Loki had found away to break out of his cell but left a clone there as if he was still in there. He quickly made himself look like a guard and went to got look for his daughter.

When loki reached the lab he saw jade in the arms of Captain America and start to think of a plan to get her away all her had to do was wait until Bolton and the other man come to get him.
