One day, at practice (and completely out of the blue), Nishinoya blurted,

"We should have a huge slumber party together!"

And for some insane reason, Daichi agreed.

When presented with the option, Kiyoko coldly refused and walked away. Yachi also refused, but more politely.

Nishinoya convinced Asahi to come.

Hinata forced Kageyama to come.

Yamaguchi was coming, so Tsukishima agreed.

A date was set.

A place was set.

A time was set.

A week later, there was Nishinoya, hosting a party. Daichi arrived first and helped him with basic preperations, and Sugawara joined in once he got there. Tsukishima and Yamaguchi arrived next, and it looked like the blonde already regretted coming, but he and Yamaguchi stayed anyway. Asahi arrived next, sat down on Noya's couch next to Tsukishima and Yamaguchi, and quietly conversed with Sugawara. Kinoshita and Narita arrived as well, and made a quiet entrance. Tanaka was much louder, and a few minutes later Ennoshita walked through the door. Kageyama arrived soon after, and Hinata arrived exactly forty-three minutes late.

The chaos was about to begin.

"Hey! Kageyama, that's mine!"

Kageyama was already taunting Hinata by holding his possessions out of the short boy's reach. Hinata tried to jump and catch it, but each time he sprung off the ground, Kageyama tossed it in the air. Hinata growled and instead of aiming for the object, he feinted and launched into Kageyama instead, taking the ravenette by surprise and knocking him over. Sugawara ended that game rather fast after that.

Eventually everyone managed to get settled and were now bickering over a movie. Suga stopped that too, with a pick from the box and a "because I said so".

It was a horror movie.

Suga loved it. So did Yamaguchi.

Asahi and Hinata were scared out of their minds.

Everyone else was indifferent.

At one point, noticing how scared Asahi was, Noya tapped his shoulder and gave him a hug.

They may have stayed like that for the rest of the movie.

But eventually, it was time to sleep.

Or not.

"Okay." Suga whispered, pointing a flashlight at his face, then beaming it onto Asahi fiercely.

"Confess your sins!"

Poor Asahi was so terrified that he started crying, and everyone had to calm him down. Hinata was the next victim.

"Confess your sins!"

"IuhIdontknowuhonetimeItriedtobuyoutthemilkmachineandsurprisekageyamawithitbutIdidnthaveanymoney!"

Kageyama.

"Confess your sins!"

"Once I peed the bed in middle school."

Tanaka.

"Confess your sins!"

"I'm slightly ashamed of my hair!"

Nishinoya.

"Confess your sins!"

"I'm gay!"

Oops.

"Welcome to the club," Sugawara slapped him on the back.

Like, really hard. It hurt.

But it was good to know he was accepted and wait.

"You're gay?"

"Pan. But no one knows what that means nowadays, and I have a preference for boys anyway."

"I know what Pan means," Yamaguchi piped up, "B-because I am Pan. A-and also Tsukki and I are a thing."

Suga slapped Yamaguchi on his back so hard that he coughed a little bit.

Finally, everyone was asleep.

Everyone but Asahi.

Everyone but Asahi and, though he didn't know it, Noya.
