CHAPTER NINETY: LOSS AND GAIN !

━━━━━━

CASEY, SPENCER, LUKE, TARA AND JJ HAD ALL ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE TOGETHER, LUKE TELLING A STORY TO THE THREE, ONLY FOR SPENCER TO SECOND-GUESS IT. As Casey arrived right at her desk, Garcia had come up to the four with concern on her face.

"Thank God you guys are here. What do you know?" Garcia questions, causing both JJ and Casey to furrow their brows. "Nothing." JJ answers. "What's up?" Casey asks the woman.

"Okay. Rossi got here crazy early, and then right when Prentiss came in he pulled her in there." Rossi and Emily had exited from Hotch's office as they noticed the rest of the team arriving. "We need to talk." Rossi announces and Casey gulps, looking at her husband and he's just as confused as her.

Hesitantly, the team follows up to the conference room, all wondering what the big fuss is about. "Okay, okay. What's going on?" Garcia starts. "Is something wrong?" Casey follows.

Rossi takes a breath and speaks, "It's Hotch."

Garcia gasps. "Oh, my God. Is he okay?" She questions and Rossi nods, "He's okay. But he has not been away on special assignment. That's something we had to say as a cover for the investigation." Casey furrows her brows. "What investigation? What's going on?" She questions.

"Hotch saw Peter Lewis watching one of Jack's soccer games." Rossi told and Casey's eyes widen. "By the time Hotch reacted, Lewis had taken off. The Bureau searched the area, but he disappeared." Emily informed.

"When was this?" JJ questions. "Days after Mr. Scratch resurfaced in Arizona." Rossi answers.

"One of the victims was chanting his name when we found her." Tara spoke. "She had 'HOTCH' carved into her forehead. It really got to him."

"Why didn't we know about this?" Casey questions. "Yeah, why didn't he tell us? We could have focused on finding Mr. Scratch." Spencer tells. "He knows we can't drop everything. Also, he didn't want to worry everyone."

"So now what? They have around-the-clock surveillance?" Luke questions. "Initially, yes. Agents were assigned to watch Jack 24/7. But when we were all in LA, on the John David Bates case, Scratch surfaced again, this time at Jack's school." Rossi tells and Casey shakes her head as JJ spoke, "Going after Jack takes this to a whole new level."
"And why Jack? Why Hotch? Why them?" Casey questions.

"Peter Lewis is not going to stop. Which is why Hotch and Jack have now entered the program." Rossi informed. "Witness Protection. Oh, okay, uh, wow." Tara said and Casey's breath hitches in her throat. She couldn't even remember the last time she spoke to Hotch nor the last time she saw him. She couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"Does Vivian know about this?" Casey asks and Rossi nods, "It's one of the reasons why she sent in her letter of resignation. She decided that if Hotch was going through this, she was going through it, too."

"So, she's also in the program." JJ stated and Emily nodded, "She knew before any of us. The only people that did know where Rossi and her."

"But now that this happened, we can drop everything and focus on catching Mr. Scratch, and then Hotch can come back, right?" Garcia questioned.

"He went away believing that could happen. But things have changed. He's now decided that he can't put himself and Jack in danger again. He just sent in his resignation." Rossi told and Casey's eyes widen at the news and her mouth drops. This was serious. More serious than anything else. He's been her boss for nearly ten years now and just like that — he's gone? "I know this is a lot to process." Rossi tells.

"I mean, yeah, he's a great dad, and this is an impossible job, and we know how much tragedy he's had. He's had enough tragedy. But... does this mean we're never going to be able to talk to him again?" Garcia questioned. "We don't have a choice." Rossi told.

"But there has to be something we can do. We'll-We'll send armies, track down Scratch. It can't end like this." Casey shakes her head as Spencer grabs her hand, noting to her that it just wasn't possible.

"He doesn't want to put himself or Jack in any danger after everything that's happened. And Scratch, it'd be like finding a needle in a haystack. It's not ideal, obviously." Rossi told. "But as his friends, we have to support his decision." Emily adds, "The only way for Hotch to guarantee Jack's safety is if they both stay off the grid."

Casey looks down as Spencer squeezes her hand in comfort. She can't believe what's happening. How could this be happening? Why Hotch? Why did Scratch want to make his life even more miserable?

"And one more thing," Rossi continued. "Hotch spoke to the director as to who should replace him. Don't worry, it won't be me. You know I'm allergic to paperwork." Rossi joked, causing a smile to quirk up from Casey's lips despite the news they were just handed.

"But Hotch's final request was that Emily Prentiss becomes the BAU's new bureau chief." Casey's eyes widen as they thwart over to her new boss, Emily Prentiss.

"Thank the universe for silver linings." Garcia comments as Emily speaks next. "Okay, I just heard about all of this myself a few minutes ago."

"Congratulations, Emily." Luke tells. "This'll be good, right?" Spencer asks. "You kidding me? This'll be great." JJ tells. "I am really happy for you." Tara nodded. "I can't wait to see where this goes." Casey smiles.

"Thank you, guys, but I haven't exactly signed on yet." Emily reminds the team. "Everyone knows you have a lot to consider, but the brass needs an answer by tomorrow." Rossi informs and Emily nods, "Understood."

Garcia checks her phone as it goes off. "I hate to interrupt the bad news/good news with bad news/bad news, but we've got 3 missing kids in Delaware."

After a short debriefing, the team headed onto the jet, still processing the good news/bad news combo in their heads. JJ, Casey and Spencer stood by the coffee machine as JJ filled both of the youngest members cups. "That was a lot to process before my first cup." JJ comments, handing a cup to Casey first and then Spencer. "Thank you." Spencer tells.

"You're telling me," Casey said. "I can't believe he's been dealing with this for weeks and we never knew. Why wouldn't he tell us?"

"That part really doesn't surprise me," Spencer spoke. "You know he's always kept things to himself. I guess it was just his way of protecting us."

Casey looks down. Protect them from what? Casey always looked at Hotch as a father figure to her and things without him were gonna feel weird.

"If anyone targeted my boys, I'd do anything to keep them safe." JJ said as she began to walk towards a seat. "Same here with Chris." Casey nods as she follows. "I know." Spencer tells to both Casey's and JJ's comments as he followed behind both of them.

"Are you ready to take this for a test drive?" Rossi spoke to Emily beside him. "Sure." Emily nods and looks around at the team. "It's a quick flight. We should get started."

Garcia's face appears on the monitors before them. "Okay, my brain's a little wonky from that intel earlier today. Is that just me? No? Good. Not good, but you know. Anyway, if you all follow along on your, uh, what-you-call-it, your tablets. Uh, three missing teenage Clayton, Delaware, boys are Bones Jarvis, Josh Harmon, and P.K. Riggins."

"Did you say 'Bones'?" Luke questions. "Dope name." Casey adds and Garcia nods, "Yeah. Coolest name ever, huh? Technically it's William, but the Police chief says everyone calls him Bones."

"When were they last seen?" Tara asks. "Around 9pm." Garcia answers. "That was over 12 hours ago. That gives the unsub a massive head start." Luke tells.

"Yeah. And we've got like a barrel of nothing. The boys took off on their bikes, but they left their cell phones at home, so there's no way to track them." Garcia informed.

"Any prior history with these kids?" Tara questions. "No, nothing. They've never even been gone overnight. And apparently they spend every weekend together either making or watching movies." Garcia tells.

"There's a bit of a haunted history in Clayton," Spencer starts. "Years ago, a mental institution burned down and inmates escaped. Legend has it those that were never found moved into abandoned houses. Garcia, you should locate some of those properties. Maybe the boys were looking for inspiration."

"Also check into any history of criminal activity focusing on crimes against children." Emily adds. "Okay. But for the record, I prefer getting spooked doing research on ghost stories." Garcia said and hung up.

"We all know the stats. If we don't find these kids within the next 24 hours, we could be looking at body recovery. We can't let that happen." Emily told.

Once they landed, everyone had headed to the PD and were greeted with the police chief. "Thanks for coming. And, please, call me Coop. Everybody here does." The man tells as he leads them into a conference room to set up. It's small, but it's enough.

"Tell us about your town, Coop." Rossi tells. "Mm, good people, hard-working. I gotta tell you, it's a quiet place." Coop says.

"It looks like we're just a few miles from the old Oxen Hill mental asylum." Spencer spoke and the man nods, "Well, you know, that place burned down in 1956. Ghosts are long gone. There's a Walmart there now."

"Let me ask you this. Do you think it's possible the boys were following the legend of what happened to all the inmates?" Spencer questioned. "My husband, the enthusiast on ghost stories." Casey comments lowly besides JJ.

"It could be. The parents told me that the boys were into scary movies. My officers are taking statements right now." Coop informed. "Have your officers ever dealt with a missing children's investigation before?" Tara asks.

"I'm the only one that's been here long enough. The last time anything like this happened was back in 1983. That's when the Henson twins went missing." Coop told.

"How'd that turn out?" Luke asked. "We found some clothes. There were traces of blood. Um, we never found the bodies." Coop stated. "How old were they when they disappeared?" Casey asks. "Thirteen." Coop answers.

"Is it possible this is the same offender 33 years later?" Tara asks and Coop shrugs, "I thought the same thing. But all the suspects I had back in '83 are dead."

"Yes, but two children were abducted back then, three now, in the same town? It's too similar to dismiss." Emily said. "The question is, if it is the same offender, would he be strong enough to kidnap three young boys?" JJ wondered.

"Maybe he has help." Luke suggests. "Or he could have been a young offender when he struck before and he's just not as old as we think."

"Where were the Henson twins last seen?" Spencer questioned. "Off Route 7. I'll take you there, but somebody's gotta stay here with the parents. They haven't left since I called you."

"Lewis, Willows and I will talk to them." Rossi tells as Casey and Tara both nod to him. Casey goes to squeeze Spencer's hand before going off to the talk to the parents.

P.K.'s mother and father, Bones' father and Josh's mother introduced themselves to the agents and Rossi had dug in. "Have your sons ever run off before?"

"No," said Josh's mother. "They're good kids. I don't know who would do this to them."

"Where might the boys have gone?" Tara asked. "It had to be some kind of adventure, because P.K., he shoved a bunch of snacks in his bag before he left. He'd just had a growth spurt, so I just thought he was hungry." P.K.'s mother spoke. "My first guess was that he lost track of time and got into making a movie. But then after we all talked and found their cell phones, we knew that wasn't happening." said Bones' father.

"Can we see their movies?" Casey asked as Bones' father pulled his phone out and handed it to Casey. "Here you go. That's their latest one. Gonna be some kind of alien invasion when they're done with the effects."

After watching the video, Casey lightly smiled at the humor of the video and the creativity their children all shared. In the video, a man with a blue pickup truck noticed the three recording and the kids ran off and the video stopped there.

"Your kids are all very creative." Casey complimented to the parents. "Who's this guy at the end, with the blue truck?" Tara asks. "Jimmy Ridley," Bones' father spoke. "He's been around forever. Do you think he has something to do with it?"

Rossi and Casey exchange a look and Rossi hands the phone back to them and speaks, "We'll look into it." With that, the three walk off and Casey and Tara set up in the conference room.

After setting up, Tara had gone to go and get her and Casey coffee and Casey stayed behind in the room as Rossi had come back in the room, finishing the set up. He was talking to Casey but could tell she wasn't really listening. She was in her own head. He knew he had to check on Garcia, but he thought that Casey was strong enough to push it all aside for a minute but he knew Casey and he knew the relationship she had with Hotch. Of course, she was feeling the way she was feeling now.

"You think Jimmy Ridley might have something to do with this?" Rossi asks and all Casey responds with is something she's been responding with for nearly an hour now. "Hm." She said.

Rossi turns around and sees Casey, sitting on the table, messing with the Manila folder in her hand, tracing over the letters on the 'CLASSIFIED'. Her head is hung low and she has that frown on her face. The frown she's always had since she was a kid when she was upset.

Rossi stands before Casey and speaks again. "You haven't said anything else besides "hm" in the hour we've been in here." He tells. Casey looks up and shakes her head, sniffling. "Sorry, I, just... uh..."

The man closes the door so as not to be disturbed and turns to Casey and gives his undivided attention to the youngest member of the team. She needed it. "What's bothering you, kid?" He asks, already knowing but he knows she needs to talk about it.

Casey sighed as she hung her head up and looked at Rossi as he sat next to her. "Hotch." She admitted.

"He's gone now and I'm scared at the thought that I may never see him again." Casey revealed. "Hotch has always been like a father to me. Hell, he practically was my father. I think that's the first time I'm ever saying it out loud. I cared about him, he cared about me and sometimes we bumped heads but that was how it worked. And all of the..." Casey shook her head. "Stupid things I got mad about over the years with him are just... dumb now. And I'm trying to remember the last conversation we had and I can't even remember that."

All that was left was a text message from Hotch, an individual announcement to each member on the team and it wasn't even heartfelt or emotional but looking back at it, it was heartfelt and emotional to Hotch.

Casey shakes her head. "I just really miss him. I miss him already. And I miss Vivian. It's like a... smack in the face now that they're both gone. I mean, what happens now?" She wonders and Rossi puts an arm around the girl. "I get it, kiddo. But you know he's doing everything he can for Jack. This doesn't mean he'll be gone forever." Rossi reminds her and Casey nods, "You're right... it's just weird now that he's gone."

Casey takes deep breath, knowing that these kids who were abducted needed their help right about now and Casey was gonna get nowhere if she was crying about her boss and colleague. The text message stayed in the back of her mind once she went back to work.

boss-man hotch😐
I'll be on special assignment for the next few weeks. You and Reid keep the good work up while I'm gone and stay out of trouble.

Casey remembered her response. You got it, boss. And in that moment, she remembered — she was never gonna be able to call him 'boss' again.

After Emily and Spencer came back along with the rest of the team, who checked out the crime scene, JJ had collected some security footage of where the boys were last seen before abduction. "This was the boys last night. Security camera across from the cornfield picked it up." JJ explained as they watched the footage.

"If they were moving in that direction, it probably means they were tracking the Henson twins' disappearance. It's kind of a local legend." Coop told. "Anyone else see them?" Lewis asks. "It's hard to say, but about two minutes later this pickup truck drove by." Luke tells as she flash forward to the blue pickup truck that Casey recognized.

"That's Jimmy Ridley." Coop told. "He's in a film the kids were making." Rossi informs. "What's his story?" Emily asks. "A hermit, mostly. Has a few run-ins now and then." Coop tells.

"We need to find out what he was doing on that road last night." JJ told and with that, the team had gotten his address and headed there, FBI vests clad on chests and guns in holsters.

Luke had taken the opportunity to knock on the door for a hopeful answer that Ridley would come right on out. "FBI! Open up!" Luke opens the screen and then opens the front door. "Small town." He tells.

Casey grabs her gun out of her holster and looks around, searching for the man. "Guys." Emily calls and Casey heads over to where Emily is calling them. Once she comes closer, she notices a tree perched in a room with a photo of the boys.

They hear something in the kitchen and slowly head towards it. Casey furrowed her brows, hearing it come from under the cabinet under the sink. Casey points her gun to it and her husband follows beside her. The two sink to their knees and exchange a look. Spencer opens one part of the cabinet and Casey opens the other. Inside, they find Jimmy Ridley, hiding from them.

━━━━━━

Even with Bones' bicycle helmet found at the residence and the photos found of the children, nothing pointed to this guy being their abductor. The man claimed he took the photos because the kids took photos of him and so he did it back. The man told them that Bones left his helmet there but the boys weren't in the house.

"His house is a puzzle, but other than the bicycle helmet, we couldn't find any sign of the kids." Emily tells. "I think this guy's too simple to be who we're looking for." Luke adds.

"We should take a closer look at the Henson case. Who called it in back then?" JJ wondered. "Their mom did, but she died a few years ago. Their older brother, Deeley was with them that night." Spencer informed. "Yeah, we met him on the roadside. According to Coop, he lives across town and he went out of his way to find us on Route 7." Emily stated.

"Sounds like he's trying to insert himself into our investigation." Rossi told. "Maybe he thinks it may be connected to his siblings." Casey suggests.

"Except when we asked him to talk, he refused." Spencer told. "Maybe it's time to give it another try." Emily suggests and Luke nudges his head towards Spencer. "You want to take a ride?" Spencer nods, "Sure."

With that, the two begin to exit. Casey was sitting beside JJ in seats so when Spencer went to leave, he put a hand on Casey's knee before he did leave with Luke. Rossi looks at Casey and JJ next.

"If Jimmy really isn't our unsub, we're back to one." JJ spoke. "I want to dig through the Henson case. Whether or not, Deeley thinks his siblings may be involved, they may be until we find evidence otherwise." Casey stated. "So, let's go dig up the Henson files. I'll buy you a cup of coffee on the way." Rossi tells as both JJ and Casey follow behind him, leaving only Tara and Emily in the room.

When Luke and Spencer went to go and talk to Deeley, he talked about his siblings disappearance and how people thought he killed his siblings. Looking over Elliott's Pond, they had found one of the boys' backpacks near the stream and set up a search party in the area. It eventually started getting dark and someone had gotten caught in one of the bear traps while searching for the kids. Someone had set the bear trap recently and the team had gathered where they had set up to call Rossi and Tara back at the PD about someone Deeley talked about to Luke and Spencer. Old Man Clements, he was called. Reginald Clements.

"This Clements guy used to hunt out here and someone still using his traps." Luke informed. "I'll patch in Garcia." Rossi said. Garcia then immediately answered. "I was feeling forgotten." She said.

"Never," Tara told. "What do you have on a local man named Reginald Clements?"

"Uh, Reginald Clements." Garcia dove in. "Uh... he's lived there all his life. He, uh, appears to be, I think the words for it are 'off his rocker.' Lot of bats in the belfry. B-a-n-a-n-a-s. I am going to send you what I find as I find it so you can follow along at home. He's from one of the founding families, but this Reginald has quite the past. He did time at that mental hospital that burned down, but he was there before the fire." Garcia explained.

"For what?" JJ asked.

"Assault with a deadly weapon. But it was the bodily harm he did to himself that put him away. He claimed he needed protection from aliens. His delusions ranged from the world ending to major conspiracies, causing him to live entirely off the grid. And, you know, I'm all for solar panels and making your own kombucha, but this guy took it to the extreme. And when he was 18, he got in trouble for abduction of a minor. And get this. His defense was loneliness." Garcia read.

"Sounds like a crazy old geezer," Casey spoke. "Every town is known to have one."

"When was he released?" Spencer questioned. "Winter of 1982." Garcia answered. "So if it was him, he was out for a year before the Hensons disappeared. It could have been for a dual purpose... survival and companionship." Emily told.

"Is Clements dead, Garcia?" Rossi wondered. "I don't have a death certificate, but if he's alive, he'd be 82." Garcia informed. "Could he have been strong enough to hold the boys and set hunting traps?" Luke questioned. "Not likely." Casey shook her head. "What are you thinking, Luke?" Rossi asked.

"I'm thinking the next logical step... he didn't kill the Hensons. He's had them this whole time." Luke theorized. "How would he maintain control, especially once they were strong enough to escape?" Tara questioned.

"He's already got them isolated, and their home life wasn't great. He believes that the world is coming to an end. He could have convinced them of his own delusions." Luke explained. "So one paranoid survivalist bred two more." JJ said. As Luke put it into perspective, Casey could see this forming in her head. They never found the Hensons' bodies nor Reginald Clements. It would all make sense if he had them isolated.

"And if the Henson twins have taken our three boys, who knows what they're gonna do with them." Spencer said.

Finding their location via Garcia, they had arrived with Coop trailing behind them. Emily, JJ and Casey took one portion of the house with Coop and Luke and Spencer took another portion. Casey held her gun up once she was met with a woman holding a rifle up to one of the boys.

"Drop the weapon." Emily told. "Nice and easy." Casey added. "Allie." Coop walks in, putting his gun in his holster to not scare the woman. "It's me. Jim Cooper. You remember? We need for you to drop the gun." When Allie didn't move, Coop repeated himself. "We need you to drop the gun. Go on."

The woman gave a hesitant look to Coop. A frightened one. A confused one. All of the emotions she felt all shown on her face. "Promise you won't hurt us." She pleaded. Coop nods, "Oh, I promise. I promise. It's okay." Allie dropped the rifle and JJ made her way to kick it aside and to get Bones out of the house. Coop had assured to Allie that it was okay.

And soon enough, the team had brought the boys back to their parents and the team was happy to know that this was the ending of the case. All boys reunited with their loved ones. Casey smiled at the scene, taking a deep breath and wrapping an arm around her husband, laying her head on his shoulder as Spencer held her back.

For a moment, all of the arguing, all of the pain and the tenseness of everything had gone away. Casey just stood with her husband, smiling as they watch the boys with their families and how their faces lit up seeing their parents. And not only were the boys reunited with their parents, Deeley was reunited with his siblings.

Getting ready for the jet ride home, Emily had been the first on board, JJ, Spencer and Casey joining her. Emily looked deep into the thought as they approach her. "You okay?" JJ asks.

Emily looks at the three and nods, "Yeah. I'm just glad we found those kids." JJ and Casey both sit in front of Emily as Spencer continues to stand. "Oh, yeah, me, too." JJ nods. "I love when cases end like that," Casey spoke. "But... I'm pretty sure JJ was talking about... that other thing."

Emily looked at the three. "I haven't had a chance to talk to you guys. What do you think?" She wonders. "I think we've been through a lot of changes and we always figure it out, you know?" Spencer tells. "Morgan left, and then, Vivian and now Hotch, but if you stay, it'll be okay."

Emily smiles a bit. "Well, I talked to Mark." JJ looks at Emily. "And?" She asks. "He's gonna be here next week for a visit." Emily reveals. "Well, that's a good start." Casey nods. "But they need an answer in the morning, right?" JJ asks.
"I know." Emily tells.

"Here's the truth," Spencer starts as he kneels down. "If you don't take the position, they're gonna bring in some stranger to be the Unit Chief. And I don't know how that'll turn out, but the learning curve could be brutal."

"Someone who doesn't know us well. Rules could change, things could change. And if we're even more unlucky, it'll probably be someone that doesn't know what the hell they're doing." Casey listed.

JJ nods, "It'll probably stink for us, but... look, we're your friends and we'll support you no matter what you decide." Casey and Spencer both nod along to what JJ's saying as they all look at Emily for an answer.

"I'm gonna stay." Emily decides.

"Oh, thank God!"
"Yes!"
Both JJ and Casey say in unison.

"Are you serious?" Spencer asks. "And we are no way forcing you to choose this, right? 'Cuz my guilty conscience isn't the greatest to me." Casey told.

"Yes, I'm serious." Emily smiles. "I love being here, and I've really missed you guys."

"We have missed you, too." JJ nods. "Honestly, you have no idea how much." Spencer admits, laughing. "He's right, you know. No idea." Casey adds.

The ride home on the jet is a quick one. The team then comes back into the BAU and before they can settle in for paperwork time, Garcia comes out of the conference room. "We need to talk." She says in a serious tone as she walks back into the conference room.

Casey furrows her brows as she followed behind the rest of the team, only to be welcomed with Garcia pouring cider into some wine glasses. "Surprise!" Garcia smiled.

"Ha ha! News travels fast." Emily tells. "Yeah, you can thank me for that." Casey shrugs. Of course, the minute she found out Emily was staying she was thrilled and she obviously had to text Garcia to tell her the awesome news.

"Oh, good news does. I'm so happy you're here. We all are." Garcia tells as she hands a glass to Emily and everyone grabs one for themselves.

"And I've got some big shoes to fill." Emily says and Casey nods, "Damn right, boss." She then registers what she just said and so has Emily. "I could get used to that." Casey smirked.

"Well, I'm not worried. Besides, you'd never let us all down." Rossi tells. "Oh, great. No pressure." Emily jokes.

"Well, let me just say something to everyone." Rossi takes a moment before he starts with a speech. "I, um... I've been in and out of here since 1978, but I know this is where I belong. I've seen a lot of great agents pass through those doors, and a lot of them have moved on. Now, most of this team has been together for over a decade. But I promise you, that doesn't happen often. Now, I've heard the rumblings about how lucky we are, and it's true, but the truth is, it's what happens... when we're not on a case that has defined who we are. We stand beside one another, through good, through bad, because we're family." Casey smiles at his speech, knowing she couldn't have said it better herself.

"So..." Everyone holds their glasses up as Rossi raises his. "To Aaron and Jack, I don't know who's luckier, but it warms my heart to know that they'll be together every day and safe."
"Hear, hear." JJ says quietly.

"And to Emily, our friend and new Unit Chief. Welcome home."

"Cheers! Cheers!"

In the span of two days, so much gained and so much lost. Of course, Scratch had been the next big thing to worry about on Casey's list. If he had it out for Hotch as well as the rest of the team, they were targets next and they would be ready for it when it happened.

But for now, all Casey wanted to do was welcome Unit Chief Emily Prentiss to the team.
