An early update because I already wrote half when I posted last chapter. Don't expect romance when they make up. I tried to keep it as simple as possible just so it suits their characters. Hope you all like it.
Stream Adipoli and their respective works whenever you can. Keep them in your prayers. AK was awesome at yesterday's event and Sivu's slaying in her today's outfit. Wishing a successful professional life for them individually.

Chapter Twenty Nine
Sivaangi grabbed Ashwin's hand as she hurriedly stood up with a wide smile. He took his hand from her grip and moved towards kitchen making her frown slightly. She twisted her lips at him for the gesture but then hurried behind him. He was taking dosa batter from the fridge.
"Enaku chapati um paneer butter masala okay" Sivaangi said sitting on the kitchen island that's opposite to the slab that has stove set up.
Half bent, Ashwin paused and turned to look at Sivaangi. Rolling his eyes at her, he took out the dosa batter and stood straight.
"Naan yenna hotel ah nadathuren?" Ashwin scoffed at Sivaangi, "Dosa dhan seiya poren. Venum na sapdu ila bread ah saptu thoongu"
Ashwin moved towards the stove and placed the batter vessel on the kitchen slab. Sivaangi pouted but then tried her luck again.
"Apo dosai ku thakkali chutney?" Sivaangi asked in a low yet audible voice.
Ashwin pretended as if he didn't hear Sivaangi and started assembling ingredients for dinner. Sivaangi watched as Ashwin chopped tomatoes. Her eyes ran over his well-built form.
'Ivaru t-shirt ku pathila vest la irundhrundha andha muscles ah lam pathu sight adichurukalam' Sivaangi sighed in disappointment and then bit her lips, 'Aana yenna potrundhalum enn purushan semaya irukarey. Yethuvum podama iru...cha! cha! Sivu, controlll, avaru un mela kovama irukaru!'
Sivaangi got bored of sitting simply. So, she thought of ways to convince Ashwin to talk to her. With her finger on chin, she gave it a good thought. Her face brightened with a smile as she came up with an idea.
Clearing her throat, Sivaangi sang,
(Maalai mangum neram, Routhram)
"Oru veetil naam irunthu
Orr ilaiyil nam virunthu"
Ashwin stiffened when he heard Sivaangi singing, especially for the choice of her song. She paused to check his reaction and seeing him stiffen boosted her confidence. She bit back her giggle and continued singing,
"Iru thookkam oru kanavil
Moozhgi vaazhkai thodangum"
Sivaangi jumped off the kitchen slab and walked towards Ashwin as she sang.
"Naan samaiyal seidhiduven
Nee vandhu anaithiduvaai"
Sivaangi sang as she wrapped her arms around Ashwin's waist. With her face against his back and her bosoms pressed against him, she hugged him from behind. She could hear him sigh deeply making her tighten her hold on him as she continued singing,
"En pasiyum un pasiyum sernthae
Ondraai adangum"
Ashwin placed his hand on Sivaangi's as he broke the hug and turned to face her. He cleared his voice as his eyes met hers.
"Yenna di panra?" Ashwin asked trying to keep a composed face.
"Suma paatu padunen, Ashwineyy" Sivaangi mustered up an innocent face and blinked at him. She dragged her words sweetly, "Yean, nalla ilaya?"
Not wanting to take Sivaangi's bait, Ashwin bit his lip and looked away before looking at her.
"Dinner naan senju kondu varen. Nee hall ku po" Ashwin said placing his hands on his waist.
"Yean, naa-" Sivaangi started but Ashwin cut her in middle.
"Ipo nee hall ku pona unaku ethachum dessert senju tharuven" Ashwin said using Sivaangi's weakness.
One perk of having a foodie wife is you can make her dance to your tunes with food. That's exactly what happened in Ashwin's case to. Sivaangi's face brightened with a smile and nodding excitedly, she left from there forgetting about her convincing mission.
"Nalla velai, poeta" Ashwin sighed in relief and muttered to himself, "Nalla meththu meththu nu irundhutu pinadi vandhu katti pidikura. Mind enga engayoh poguthu, cha!"
While Ashwin started cooking, Sivaangi watched "The Proposal" movie on Star Movies. She was so involved in the movie that she didn't know how time flew. After arranging the table, he called her out.
"Sapda va"
Sivaangi lifted her eyes to see Ashwin wiping his hand on towel. She nodded her head at him and stood up. They sat side by side on the dining table. When she opened the hotbox, she was surprised to find chapatis in them. She looked up at Ashwin who opened the lid of gravy bowl that had paneer butter masala.
A wide smile grew on Sivaangi's lips as she saw the food she requested before her. Her eyes stayed on Ashwin, admiring him but then her smile changed into frown before she looked lost. He looked up to see her disturbed.
"Sapdala?" Ashwin asked placing two chapati on his plate.
"Naan neenga seiya kudathu nu sonadha senjen, ongala hurt paniten. Ongaluku enn mela kovam irundhum naan ketaen nu neenga prepare panirukinga. Yean Ashwin ipdi panringa?" Sivaangi asked looking at Ashwin with moist eyes.
"Kovama irundha unn mela iruka pasam ilama poeruma?" Ashwin sighed and moved his chair closer to Sivaangi's.
"Naan ongala hurt paniten. Neenga enta pesama apdiyeh poetinga..." Sivaangi trailed her words.
"Adhu andha nerathula enaku unn mela kovam vandhuchu dhan aana adhu koncha nerathula poeruchu, Sivaangi. Varutham irundhuchu aana nee yenna panuva, unaku enoda mindset, enoda past theriyadhu. I just needed some time to clear my head. Avlo dhan" Ashwin said wrapping his arm around Sivaangi. She instinctively snuggled into him.
"Hmmm" Sivaangi wrapped her arm around his stomach.
"Idha paru, Sivaangi" Ashwin lifted Sivaangi's face by her chin, "Nee enoda pondati di, enoda family. Unta dhan di paasam love kamipen. Kovam um kaamipen aana athuku nu unna apdiyeh vitutu iruka maten. Indha ego pakurathu, yaru modha pesurathu nu pesama irukadhu, idhellam namma relationship ku set agadhu. Kovam ah, sandai ah argue panuvom mogatha thooki vaipom aana athuku nu andha sandai ah pidichute naan thonga maten, nee um apdi dhan irukanum, seriya?"
"Seri" Sivaangi scrunched her nose holding back her tears as she nodded her head at Ashwin before asking, "Ongaluku enn mela kovam ila la?"
"Ila" Ashwin smiled.
"Ena ignore panama pesuvinga dhana?"
"Ignore pana maten. Pesuven, seriya?" Ashwin caressed Sivaangi's cheek who smiled at him with a nod. He smiled back and added, "Seri chapati aarida poguthu. Sapdalam"
Sivaangi pulled back from Ashwin and when he tried to move his chair back, she held his hand to stop him.
"Ingayeh okarunga" Sivaangi quickly said.
Ashwin nodded with a smile. He placed three chapati on Sivaangi's plate. He paused and thought for a moment before placing another one on her plate.
"Enaku moonu chapati podhum, Ashwineyy" Sivaangi said smiling at Ashwin.
"Ila, naalu sapdu" Ashwin said serving gravy with generous paneer pieces to her.
"Ila, moo-" Sivaangi started but Ashwin cut her in middle.
"Pasikudhu sonna la, pesama naalu sapdu di" Ashwin insisted and mumbled the last part, "Ilana unaku mukkiyamaana nerathula dhan pasikum. Yethuku!"
"Aaha! Chapati um paneer butter masala um!" Sivaangi exclaimed in appreciation as she quickly tore a piece of chapati, dipped it in gravy and took a piece of paneer long with it. She closed her eyes and ate it, "Paah! Paneer vai kula butter mathiri karayidhey! Yenna taste uh! Chance ae ila! Ashwineyy, vera level!"
"Nee yenna chapati kum paneer butter masala kumey ipdi kavundhuta? Apo unakaga oven la vachuruka chocolate souffle yenna agurathu?" Ashwin smiled looking at the way Sivaangi got all excited.
"Chocolate souffle ah?" Sivaangi's eyes lightened up.
"Ama, nee dhana Master chef pakura apovey solite irundhiye Crème Brule, Souffle, FIKA nu. Athan" Ashwin shrugged.
Careful not to stain Ashwin's dress, Sivaangi wrapped her arms around him as she embraced him. Instinctively his arm held over her.
"Thank you, Ashwineyy!" Sivaangi beamed widely as she pulled back from the hug.
"Hmmm, sapdu. Pasikudhu sona la"
They both had their dinner. As said, Ashwin served chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce to Sivaangi who relished the dessert whole heartedly.
"Oru naal FIKA kuptu poren, Crème Brule sapdalam" Ashwin said.
"Veliya yethuku?" Sivaangi asked quickly and then added, "I mean, oru continental chef ah yeh purushana vachuruka apo naan yean veliya sapdanum? Neengaley enaku senju thaanga"
Sivaangi had chocolate sauce smudged on the corner of her lips which dripped when she spoke. Ashwin casually lifted his hand and wiped the corner of her lips with his thumb before sucking his lips.
"Seri, oru naal free ah iruka apo senju tharen" Ashwin said but Sivaangi was stuck at how he wiped her lips. Shaking her head with a blush smile, she had another spoon of souffle.
At the beginning of the day, they had their differences. They were angry and hurt respectively but nothing stood in front of the genuine care and affection they had for each other. This is what marriage is all about. You talk, you understand and you solve. It's all about efforts and Ashwin and Sivaangi wasn't afraid or egoistic to do what brings them closer. The night faded away.
