Ashaangi OS A Perfect Sunday Morning
Sivaangi Ashwinkumar heaved a tired sigh as she rubbed her sleepy eyes. It was supposed to be a lazy Sunday morning spent in bed catching up on some extra beauty sleep without any stress. Instead, she's spending the morning cleaning their apartment on her husband's orders.
Whining to herself, Sivaangi pulled the window curtain, rolled it and put it inside the bucket next to her before dusting the window. She pressed the wet piece of cloth against the window once she's done dusting the window.
"Cleaning day was supposed to be yesterday!" Sivaangi voiced out annoyed.
"Which we didn't thanks to your brother Pugazh's birthday party" Ashwin said placing a bucket of fresh water and added, "So, don't whine like a child and get this done, Sivaangi ma"
"Ada ena Ashwineyy nee. It is 7:50 am on a Sunday morning. It is illegal to be up this early on Sunday!" Sivaangi complained like a child making Ashwin chuckle slightly before he masked it with a poker look.
"Ithukey epdi ya? You have to do laundry next" Ashwin said and laughed out on seeing Sivaangi's flabbergasted reaction.
"Ena sir ku romba siripu varutho" Sivaangi huffed and wiped her hand on the towel rested on her shoulder before adding, "Iru ipo una ena panren nu paru, Ashwineyy"
Sivaangi was about to run and pounce on Ashwin but ended up stumbling on the bucket with dirty water making the water spill on the floor. Both gasped as they jumped from their spot to save themselves from the dirty water.
On seeing Ashwin glaring at her, Sivaangi put on a sheepish smile as she scratched her hair looking apologetically at her husband. When Ashwin increased the intensity of the glare showing his disappointment, Sivaangi held her ears making a sorry face.
"Ehhh Sorry Ashwineyyy, na venum nu lam panla. Athuva ipdi agiruchu" Sivaangi said holding her hands together, gesturing him to forgive her.
"En agathu!" Ashwin remarked sarcastically fighting off the smile that threated to escape his lips on seeing Sivaangi's cute gesture.
Ashwin cleared his throat and put on a serious face and angled his head sideways as he raised an eyebrow before pursing his arms together and tapped his right feet.
"Na indha floor ah clean pani mudikura kula nee cupboard ah odunga vachu irukanum, Sivaangi ma" Ashwin said in a stern tone.
"Ashwineyy pleasseee athulam vendam" Sivaangi put on an innocent face while Ashwin shook his head sideways refusing to give in.
"Seri apo cupboard matum ilama study room ah um sendhu clean paniru" Ashwin said biting back his smile and added, "Laundry ah na pathukure"
'Ada ena pa aalu ivaru! College la dhan sidu moonji strict professor nu patha ingayum wife nu kuda pakama ipdi panraru!' Sivaangi thought shaking her head.
"Ashwineyy" Sivaangi said putting on a puppy face.
"Ithu podhum la ila aduthu laundry um nee yeh panriya?" Ashwin asked with an eyebrow raised.
Sivaangi stared at Ashwin with a 'manushana da nee lam' look making him laugh in his mind while his poker face stayed intact.
Heaving a defeated sigh, Sivaangi nodded a no at Ashwin with a sad pout. As she walked away from Ashwin, he laughed at his wife's antics who sticked out her tongue at him before walking away.
Grabbing the mob placed next to the bucket, Ashwin mopped the floor with a smile as he thought of his wife. On the other hand, Sivaangi walked inside their room muttering about how she wanted to sleep little longer in her husband's arms on a Sunday morning.
There Ashwin chucked on remembering how Sivaangi whined all morning. Having Sivaangi in his life means no shortage of drama, fun and banter. Sometimes she is super matured and sometimes, she would be the biggest needy kid. And then she calls him Valarndha Kolanda!
Life is going smoothly for the young couple. They have their struggles especially he being her professor and she his student but they have learned how to manage their marriage life and college life. The more the couple stayed together the more they more they realized that they couldn't stay apart.
Sivaangi placed the pressed clothes inside the closet. She then tidied the messed-up clothes in their home wear section before closing the closet. She heaved a sigh before made their bed and walked out of their room.
A smile tugged at the corner of Sivaangi's lips as she saw the floor clean. Ashwin did a good work with the living room floor. She heard him whistling from the laundry room. Only then she remembered that she had to clean the study room making her groan.
Sivaangi looked at the living room. They have managed to complete most of the works, thanks to Ashwin for getting them up super early. Her eyes fell on Ashwin's locked study room which hasn't opened for a long time as Ashwin preferred to work on couch in the living room or on their bed while she studies at the study table in their room.
Sivaangi gathered her hair in a bun as she walked towards the study room. She grabbed a pen lying on the coffee table on the way and used it as a clip to set her hair in a bun.
Right after she opened the room, Sivaangi was welcomed with the sight of boxes placed in front of the study table. Those boxes are Ashwin's stuffs from Kumar House which Lakshmikanthan, his father sent with workers seven months after they moved out. None of them was unboxed till date.
Heaving a tired sigh, Sivaangi grabbed a box and placed it down before grabbing two more and placed it aside, paving way for her to reach the study table. She puckered her lips in distaste as her fingers traced the dust on the study table.
Sivaangi went out to bring cleaning items and cleaned the study table first. She then sorted the boxes into one corner of the room so that she can clean the floor. Right from the start she was whining and complaining about Ashwin to herself.
'Ivar seira Mushroom pasta va saptu jammunu movie pathutu ivar kuda velayaditu irukalam nu patha ipdi velai seiya vitutarey. En Ashwineyy ipdi iruka. Cha!'
As she was sorting the packages, Sivaangi's eyes fell on a guitar bag. Surprised to find a musical instrument, she dusted the guitar bag before opening it.
Sivaangi's eyes twinkled on seeing the guitar. Excited, she took out the guitar and admired it. It was a stunning black guitar with Ashwin written in silver colour font at the corner of guitar's body. Her fingers caressed Ashwin's name before she pulled a string and giggled like an excited girl.
On the other hand, Ashwin filled the washing machine with clothes as he whistled to himself. He actually liked doing these stuffs but back at Kumar House no one lets him to do any work. It was either servants or his family who tended to his needs.
Although Ashwin likes doing little chores, his elder aunt and mother wouldn't even let him do the simple of domestic chores. His elder uncle would scold the servants and women folk of the house if he noticed Ashwin doing any domestic work and so, he stopped doing it for other's sake.
That's one of the many reasons why Ashwin didn't appoint any maid for their apartment. He asked Sivaangi if it is okay that they do the cleaning work and cooking work together and she agreed given Ashwin does most of their work anyways.
The Kumar's own a group of schools and colleges in Coimbatore along with textile and garments business. Ashwin's father Lakshmikanthan have two brothers; an elder named Mahadevan and a young one called Saravanan.
Mahadevan and his wife Devi are childless while Saravanan and his wife Gayathri have two daughters making Ashwin the only male heir of Kumar Group. So, Ashwin is the most pampered one in the Kumar Household.
When Ashwin wished to marry Sivaangi, the elders weren't that happy save for his parents and Gayathri Chithi but agreed for Ashwin's sake. When he expressed his wish to move out for few years, his whole family went crazy and tried to stop him but had to give in once he explained that he wanted to focus more on AKAC. He somehow managed to convince them that this would help him a lot and promised to visit them often.
Ashwin chucked as he imagined what his Chithapa Saravanan's reaction would be on seeing him cleaning windows and laundry. The guy would have gathered the whole family and give them an earful. It has been long since he visited Kumar House. He missed his banters with his family. He should make a visit to Kumar House soon.
With a smile still gracing his lips, Ashwin removed his T-shirt and dumped it inside the washing machine. He added the washing powder in its slot, checked the settings before setting it for wash.
The shirtless hunk washed his face in the wash basin in the laundry room, dried his face with a towel and walked out into the living room. On hearing noises from the study room, he went there and stood out as he watched his wife cleaning the table. His lips curled into a smile on hearing her speaking to herself.
"En Ashwineyy ipdi iruka. Cha! Ipdi irundha enaiku therurathu! Leave achey, koncham achum wife ooda romance pana theriyutha unaku? Sunday athuvum ah rendu per um katti pidichutu nala thoongirukalam. Breakfast panra apo romance panitu cuddle panite movie pathutu irundhrukalam. Atha vitutu floor ah mop podu, thuni thovai, thuni madi nu, cha" Sivaangi huffed making Ashwin gasp at her words.
"Adi paavi!" Ashwin mumbled under his breath as he covered his mouth on hearing his wife's words.
Ashwin watched as Sivaangi was in her own world, listing out her complaints against him to herself as she cleaned her room. He shook his face smiling at his wife's words.
"Thera maten ah? Va di inaiku unaku iruku!" Ashwin thought to himself as he grinned and left the room.
Ashwin walked inside the kitchen, had a glass of water and then walked to the couch. He groaned when he sat down on the couch and leaned back letting his tired body to rest. He closed his eyes relaxing himself.
Few minutes later Sivaangi walked out of the study room and walked towards the coach with the guitar bag.
"Ashwin inga parun...wait, why are you shirtless and what are you doing on the couch?" Sivaangi enquired as she placed the guitar bag near the wall and stood in front of Ashwin.
Sivaangi's eyes darted down Ashwin's shirtless form before meeting his eyes making him grin. She averted her gaze composing herself.
"Waiting for my wife to pounce on me?" Ashwin said suggestively putting on a teasing smile while Sivaangi gasped at his words while her face flushed.
On seeing Ashwin laugh at her reaction, Sivaangi frowned before throwing a cushion from nearby couch at Ashwin who caught it mid-air and chucked at his wife.
"Ashwinnn! Ena..." Sivaangi trailed her words, trying to fight off the blush that crept on her face while Ashwin winked at her making her heart flutter.
'Romance pana theriyathu na sona, Iru, I'll leave you dumbfounded' Ashwin thought wickedly as a smug smile adorned his lips.
"Oh my god, en pondati vekkam padura" Ashwin said in a teasing tone as he pushed himself off the couch and wrapped his arms around a flushed Sivaangi making her gasp in surprise.
Pulling her closer to him, Ashwin trailed his fingers on Sivaangi's cheek before saying "Nee vekkam padura apo evlo irresistible ah iruka theriyum ah. I love this hue on you, Sivaangi ma. Damn! I don't mind eating those red cheek of yours and your juicy li-"
"Ehh Ashwineyy ena achu unaku?!" Sivaangi said as she gasped at Ashwin's words.
Sivaangi wasn't expecting romantic Ashwin all a sudden. His open flirtation, his gestures, his closeness especially his shirtless abs under her touch did things to her making her heart go crazy.
"Nee dhan adikadi kepiyeh en alagzhu la mayangitinga la nu, na mayangiten, Sivaangi ma" Ashwin said in his base voice as he leaned forward aiming for her lips but Sivaangi turned her face at the last second making him kiss her on her cheeks.
"Eii en di!" Ashwin grumbled giving a disappointed look.
'Aiyayoh ivaru ena ipdi erangitaru' Sivaangi thought as her heart thumped, her face flushed and lips slightly part.
"Aa dhaba bha..." Sivaangi couldn't form words properly.
"Aa dhabha bha" Ashwin mimicked her with a teasing smile gesturing to lean forward as he said, "Ena madam ku vai ipdi type adikuthu?"
"Athuuu haan na balcony la iruka plants ku water poda maranten. Ipo poetu vandhruren" Sivaangi said pushing Ashwin away before she steps back from him, trying to calm her racing heart.
Sure, Sivaangi gets hugged and kissed by Ashwin a lot but moments like these makes her heartbeat race. His shirtless form didn't help her case. She can go on talking about romance and that he isn't romantic but when Ashwin gets romantic her body loses her control. Her thumping heartbeat is the best example.
"Verum vai pechu matum dhan ma unaku. Dummy piece uh" Ashwin said grinning to himself in his mind while maintaining a straight face knowing he has hit the right nerve. He turned around to hide the twinkle in his eyes.
"Ethey!" Sivaangi frowned on hearing Ashwin's words.
'Na evlo periya Rowdy! Enaya dummy piece nu solraru! Una...' Sivaangi thought as she huffed.
Fighting her blush, Sivaangi pursed her lips together determined to get back at her husband. She stepped forward and hugged Ashwin from behind, placing her head against his bare back before tracing his abs with her fingers making Ashwin stiffen.
"Ena sona Ashwineyy?" Sivaangi asked fighting her blush and placed a slow soft kiss on Ashwin's shoulder blade while her fingers traced pattern on his abdomen making him gulp.
A smile spread over Ashwin's lips as he saw through his wife's actions. He held Sivaangi's hand as he turned around. Sivaangi ignored the way her heart fluttered and tried not to blush as she pulled her hands out of Ashwin's grip.
Sivaangi stepped on her toes and garlanded her arms around Ashwin's neck who wrapped his arms around his wife, securing her in his embrace and lifted her little above the floor.
Sivaangi leaned up and placed a kiss against Ashwin's cheek making him smile down at her before he captured her lips in a sensuous kiss. The kiss was slow yet full of passion. She stiffened at first but then gave into the kiss, her hands buried in his locks while his holding her securely.
As they break apart, Ashwin slowly placed Sivaangi on the ground with his arms still around her while she had a soft shy smile on her flushed face.
"You know I'm going to sleep shirtless starting tonight" Ashwin said in a deep teasing tone which earned him a smack on the arms from Sivaangi who moved out of his embrace.
"Shameless Kumar" Sivaangi remarked shaking her head with a smile while Ashwin grinned.
"Why, thank you mam" Ashwin replied with a wink as the duo broke into laughter.
Once the laughter died down and both are composed, Sivaangi said,
"Ithu study room la irunchu"
Sivaangi brought the guitar bag in front of Ashwin putting a smile on his lips.
"Ithu enoda guitar" Ashwin said looking at Sivaangi with a smile and added, "Na ithu Kumar House la iruku nu nenachutu irundhen"
"Na study room clean panra apo boxes ku naduvula irunchu. Ongaluku guitar vasika theriyum ah?" Sivaangi asked excitedly as she handed the guitar bag to Ashwin.
"Ila ma, puja panrathuku vachuruke" Ashwin said in a sarcastic tone making Sivaangi roll her eyes before he added, "Of course, I know how to play. College padikura apo veetuku theriyama oru club la Purple 7 nu oru band ku play panen"
Ashwin's face had a wide smile as he took out his guitar. He traced his finger on the body of guitar before holding it and pulled its strings slightly. Sivaangi's face had a fond smile as she stared at her husband's excitement.
"Semma, Ashwineyy. Seri, apo enakaga ethachum vasinga" Sivaangi said as the duo sat down on the coach.
"Na vasichu few years achu ma. Suthama practice ila. I'll play a song for you later aana nee apo en kuda sendhu padanum" Ashwin said as he tuned the strings of his guitar.
"Okay, deal aana ipo suma koncham tunes matum vasinga. I have always wanted one ever since my music teacher brought one to school in eighth grade. I was fascinated by the way my teacher played. Enaku apo irundhu kathukanum nu aasai" Sivaangi said excitedly.
"Apdiya. Indha, idha pidi. It's ours" Ashwin said handing the guitar to Sivaangi making her smile.
"Thank you aana first koncham tunes play panunga, come on" Sivaangi said pushing the guitar back into Ashwin's hands.
Ashwin agreed and played few tunes. Sivaangi was impressed with the way he plays and asked him to play few more to which he obliged.
"Well, let's do it this way. Na unaku epdi vasikanum nu soli tharen, okay ah?" Ashwin asked on seeing Sivaangi's excitement.
"Nejama va?" Sivaangi asked with excitement twinkling in her eyes.
"Ama ma, inga va" Ashwin said and placed the guitar on his right and added, "Va"
"Enga vara?" Sivaangi asked with a puzzled smile.
"Inga dhan" Ashwin said eyeing at his lap.
"Aiyada ethuku?" Sivaangi asked giving him a doubtful look.
"Unaku hand works guide panrathuku dhan ma vara sonen" Ashwin said putting on an innocent look biting back his smile.
Sivaangi held Ashwin in a questioning gaze before shaking her head mumbling a 'Okay'. Ashwin grinned when Sivaangi sat on his lap. He wrapped his arms around her, pulled her closer and placed wet kiss on her nape making her heart go crazy.
"Hello mister, neenga enaku guitar vasika kathu tharen nu vara soninga" Sivaangi composed herself and said sternly as she smacked Ashwin's arm making him laugh against her ear.
"Seri, seri kovam padathinga Mrs. Ashwinkumar. Let's start with...wait, un mandai la indha pen ena panuthu?" Ashwin said removing the pen from Sivaangi's hair making her locks cascading down her back.
"Eii Ashwineyy. Ethuku ipo enoda mudiya kalachinga!" Sivaangi said trying to gather her hair together but Ashwin stopped her from doing so.
"Let it be. Idhu dhan nala iruku, Sivaangi ma" Ashwin said nuzzling into Sivaangi's hair and picked up the guitar in his hand before Sivaangi could say anything.
Sivaangi's face lit with excitement on seeing the guitar. She made herself comfortable on Ashwin's lap and held the guitar in her hand as Ashwin directed her to. Ashwin placed his hand above Sivaangi's and guided her how to hold the guitar followed by the basics.
Fifteen minutes into the session, Sivaangi and Ashwin brushed their fingers against the guitar strings together as they laughed. Sivaangi leaned herself against Ashwin and placed a quick kiss on his cheek before continuing with the lesson making Ashwin grin. He in return planted small kisses on her nape and neck making Sivaangi giggle.
"So, what do you think?" Sivaangi asked as she brushed her fingers against the strings, shifted on Ashwin's lap and turned to look at him.
"Unoda t-shirt romba disturb panuthu. Care to remove it?" Ashwin said tugging a little at Sivaangi's t-shirt which earned him a smack in his arm making him laugh.
"Ashwinnn! Ena kalangathala ipdi aarambichutinga!" Sivaangi said trying to get up from Ashwin's lap but he held her back.
"Seri, seri vidu. Namma night pathukalam" Ashwin said in a suggestive tone with a grin making Sivaangi go red.
"Ashwinnn!" Sivaangi said, her face flushed while a shy smile played on her lips.
"Aiyo ipdi vekkam padatha, Sivaangi ma! You are doing things to me" Ashwin said with a teasing smile on seeing Sivaangi's flushed face.
Sivaangi hid her flushed face in the crook of Ashwin's neck and hugged him making Ashwin chuckle before he placed the guitar down and wrap his arms around his wife protectively and placed his head on the top of hers as they stayed in each other's embrace. For them, nothing could be more perfect than this for a Sunday morning.

Hey guys, hope you all are doing good. I hope you enjoyed reading the story. Damn excited for CWC2 Celebration. I think it would drop for Independence day. Please do vote and comment.
How was the story? Is the storyline and writing style okay?
I'm writing for 8 + years now, mostly North India based ones but for the first time I'm writing Tamil dialogues and TN based ones. So I'm tend to mix Tamil n English dialogues. Is that okay or you guys want any changes in it? Do let me know so that I can write better.
Thank You.
