Ash's pov

Pulling out a pocket knife the man cut the rope. "Both of you get out of the truck now."

Serena and I jump out, I lost my balance and fell. I landed on a thick stick, maybe I could use this as a weapon.

"Hurry and get up, or I'll give Serena a Beating," the man said with a smirk.

Quickly getting up I yelp in pain. It felt like my side was lit on fire.

No matter what, I would never let you lay a hand on her pervert.

"Oh did Ashy boy get hurt," the man (devil) asked as I yelped, then started to chuckle.

I swear he's sounds like a donkey giving birth then he laughs.

"If you can't carry her then she's just be dead weight, might as well just kill her now." Serena looked at me with widen eyes.

I'm hurt, so wouldn't I be dead weight too?

Don't let him get to you, he's just trying to make you mad. I can't lie though, it's working.

"I can still carry her, I'm stronger then you think." I said trying to convince him and my self.

"Ok then let's get moving." I squatted down picking up the stick and letting Serena get on.

"What are you going to do with that, Serena whispered in a worried tone.

"Just trust me ok," she looked me with a small smile, then nodded.

Getting on she rubbed my wounded side with her leg. A small whimper escaped my lips.

"I'm sorry did I hurt you, I'm just going to walk."

Grabbing ahold of Serena so she wouldn't get off I wispered, "it ok you're worth the pain. Plus the devil man wouldn't like you walking on your own."

"Aren't you guys cute flirting with each other." The guy said in a mocking tone.

Quickly the guys spun around because of the sounds coming for the bushes.

Nows my chance letting Serena down. I whacked the guy in the head with a stick. He fell to the ground with a now bloody head.

Crap did I kill him.!

Moaning the man cradled him self holding his head.

"Hurry let's get out of here," I said grabbing Serena's hand.
