-Kara-
   Ugh that class was such a bore. I had History last period and I almost passed out from hunger. Thank goodness it was lunch. I walked to the cafeteria and waited by the entrance for Leah. I pulled out my phone and began playing Candy Crush while I waited. I almost beat the level when my phone was snatched out of my hand.

"Yah!" I turned around and bumped into Kai, who was holding my phone in his hand.

He began typing something into my phone but I couldn't see because he was so tall. 

"And done." He smiled and placed my phone back into my hand.

"What did you do?" I asked.

"I just put my number into your phone and texted myself so I'd have your number.  Your welcome," He grinned.

I felt my face get red. Before I could say anything, Leah came up behind Kai.

"Hey guys..." she said.

"Hey I was just waiting for you." I replied.

"You looked pretty occupied if you ask me." She added looking at Kai.

I glared at her before Kai said,
"You should come sit with me in the auditorium. I always eat lunch in there." He told me.

"Actually I promised Leah we would sit next to each other today so-"

"I can take care of Leah." A tall, gorgeous boy came up to Leah and put his arm around her shoulder.

"Yah! Woo Bin, get your arm off me." She pushed his hand off.

"Hey come on, please sit with me Leah." He blinked his eyes innocently, "Chebal.." please.

"You know what, you go on ahead Kara, I'll be fine." Leah smiled.

But I wouldn't. Aish Leah couldn't take a hint. How was I going to survive with Kai alone?

   "So it's settled. Let's get lunch and we'll get going." Kai took my arm and led me to the lunch line. I looked back as I was being dragged away to Leah who was glaring at a very happy Woo Bin.

-Leah-
Aish! Why did I let her go? I stabbed a carrot with my fork and began chewing it angrily.

"Chew slower, you'll choke," Woo Bin said who was sitting directly across from me.

"Don't tell me what to do." I muttered.

"Why did you agree to sit with me if you're not even going to keep up a conversation?" Woo Bin asked, annoyed as he ate a french fry.

I don't even know why I agreed to sit with him to be honest.

"Leah?" I looked up and standing behind Woo Bin was a very angry Kyung Soo.

"D.O." I said.

"What are you doing here? Where's Kara?" He asked referring to Woo Bin. Woo Bin stood up.

"Kara is off with her boyfriend. And Leah's here with hers. Now why don't you go to your girlfriend instead of hovering over mine."

"Girlfriend?" D.O. questioned.

"Yah! I'm not your girlfriend!" I yelled.

"Shhh. Don't deny it baby." Woo Bin put a finger to my mouth, before I angrily slapped it away.

"Leah come with me." D.O. offered until he was grabbed by the arm.

"Kyung Soo. What the  hell are you doing here?" Krystal glared.

Before D.O. could say anything, Woo Bin intervened.

"Well he interrupted me and Leah's peaceful lunch."

Krystal rolled her eyes at me.

"Kyung Soo come with me." She grabbed him by his arm, angrily, and led him to the opposite side of the cafeteria.

"Ugh. They're so annoying. Finally for some peace while I eat my lunch with no interruptions.

"Leah!" Someone called.

"AISH" Woo Bin slammed his fork on the table.

"JB. What is it?" I asked.

"Nothing. Where's your cousin?" he asked me.

"Oh she went to go eat lunch with Kai." I said.

-Kara-
"Do you always bring girls in here to eat lunch with?" I asked Kai who was sitting in the seat next to me, our lunch trays in our lap.

Kai laughed. "Do you see me as some sort of player?"

"Well JB said you get a lot of girls.." I mumbled.

"Nah. He was lying. He gets all the girls. I barely talk to girls." He said as he brushed his hair through with his fingers.

"You're talking to me." I added.

"Thats because I want  to get to know you better." He smiled.

I dipped my fry into ketchup and ate it as I felt his eyes glued to my face.

"You-" he began as I froze in my seat.

"You gotta little-" He came closer to me, to the point where there was less than an inch of space between us and he wiped off the ketchup on my mouth with a napkin. I was holding my breath as he leaned in closer.

"YO!" The auditorium doors burst open and I shuffled in my seat.

"JB what do you want?" asked Kai who was completely unflustered by what just happened.

"Were you guys... about to.... kiss?!" JB asked, laughing.

'No it was nothing like that." I pushed a strand of hair behind my ear.

"OK whatever you say Kara. By the way, where was my invite to this little get together?" He asked as he sat on the seat in front of us.

"JB seriously what do you want?" asked Kai, annoyed.

"Yah let me be man. I'm just going to chill with you guys here." He rubbed his hands together.

To be honest I was kind of relieved that it wasn't just Kai and I because I was starting to get really nervous.

Right then, I got a text from Leah:
Actually can you come back? SOS

"Umm guys I'm actually going to head back to the cafeteria," I stood up.

"I'll go with you," offered JB.

"Of course you will," mumbled Kai.

"Okay.." I said, "Thanks for this Kai. Ill see you later." I waved as he waved back to me.

JB and I walked out into the hallway and made our way back to the cafeteria.

"So next time you have to sit with me during lunch, arasso?" JB said as we headed out of the auditorium. "I was feeling lonely today."

I smiled. "Okay, sure."

"So, why are we going back?" JB asked curiously. "Were you getting annoyed with Kai?"

"No, it was my cousin. She needs me." I answered, "Why would I get annoyed with Kai, he's been a great friend."

"Do you like him?" JB suddenly asked.

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me. Do you like Kai?" JB repeated.

"I've only known him for a day. There's no way I could even if i wanted to."

"Okay, so I call dibs." Jb winked.

"What?" I laughed.

"Since Kai hasn't had the guts to yet, and we're obviously both into you, I'm calling dibs. You're mine now." JB laughed evilly.

"I'm not anyone's. You can't just claim me like a prize." I said annoyed.

"Mianhae. I didn't mean it like that. What I mean is, if it comes between Kai or me, you have to choose me. Whenever you do decide to like one of us. IF you ever decide to."

"Do you not trust yourself to win me over if I ever fall for one of you?"

"Aniyo.. it's just you guys seem to get along really well. And Kai gets every girl he's ever wanted."

"Really? He said he doesn't talk to girls."

"He doesn't. But every girl that's ever dated me, only dated me to get to Kai."

"OH. Im sorry." I mumbled, "Fine then. I promise that if I ever have to choose, it'll be you, JB. Even though I don't see myself falling for either of you any time soon."

"And why is that?" he asked.

"Thank goodness you're back!" Leah ran to me, interrupting.

When we got home, Jenny was still at work. Kara plopped herself down on the couch as she sighed loudly.

I placed my bag on the floor and sat down next to her.

"Whats wrong with you?" I asked.

"Nothing. I just find it hard to believe."

"Find what hard to believe?" I questioned.

"It's our first day at a new school and we've managed to already make four friends and an enemy." Kara said.

"Well, I guess it's just our luck." I replied.

"Tough luck if you ask me."

"Yah, I have a question for you." I said.

"Go ahead." Kara sighed.

"Do you see yourself falling for anyone here?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"After Min Ho...I mean do you still have feelings for him?" I asked.

Kara paused then said, "I don't know. Why, are you developing feelings for anyone here?"

"Yah you're just trying to change the subject now." I leaned back on the couch and crossed my arms. "And of course not."

Kara studied me for a few moments then said, "Yes you are Leah. Otherwise why would you ask me that question?!"

"Can't I be curious?" I sighed. "I don't like anyone here, ARASSO?"

"There's no point in hiding it because I already know who it is." Kara stood up and started to walk to our room.

I followed her. "Who do you think I like?"

"It's obvious isn't it? Do Kyung Soo." She winked and went into the room. 

"No, you're wrong! I really don't like him."

"Yeah, sure. Come on it's getting late. I call dibs on the shower." Kara said and before I could say anything she ran into the bathroom and locked the door.

I don't like D.O.
**
"I have to go! See you later!" Kara waved and ran to the athletic's locker room. I waved and started heading towards the school when three girls blocked my way. I recognized them immediately.

"Oh, Krystal." I said wondering what she needed.

"What's your problem?" She asked.

"W-what do you mean?"

"Why do you have to get in the way of other people's relationships!!?" Krystal asked loudly.

"Sorry i don't know what you're talking about..." I tried to move past her, but she pushed me back.

"Stop trying to act innocent. Everyone is telling me they see you with him all the time" Krystal glared at me. "I warned you once before, but I guess you just didn't get it. Why do you still keep going after D.O, huh? I already told you that he was mine!"

I sighed. "I'm not trying to steal your boyfriend from you Krystal. D.O and I are just...friends."

"I don't want you two to be anything, arasso?!?!" Krystal warned. "You keep away from him otherwise I'm going to do something terrible to you And if not to you, you better bet I won't show mercy to the people you care about."

Before I could say anything, she walked away and her three friends followed after giving me dirty looks. People I care about? The only other person I REALLY care about is Leah. I can't let her suffer because of me. Aish so much drama already? It's only been a week.

"Oh Leah!"

I sighed when I heard D.O's voice. I pretended not to hear him and started to walk to my first period class. I walked into Newspaper and sat down at my usual spot. D.O walked in a few minutes later and sat down beside me, "Hey, did you not hear me calling you?"

I blinked and looked at him. "What?"

"I saw you talking to Krystal. What did she want?" D.O questioned.

I shook my head. "Nothing. Nothing important."

D.O raised an eyebrow, but didn't question any farther. I avoided eye contact with him for most of the period. I noticed that Woo Bin never entered the class room. He has been trying a little to hard lately to get on my good side. He can't really take a hint considering I had been denying his lunch offers.

    After class I tried to run out of the room before D.O stopped me, but I failed.

"Yah! Leah! What's going on?" D.O. grabbed my arm.

"Nothing." I lied.

"Tell me the truth. What happened?"

"I said nothing. Just stay away from me please."

"Is that really what you want? That's why you're not talking to me? Because you hate me now all of a sudden?" He asked. No. That's not why.

"Yes. That's exactly why." I lied and saw the pained look on D.O.'s face as I broke free from his grasp and I ran out the door.

I ran outside to get some fresh air because I felt like I was going to puke and cry at the same time.

"AISH" I yelled and kicked a trash can over.

"Yah, Leah what's wrong?' I turned around and there stood Woo Bin.

"Leave me alone."I muttered. He grabbed my shoulders

"I won't until you Tell me what's wro-"

"You want to know what's wrong?! It's you! Leave me alone! Stop butting into my business! Why do you find the need to always make yourself a part of my life? You'll never be a part of my life! I don't like you. Not as a friend and especially not as anything more. Arasso? Now let me be." I grabbed my bag and made my way back into the school.

I pushed open the girl's bathroom door and stood in front of the mirror. My hair was messed up and my face looked pale. I splashed some water onto my face and brushed my hair down with my fingers. Woo Bin's face was etched into my mind.

  He looked like someone had stabbed him in the chest and took it out before  stabbing him again. What's wrong with me? That's when the tears actually started to pour down.

-Woo Bin-
I grabbed a hold of the bench to keep me steady as I managed to sit down.

"Ah. Young love. It hurts, huh?" I looked up and saw Krystal standing in front of me with her arms crossed.

"What do you want?" I muttered.

"Poor Woo BIn. Got his heart broken by the slutty new girl." Krystal pouted.

"Go away krystal."

"I have a proposition for you." She smiled.

"I'm not interested." I said.

"So you're saying you wouldn't do anything to have revenge over Leah? How about D.O.?"

I looked up at her.

"Basically, all I need is a partner in crime to help me ruin Leah's life here on campus." She smiled again.

"I won't do it." I crossed my arms.

"Yah! Kim Woo Bin! Has it not occured to you that the reason why she turned you down is because she's into MY boyfriend?"

"Kyung Soo?"

"Wow. I didn't know how clueless you actually are." She scoffed, "Just help me torture her enough so she learns her lesson to stay away from D.O."

I thought about it for a second.

"Arasso." I nodded.
