Backstory: Ashwin's family owns AK Institution of Arts & Commerce (AKAC) and AK Group of Schools in Chennai. Ashwin was a professor himself at AKAC and also the director of the college. Ashwin and Sivaangi, his student fell in love with each other and now they are secretly dating as he's still her professor and she, his student.

Ashaangi TS - Our First Date

Part One

"Sivaangi, inga paren" Riasha nudged Sivaangi who was reading a book in the library.

"Ena nu solu machi?" Sivaangi asked, still immersed in the book, not bothering to look up at her friend.

"Adiyeh, inga ena paru di" Riasha nudged Sivaangi again and so, Sivaangi looked up to see Riasha holding four movie tickets.

"Omg! Rohit Saraf ooda movie tickets ah!" Sivaangi squealed in excitement earning a glare from the librarian.

Sivaangi threw a sheepish smile at the librarian before focusing her eyes on Riasha and gestured her to maintain silence.

"Seri, seri. Atha vidu. Nee, na, Nisha aprm Ridhi, elarum porom" Riasha said beaming at Sivaangi.

"Ethana mani show, machi?" Sivaangi asked, her eyes bright with excitement.

"Inaiku evening show dhan machi. Group study nu ethachum aunty ta solitu vandhru" Riasha said equally excited.

Sivaangi's excitement started to fade on hearing Riasha's words. Today is Friday and this is the only day Sivaangi can spend some alone time with Ashwin who otherwise stays busy throughout the week. Sivaangi made a sad face as she looked up at Riasha.

"Ena moonji ipdi poguthu? Konja neram munna vara excited ah dhaney di irundha. Ipo ena achu?" Riasha asked confused with Sivaangi's expression.

"Na enoda project ah inum submit panla machi. Submit pani Ashwin sir ta approval vanganum. Avar inaiku last hour free anathum vandhu ena paka sonaru. Late agirum" Sivaangi lied as her friends have no idea about her and Ashwin's relationship.

"Ethachu excuse solitu va, machi. Nalaiku kuda Ashwin sir ta approval vangikalam. Rohit Saraf ooda movie, machi. Pathuko"

Riasha made puppy eyes but Sivaangi missed spending alone time with Ashwin. They only get to meet at college and they barely have a chance to talk. Sivaangi looked at Riasha apologetically.

"Unakey theriyum la avar padipu nu vandhuta evlo strict nu. Neenga ponga. Na movie ah download pani pathukure" Sivaangi tried to cheer her disappointed friend.

"Seri, nee varla na apo naanga yarum pogala, machi" Riasha announced while Sivaangi mentally facepalmed herself.

It took some good five minutes for Sivaangi to convince Riasha who finally agreed to go on the movie without her. Riasha left the library while Sivaangi concentrated on the book in front of her.

Sivaangi is an average student but her ambitious boyfriend Ashwin, who happens to be her professor want her to improve her percentage. That is why Sivaangi is at library right now trying to cover the portions Ashwin assigned her to study.

Despite she being his girlfriend, Ashwin was never lenient with Sivaangi when it comes to studies. He is strict with marks and she being his girlfriend doesn't make any difference. Ashwin treated Sivaangi like any other student. But he really wanted her to improve so he decided to keep a track of her studies and help her with doubts.

Sivaangi was so immersed in the book that she didn't realize how time flew. It was when her alarm blared that she came back to the living world. She switched off the alarm and looked around her. There wasn't much students. She collected her notes and placed them inside her bag.

Sivaangi exited the library and went in searching for her friends who were bummed that she's not joining them for movie. They were taking their turns in scolding Ashwin while Sivaangi had to keep her face straight even though she wanted to get defensive. Soon they went on with their college schedule.

Once all their classes get over, Sivaangi bid bye to her friends and entered the library again. She whined as looked at her notes. Sighing, she continued with her work. It was around 6:30 when Sivaangi closed her book. She exited the library and walked towards Ashwin's cabin, excitement bubbling inside her.

"Ashwinn..." Sivaangi walked inside Ashwin's cabin without waiting for his approval as she always does but stopped half way when she saw Vikraman and Ashokan, Ashwin's periappa and chithapa (uncles) respectively, conversing with Ashwin. "siirr!"

Sivaangi somehow managed to call him Ashwin sir but she was tensed inside. Her face looked as if someone caught her stealing. Vikraman and Ashokan looked at Sivaangi in question while Ashwin was amused to see Sivaangi's expressions which changed every second. He would have laughed if his uncles weren't present.

"Yes, Ms. Sivaangi. Solunga?" Ashwin cleared his voice and asked Sivaangi with a straight face, trying his best to act normal in front of Vikraman and Ashokan.

"Good evening sir" Sivaangi greeted Vikraman and Ashokan and looked at Ashwin "Sir, you called me for project discussion and approval" She paused, looking at Vikraman and Ashokan "If you are busy then I'll come tomorrow"

"We were just leaving, Ms. Sivaangi" Vikraman told Sivaangi and turned towards Ashwin "Ashwin, indha works lam Monday pola mudichuru pa. Veetla papom"

Ashokan handed some files to Ashwin and both Ashokan and Vikraman left the cabin. Sivaangi heaved a sigh of relief as she saw Vikraman and Ashokan walking out of the cabin. She stayed by the door waited for them to leave from her vision and then closed the cabin door behind her with a content smile.

Sivaangi turned around only to find herself trapped between the door and Ashwin. He perfectly caged her between him and the door, while a mischievous glint sparkled in his eyes.

"Project discussion start panuvom ah, Ms. Sivaangi?" Ashwin asked in a deep voice, his hot breath fanning her face.

Ashwin gave a suggestive look, making butterflies flutter in Sivaangi's stomach. He was in full teasing mood. Seeing Sivaangi squirm in discomfort in front of Vikraman and Ashokan was both amusing and entertaining for Ashwin. He leaned down and placed a kiss against Sivaangi's cheek, making her smile.

"Avangala pathathum unoda mogatha pakanumey" Ashwin said laughing.

"Ada ena Ashwineyy, ena en kalaikuringa?" Sivaangi pouted while snaking her arms around Ashwin's torso, pulling him in a hug "I missed you"

Ashwin hugged Sivaangi back, laughing at her words. She broke the hug and glared at him for laughing at her.

"Ena pathu sirikathinga, Ashwinnn. Na evlo bayandhuten theriyum ah Vikraman sir um Ashokan sir ah um pathathum" Sivaangi said, pushing Ashwin out of her way and placed her bag on the table.

"Ipdi adi kadi nadakanum, Sivaangi ma. Evlo cute ah irundha nu theriyum ah?"

Ashwin laughed out while Sivaangi glared at him. Sivaangi held Ashwin's hand and dragged him to his seat and made him sit down. Sivaangi then sat on Ashwin's lap and snaked her arms around his neck, resting against him as she always does while Ashwin wrapped his arms around Sivaangi's waist pulling her closer. She refused to talk to him, faking anger making him chuckle to himself.

"Seri, seri. Na sirika la di" Ashwin nuzzled his nose against Sivaangi's hair while she played with his shirt button "Kova padatha"

"Hmmm" Sivaangi looked up at Ashwin "Sirika matinga dhaney?"

"Maten, maten" Ashwin said and placed a kiss on Sivaangi's temple while his hand caressed her arm.

"Apo seri. Ama inaiku class la etho oru topic soning-" Sivaangi started but Ashwin cut her in between.

'Aiyoo iva oruthi' Ashwin thought as he rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"Niruthu, niruthu. Nee student form ku vandhu ena professor akiratha Sivaangi ma" Ashwin said, tightening his hold around Sivaangi "Enakey weekly once dha enoda girlfriend kuda time spend mudiyuthu. Vera ethachum pesu. Unoda day epdi pochu?"

"Seri right uh" Sivaangi laughed at Ashwin's words and started "Day nala dhan pochu. Theriyum ah inaiku ena achu na..."

Sivaangi started talking about her day enthusiastically. She narrated her whole day event by event to Ashwin until she stopped at the movie part. She pouted thinking about her missed chance to watch Rohit Saraf on the big screen.

"Ipo ena achu?" Ashwin asked, adjusting Sivaangi in his laps so that she can face him straight.

"Athu inaiku Riasha, Nisha, Ridhi lam Rohit Saraf ooda new movie ku poerukanga" Sivaangi said looking up at Ashwin "Riasha enaku ticket kuda vangirundha. Aana naan dha pola"

"En? Nee um poeruka vendiyathu dhaney. Nee dha andha Rohit mela paithiyama suthuviyeh" Ashwin said the last part sarcastically.

"Enaku andha Rohit mela paithiyam dhaan aana avana vida enaku enoda Ashwin mela dha paithiyam athigam. Aprm epdi poven? I wouldn't miss this for the world" Sivaangi pulled Ashwin's cheeks and snuggled into his chest while Ashwin smiled at Sivaangi's words.

Ashwin felt good hearing Sivaangi voice out her feelings. He broke their hug and cupped Sivaangi's face in his palms. Ashwin's finger stroked Sivaangi's cheek while they stared into each other's eyes, very much aware of their closeness.

"Apdingala madam? En mela evlo paithiyama irukinga nu konjam katungale, naanum pakure" Ashwin said in a deep tone making Sivaangi's heart flutter.

Ashwin smirked on seeing Sivaangi's cheek turning a shade of crimson. He winked at her, making Sivaangi blushed hardly. Ashwin had to control himself from kissing Sivaangi. So, he decided to tease her.

"Flash news, Sivaangi ku vekkam lam varuthu pa" Ashwin said teasing Sivaangi.

Sivaangi pouted at Ashwin before she leaned in and slightly bit his nose.

"Aah! En di ipdi kadicha!" Ashwin said rubbing his nose, his grip around her loosened.

"Ada nadikatha Ashwineyy. Na onum valikura mathiri kadikala" Sivaangi said, getting down from Ashwin's lap.

"Ipo enga di pora? Inga va Sivaangi maa" Ashwin called out like a needy child while Sivaangi took his mobile. She punched in his pin code and unlocked his mobile.

"Pasikuthu Ashwineyy. Neenga epdiyum ena engayum veliya kuptu poga matinga. Atha na Swiggy la ethachum order podalam nu iruke" Sivaangi announced as she browsed Swiggy.

Ashwin noticed how Sivaangi's tone was when she said he doesn't take her out. He has never taken her out for dinner. Despite being in relationship for months, they never went out on a date given that they are secretly dating.

They always spend time together at Ashwin's cabin. Ashwin thought for a moment and decided to do something special for Sivaangi. After a long week, they both deserved this.

"Sivaangi ma, en mobile ah kudu"

"Na dhan ord-"

"Oru nimisham kudu maa"

Ashwin made a cute face so Sivaangi handed over his mobile to him without any argument. Ashwin quickly sent few texts to his driver, asking him to get everything done within an hour. He then played a song and placed his mobile on his table.

Ashwin took Sivaangi by surprise when he suddenly pulled her towards him and started dancing. Sivaangi recovered from the shock and moved herself with Ashwin as he swayed to the song. Sivaangi's face had a surprised smile while Ashwin's face had a serene smile. They were dancing together after a long time.

Sivaangi loved the way Ashwin twirled her around and pulled her against him, her back pressed against his him. With his lips biting her earlobe seductively, Ashwin whispered against Sivaangi's ear,

"Unaku oru surprise iruku"

Sivaangi felt butterflies in her stomach on hearing Ashwin's deep voice.

"Surprise ah?? Ena surprise??" Sivaangi asked with bathed breath.

"We are going somewhere nice" Ashwin said and placed a deep kiss on her cheek before placing his head on her shoulder.

"Ena veliya kuptu poga poringa la?!" Sivaangi asked in a shaky tone, her heart racing at his sudden act. She never gets used to his surprise kisses.

Ashwin moved a little away from Sivaangi and twirled her. He pulled her against him, facing face to face, wrapping his arm around her waist. With other hand, Ashwin removed the strands of Sivaangi's hair that fell on her face and hiding her face from his view. Ashwin tugged Sivaangi's strands behind her ear and made her look at him by holding her chin up.

"Ama, veliya poga porom" Ashwin said giving a lopsided smile.

"Enga??" Sivaangi asked with excited eyes.

"Athu surprise. Solu Sivaangi ma, en kuda date ku variya?" Ashwin asked with an eyebrow raised while a smile played on his lips.

Sivaangi nodded excitedly and hugged Ashwin. Sivaangi has every reason to be excited as this will be their first date. Ashwin hugged Sivaangi back and placed a kiss on the top of her head.

Sivaangi broke the hug and took her bag in hand. She pushed Ashwin towards his table and ordered him to collect his things and dragged him along with her once he's done collecting his things.

Ashwin loves the way Sivaangi bosses him around. Ashwin placed his hand around Sivaangi's shoulders and pulled her closer. After placing a kiss on her forehead, Ashwin released Sivaangi from his hold and walked out of the cabin as if nothing happened, with Sivaangi following him closely behind.

They are going on their first date!
