just for laughs.

//Hadley's name came from the TV show, House M.D. The character Hadley got her name from was Remy Hadley aka '13,' a young doctor with huntingtons. In the show, 13 is played by Olivia Wilde.
Hadley's hair is also mirrored to mine, brown with dyed red tips. The only difference is that her brow hair is lighter, while mine seems almost black at times.
In the story, Hadley is around 5"10.//
