"Jeff why is Trish Stratus calling your phone?" Beth stood up with Jeff's phone in hand.

Jeff grabbed his phone from her hand and simply responded. "She's an old friend. We were just catching up with one another."

"She's more than an old friend, you dated her." Beth stated and Jeff rolled his eyes.

"Beth that was many years ago."

"You don't see Matt texting Lita." Beth argued.

"Beth calm down!" Jeff sighed. "Trish and I have our own lives now, she has her own family and I have mine." Jeff stated. "I'm with you aren't I?" Beth nodded. "Then it's no reason to feel insecure." She pecked him on the lips.

"Could you not contact her?" Beth plead.

"If it's an issue, I will not contact her." He was a bit hurt, but he was a man of his word. So he went the next few weeks without contacting his blonde, now brunette friend.

One day, he was randomly listening to music, when his phone buzzed. He checked his phone as the screen lit up with a text message. "Did you die?😂" the text message read. He chuckled at Trish's humor.

He sighed before he responded. "I'm still alive."

"Call me." The message read. He sighed, before he called her phone. She immediately picked up.

"Rainbow!" She responded.

"I don't dye my hair anymore." He smirked.

"You should, but more importantly, you hadn't contacted me in a while. Is everything all right?" He contemplated exactly how he should reply.

"Uh..." He hesitated before answering. "Um everything is fine."

"Good, well I'll be in the 1st ever Women's Royal Rumble. Are you going to be in the men's Royal Rumble?"

"Congrats, but I'm not surprised. You are women's wrestling." She blushed a bit. "And I don't want to give it away, but maybe." Jeff smiled over the phone.

"I'll be watching." Trish responded.

"The first ever Women's Royal Rumble!" Trish smiled as she ran into a few of her close friends. She met a few of the other women wrestlers and took pictures with them. She tapped on the shoulder of her best friend. The red head turned around and hugged her.

"Stratus!" Amy smiled.

"Dumas!" Trish replied cheerfully. "So what time did you get in?"

"Early this morning." Amy replied.

"I see. Have you ran into?" Trish trailed off as Amy confusion grew."

"Matt?" Lita looked at Trish and she nodded. "We walked passed one another, we haven't actually spoken. There's no need for us to."

"You guys squashed the issues you had with one another."

"Yeah, Matt and I are cool. REBY and I are not." Lita added extra emphasis on her name.

"Jealousy?" Trish raised an eyebrow.

"No, I'm over Matt. What we had is forever in the past" Lita said.

"Whatever you said." Trish teased.

The first ever Women's Royal Rumble was a success. All the girls were conversing throughout the back as Stephanie McMahon walked up to everyone. "Congratulations! I was pleased with all of it. Give yourselves a pat on the back because you deserve it." Stephanie said and the women cheered.   The women then sat back at let the Men's Royal happen. Some of them were watching, while others were showering or conversing. Trish and Lita sat front and center from the tv. Trish glanced at her phone. "Hey where are you?"

Jeff sighed. "I'm still in Cameron." He said said as he was holding Nera and Ruby was sitting next to him.

Trish frowned. "So you're not coming."

"I'm afraid not. My shoulder is still giving me issues." Jeff stated.

"Well maybe I'll catch you at WrestleMania." Trish sighed.

"I'll try to make it to that." Jeff smiled apologetically.

"Alright. See ya." Trish hung up the phone.

"Was that Ron?" Amy asked and Trish shook her head no. "Somebody else." Trish smiled innocently.

"Who?" Amy asked and Trish blushed. "Are you cheating on Ron?" Trish jaw dropped after Amy insinuated she would do such a thing.

"No, Ron and I are fine. There's no reason for me to cheat." Trish was highly offended.

"I was just asking, but if you were trying to see someone else. End it with Ron first. I understand you have your kids with him, but don't hurt him like I hurt Matt."

"I'm not trying to leave him Ames." She said.
