Chapter Seven
A/N: Bipolar Kima.
That is all.

"I'm not exactly following what you're saying."
Robin sat at an old wooden table in the middle of Kima's home with the three others. He noticed as a few fairies would pass by, all the while staring at the three inside. Though, they'd all be shooed away by Kima, not wanting to face her 'terrifying wrath.'
Kima had begun to explain the background of her species to Robin, and no matter how many times she did so, he still had trouble understanding it.
"Robin," Eriol groaned, "she's gone over this like a gazillion times!"
"Yeah, but I'm assuming you're getting about as much as I am from this, maybe even less," Robin retorted, raising an eyebrow at the boy.
Before Eriol could reply, Kima jerked her hand up, glaring lightly at the boys. They ceased their arguing, turning back towards her in hopes that she'd clarify what she was telling them.
"You humans have your little fantasy dragon riders, no?" she asked, folding her arms on the table. "They are humans like you, yet they ride dragons?"
Robin nodded in affirmation, waiting for her to continue on.
"We are actual Dragon Riders," she emphasized, revealing a patch of blackish-purple scales reaching from her neck down, "we are part dragon, you could say. All of us have scales anywhere on our body that match our future dragons' scales."
The room was silent for a moment, before a resounding 'oh' was heard. Kima pinched the bridge of her nose, becoming annoyed with what she thought was the 'stupidity' of the humans in front of her.
They all sat for a while until Kima pushed her chair out from under the table, heading over to a large silver cauldron that was sitting over a small green flame. She grabbed the arching handle, carrying it over to the three males. She set it there, pulling out four bowls from a nearby cabinet, dishing each boy a bowl of the stew.
Small chunks of tan meat were scattered around the bowl, as well as a few purple ones that seemed to be some sort of vegetable. Eriol poked around at it with his finger, swishing the meat around the bowl before looking to Kima, who was staring back at him. He furrowed his brows at her, giving her an odd look.
Said female gave an annoyed sigh, bringing the bowl up to her lips and eating. She set it down and wiped off her mouth with her sleeve, waiting for the boys to do the same.
"What is it?" Eriol questioned her, gesturing to the meat.
"Brittanykian Rush stew. It is fairly common around here," she told him, repeating her previous actions.
"What's in it, though?"
"Rat," she told him.
Eriol's eyes widened as he pushed away the bowl, turning his head to look at Ronnie who was happily gulping down his meal. He gaped at him slightly before turning to Robin who was taking small bites.
"What?" the brunette asked him, setting his bowl down. "It's actually pretty good, you know."
Eriol gave a sigh, picking up the bowl and taking a sip of the stew. He savored it for a bit, before swallowing a large gulp.
Kima lightly laughed at the male's antics, picking up all the bowls once the three males were done. She brought them over to an identical silver cauldron that was filled with the same crystal water that Robin had put his finger in the moment they got there.
"I am going to make a small bed for the three of you. Hopefully you are not uncomfortable with sleeping right next to someone, unless one of you wants to sleep without anything," she told them, pulling some soft looking blankets out of a trunk and spreading them out on the ground. She threw a few pillows on the ground, finishing her 'bed.'
Robin mumbled a 'thank you' at her antics, claiming the far left of the blanket as his own. Ronnie had the other side, while Eriol took the middle. It took a while for them to settle in, but they managed.
-
"Rise up, younglings!" a familiar voice called to the three males, bringing them out of their sleep. Robin was the first to stand up, stretching his hands over his head. Eriol was next, and finally Ronnie, who did not look happy to be woken up so early.
Robin gazed out the window at the front of the hut, staring a bit at the beautiful crystal blue sky. Outside, he could hear the sound of footsteps and different animal noises, as well as a few roars here and there. It was almost as if he were in a dream.
In front of them stood the beautiful woman by the name of Hippolyta. Her maroon hair was put back in a pony tail by a golden band, and she was wearing an off white, ruffle-sleeved, shirt with brown pants that were tucked into a pair of black boots with a gold trim. Her never-ending smile was plastered onto her face and her golden eyes shined with anticipation.
"I have a few requests of you three!" she told them, leading them out of the hut while smoothing down their hair. "I would really appreciate it if you would take today as a learning day and help out Kima and Yoshii. I also want you to introduce yourselves to the other Dragon Riders! I am assuming that you three do not plan to leave soon, so this will work out perfectly!"
The three males shared a look before for agreeing with Hippolyta's words, watching as Kima hung her head in disdain. Eriol stuck his tongue out at her, soon stopping as the woman gave him one of her famous death glares.
"Have fun!" Hippolyta said, strolling off towards the large building that housed the dragons. "Airini! Saddle up Theseus, please. I want to take him for a flight today!"
The three males looked to Kima for guidance, who was heading towards the large gate that was the entrance to the village. As they walked through, Robin noticed the same things, yet this time there were actual villagers around, doing jobs and chores.
"Kima!" a voice called behind them, footsteps reaching their ears. The four of them turned around simultaneously, and Robin almost collided with a crystal blue haired woman. Though, he moved out of the way and she ran into Ronnie. Quickly, she got off of him, blushing madly as she helped him up.
"Yes, Xyo?" Kima questioned, tapping her foot impatiently.
"Well, um-" the woman stopped speaking, staring at her feet, "Fyrian- he's kind of, um...gone."
"HE'S WHAT!?"
-
A/N: Bipolar Kima is bipolar.
Happy Hippolyta is happy.
Yoshii is somewhere, probably meddling in the woods with the chipmunks...or nah.
