"Is he still unconscious?"

"Yes, but he has improved slightly and is slowly beginning to look like better. I'm assuming that he'll wake up any day now. Could you finally explain what exactly happened to him?" The blonde nurse placed down the folder in their hand. Crossing her arms, she turned to look at the pumpkin haired Watcher, who was currently sitting on an old wooden table, now in front of her.

"And get off of the table. You don't know what kind of chemicals have spilled there," she added, glancing at the clearly stained table.

"Luckily this cloak protects me from them," the Watcher hummed carelessly and raised their eyes from their communicator. No efforts were made towards standing up from the table.

"And I already told you what happened, and so did everyone else who saw it. He got hit by its flames, and badly." As they spoke, they lowered their communicator to their lap.

The blonde sighed. "I know you've told me that many times, but there's something you're hiding from me. I haven't pointed it out to anyone else because I wouldn't betray him. As his mentor, you probably know what's going on. But I can see that the wounds he has are really bad, worse than they should be."

She took a moment to examine their expression, which hadn't changed. They hadn't even flinched at anything she had said. Masking emotions was a strength of The Council's members. They were all forced to know how to keep a pokerface at any given time. They were leaders possessing a lot of power and strength, they faced different troubles all the time and to survive through them, they needed abilities to lie and hide the truth any given way.

"With his powers, he shouldn't have been injured that badly. He was distracted by something when the attack came, but he didn't snap back in time. This isn't usual, which is why I want to know what it could have been that distracted him so badly that he almost died to the attack he most likely could have dodged."

Her eyes pierced through them, demanding an answer, but their pokerface remained as is it was frozen on their face. Then they finally parted their peach coloured lips.

"You know what you're doing and that's pretty obvious. It's usually a good thing, but now for me it doesn't seem that good, does it?" They smirked, admitting that they were on the losing side. They pushed their communicator screen inside the metal piece and connected it on their right ear, shutting it off while doing so.

"For his safety, tell me what happened. If you don't do so, I'm afraid I have to take this to ᔑꖎ↸ᒷリ and make him force you to speak. I don't want that and probably neither do you," she said, feeling kinda uneasy. She didn't like threatening her own sibling like this. Her black nails pressed against the fabric of her black - with some burying into her already scarred skin as the sleeves were folded over her elbows.

Their hidden eyes shifted to glance at her fingers. Her anxiety didn't go unnoticed by them, which wasn't good because they could find a way to use it against her.

"I have it all under control. You shouldn't worry much about him. Telling ᔑꖎ↸ᒷリ isn't maybe the best option you have," they said with a confident smirk on their lips.

She bit her lip and moved her hands on her hips. Her gaze was cold and all the visible anxiety was gone in a deep breath in and out. She didn't have time to play games.

"As if I'd let this just slide. I'm serious and you should understand it too. I'm not just asking you to tell me what happened. I need answers and you seem to have them," she said coldly.

"Tsk," They clicked their tongue and for a few more seconds avoided her glare, until turning to look her into the eyes. "Well, I guess I don't have any other options, do I?"

They placed their metallic hand on their Watcher mask, and with one quick pull the mask separated from their face. She gasped loudly as blood spilled on the floor and their cloak. The crimson liquid streamed down their face, dripping slowly on their lap.

She raised her hand to cover her parted lips as they raised their head and stared into her eyes with two brown eyes - from which the right one was slowly fading to white as the magic from the mask was no longer keeping it working.

"...That wasn't really smart.. Did you have a reason behind it.?" she managed to stutter after a few seconds of silence. She by herself had never pulled out her Watcher mask, but she knew that the mask was connected to the face, as if it was a part of the body. Removing it manually was really painful as it tore some of the skin with it. That was why most of the Watchers just hid it with magic whenever they needed to.

"I know, but I need to get into that skull of yours that this is actually pretty important. What I'm about to tell you is something you shouldn't go spill to everyone else. We're talking about something pretty illegal over here, which is why I'm showing you my honest expressions without the mask. You have to trust me as I trust you too."

"I still don't quite understand why you took your mask off like that.." she admitted hesitatedly.

"So you can see me. You have to believe me now, no time to mask anything," they answered, settling the bleeding mask on the wooden table before she got a chance to stop them.

"You better clean up that mask before putting it back on your face. As I said: that table is filled with spillings of different, possibly dangerous, chemicals. If you put it on without cleaning it, you're basically digging your own grave," she warned them, lowering her hand that she had raised in attempt to stop them from placing the mask on the table.

"Well, do you want to know what happened to him?" they asked, tilting their head.

"Go on, tell me what happened," she nodded with a serious expression on her face.

"Do you know anything of forbidden or dark magics?" they asked, leaning against their hands, letting the crimson blood trickle down their hands.

"Since you're being honest with me, I'll tell you a secret in return. It's something I haven't really told anyone. Only ᔑꖎ↸ᒷリ knows it. It's actually the reason I'm a nurse here," she said, immediately gaining the interest of the other.

"What? Were you doing something illegal?" they asked as a joke, not expecting the answer they received: "Yes."

"Wait, what-," they exclaimed, getting cut off by her. "I was a curious teenager and started looking for something more interesting. I discovered the world of forbidden spells and joined an organisation that worked with permadeath causing substances. Just like you, I too, was taken from a Watcher prison."

"Charged for lifetime, wasn't it? Were nice by the way. Ten out of ten, would Gawken again!"

"I don't want to know where that last part is a reference from, but yes. I was indeed, too, charged for lifetime after causing many unnecessary permadeaths while testing the different substances. And just like you, I too, was given a new chance in The Council. They saw my healing abilities that I had gained during my time under the dark organisation and now I'm here," she finished her story.

"What kind of substances did you use?" they asked curiously. They knew almost everything about forbidden and dark spells and were always curious to learn more.

"You're always very easily distracted, have you noticed?" she sighed. "That's not the main point now. Could you now tell me in return what happened to him?" She crossed her arms again and looked at them with a kinda impatient look.

"Fine, I'm also assuming that since you have worked in the darkness, you know how big of a deal this is," they started, looking at her in the eyes. Their expression was dead serious, no traces of the previous amused expression were left.

"I got him to make a deal with a Fallen," they finally admitted.

The silence was loud. She stood frozen, just staring at them with her rose coloured lips slightly parted as a result of an inaudible gasp that never managed to escape past them. If she had been holding something, it would have had crashed against the quartz floor.

"My reasoning for that is pretty simple: he's the only one of us who has dark wings. If we don't point out me. Plus, he's strong enough to handle a foreign power inside him. That's why I chose him instead of myself. I already carry too much dark magic inside my soul, and it's making my body more fragile. He is strong and able to keep the Fallen in chains."

"So, could it be that the Fallen was trying to take control during the fight, but he held back so they couldn't do so, and instead only distracted him to the point he couldn't dodge the upcoming attack..?" She made an assumption. Her expression showed that she was still a bit hesitant and unsure about how she should react. After dealing with forbidden magics for almost three years, and sitting in the jail for it for almost two years, she knew how bad of a crime it was.

"We won't know before he wakes up, but that's what I'm guessing too," they answered with a shrug. Their hand hovered over the mask, their purple nails gripping on it and bringing it towards their face.

She rushed towards them, grabbing their hand to stop the action. The sudden action made them lose their already unsteady balance and the fell backwards. Unfortunately for them, the old wooden table was placed in front of an opened window.

With a scream they disappeared out of the window, leaving her dumbfounded. Once she recovered from the shock, she peeked her head out of the window to face the Watcher, who was laying on their back in front of her.

"You're lucky this is the first floor, otherwise you would be a bit less okay," she sighed after scanning their unmoving, yet awake, form.

"You didn't even ask me if I was okay!" they groaned dramatically as they sat up. Their left arm fell on the grass with a quiet thud. "Well shit!" they sighed.

She offered her free hand to help them up while holding the mask she had just cleaned in her other hand. They took her hand, and pulled her out of the window, resulting a scream as the unaware victim fell into the trap.

They picked up the mask and placed it back into their face with their right hand. Then they stood up and picked up their left hand.

"I need to go see ↸ᒷ ̇/, but how am I going to explain to him that I just fell out of the window?" They sighed and proceeded to climb back inside.

"Falling out of the window is something we all expect from you. He's definitely going to believe you," she said as she sat up, dusting her dirty hands on her cloak.

" ̇/ᒷꖎ's awake!" A feminine voice exclaimed and soon another blonde nurse appeared into the room. Her excited expression turned to confusion when she noticed the two others climbing through the window.

"What the hell have you two been upto? Illegal drug dealing, or what?"

"Just the basic, falling out of window, nothing special," they shrugged with their one connected arm.

"You go see ↸ᒷ ̇/ now, I'll go see  ̇/ᒷꖎ," she answered, ignoring the younger nurses concern. "I'm glad he's awake. Now you can finally go take the rest you deserve, I'll take care of him from now on," she added to her with a smile on her lips.

A white haired Watcher crossed his scarred arms. His hidden eyes were glancing at the brunette admin in front of him. The two of them looked almost identical, the only differences were their colour palettes and expressions.

"As I told you: I don't know anything of this member of your server. What he's upto is not the business of The Council. He has nothing to do with us and by the looks of it, he's just busy with his friends in another server," the Watcher said. He kept his face emotionless, which kinda annoyed the admin, yet he didn't say anything about it.

"I feel like he's hiding something and that's concerning me. I don't know if it's something illegal or dark, but whatever it is, he's hiding it well. That's why I'm asking you to check him our to make sure he hasn't gotten into any kinda of trouble with people he shouldn't hang out around," the admin said, running their hand through their brunette hair.

"We get requests like these all the time, and due to the privacy of the players, we can't do anything about it. You might be my brother, but that doesn't mean I'll do an exception with you. The player from your server isn't involved in any illegal or dangerous actions we should worry about. We already have a lot of work, so that for stalking a random player would be only a bother," the Watcher reasoned. The last part was a complete lie. The Council was full of people who liked stalking random players in the middle of working, so they could get something interesting to do while filling the most useless reports.

"But what am I supposed to do then?" the admin whined. He was already stressed and the constant absence of one of his friends was worrying him a lot too.

The Watcher wrapped his arms around him, placing his hand on his head. He whispered his answer: "Forget about everything suspicious that happened around him."

His hand began glowing and soon the admin passed out on his arms. He sighed and laid the admin on his bed, leaving him to sleep peacefully as he went to make sure no one in the server would remember the constant absence of one of their friends.

"Grian, why are you making this so hard for everyone?" he groaned.

(Ha, I'm not dead! :D)

(It's supposed to be spring, but it snowed a lot last week. My mom said it was the worst driving weather she remembered seeing. And when I sat in the front seat of the car, I could only see like two cars in front of us because it was snowing so much. Luckily the snow has now almost fully melted. Second try, let's see if we're getting spring now :D)

(You too can have a picture of my Frisk cosplay I did for an event. I'll just point out that it was cold outside at that time and I'm not a fan of being in pictures, so it is what it is :D)

(It's Peyton's birthday, but I managed to get an art block, so you're getting last year's picture-(for now))

(Anyways, he was 24 when he died in 2018.)

(5 facts:

1. Peyton is one of the members who doesn't speak English at all. He's also one of the only ones of them who has gone to a Watchers Academy. (The only mentioned ones are Peyton, Godiva, Xelqua and Xenex.)

2. His name is Zion Snow.

3. Originally he died in an attack against Error while protecting two Rookies, but in the rewrite he was the victim of Leslie. She pushed him down into a gap in the basement of the Main HQ.

4. He and Godiva were the ones watching over Taurtis during his time in the Watchers Academy.

5. He was met again in the Afterlife Tea Party where he tried speaking English, but everyone word was missing the last letter, making it a bit hard to understand.)
