"Can you not?"
Robin was met with the rather annoyed voice of Ronnie after a long bout of silence. They had been walking for what seemed like hours, and Robin didn't understand how the woman, whom kept pushing them along, could've endured this just to chase down a tiny and rather obnoxious fairy boy. Though, what kept coming to his mind was the fact that she was, indeed, not human.
The male had been feeling the same emotions that Ronnie had just voiced, but he'd rather not do it himself. The rather pretty blonde woman had looked fairly fierce, and though he didn't really know if she'd try anything, one thing he did know was that he did not want to find out.
The younger boy beside him didn't seem to mind what was going on, though. He wasn't exactly smiling, but by no means did he look angered or vexed. He just quietly and calmly complied with Kima's wishes and went on his way.
The current situation, though, was one that none of the boys really appreciated. Kima had told them around twenty minutes ago that they'd be reaching her 'camp' soon. Robin had deduced that soon to her race, was not at all soon to him. Yoshii had left a few minutes before that, still claiming that he was in no way a 'momma's boy.'
Robin didn't believe him.
Kima continued to shove him when he slowed down, not being afraid to use a bit of force. Robin tripped a few times during the process, each time growing more annoyed.
He was about ready to lash out at the woman who was keeping them 'captive,' but then he was met with an awe-inspiring wall with a large wooden gate in the center. Different types of wooden planks had been nailed together with a white stone rim to form the entrance. There was a noticeable dark line between the center, which Robin saw as the split in the gate with which it would open. The top of it had been curved and pointed in the center, allowing some of the other side to slip through at the top.
Kima shouted a few words (or what Robin thought might've been words) at the top of the gate, and almost immediately the enormous 'doors' opened with a booming 'crreeeak.' Once they were fully widened, Robin was once again awe-struck at the view inside.
On either side of the large gate were two women who were holding rather large dark metal chains back. They were much bigger than Kima was, in height and build.
The one on his left had long, curly red hair that framed her round face. Her eyes were a dark green, yet they shined with happiness that even challenged Yoshii's own. She wore armor similar to Kima's, yet he could tell it was a bit more worn. The same dragon-like insignia was printed over her heart, yet it was in an off-white color, while Kima's was a dark blue.
The one on his right was a bit shorter than the other, yet she was still taller than Kima. Her black hair was cut and put into a small pony tail that was positioned on the right, under her ear. Robin could point out a few noticeable features that the woman had, such as a small yet pointed nose and definable cheek-bones. Her violet eyes were void of any immediate emotion, and her face showed it as well. Her armor was the same as the other woman's, with the same color insignia as well.
At the sight of Kima, the two women fixed their postures, moving a free hand to rest straight across the top of their stomachs. They nodded their heads in slight conformation, Kima doing the same to them.
"Knai*," Kima spoke briefly, walking further passed the gate.
"Knai," the two women spoke in unison, keeping up their composure.
"You may release," Kima told them, watching as the two women went back to their original composure.
"Did your search for Yoshii end up successfully?" the red-head asked, a slight accent hinted in her soothing voice.
"Sinda, you are no-"
The dark haired woman was abruptly cut off by Kima, who was revealing a small smile on her face.
"Nyx, it's no problem," she told her, turning to the woman called Sinda. "Yes, it did. He'll not be coming back for the night, though, so there is no need to keep watch out for him."
The red-head returned Kima's smile, once again giving her what Robin thought was a salute before nodding at Nyx. Together, the two women began to slowly pull back the chains, allowing the gate to close before attaching the end to two separate metal poles that were jutting out of the ground.
Robin heard a little gasp next to him, noticing the shocked look on Eriol's face at the sight of what Kima referred to as 'camp.'
Beautifully built huts were on either side of a neatly situated gravel pathway, decorated with different flora and trinkets. They were made with different types of wood, as was the gate, but it did not look messy or unattractive. The doors were noticeably carefully carved, each having the exact same dragon insignia on the door. The roofs were made of small pieces of wood, with a flat top instead of a pointed one. Each hut was a different shape, yet they still all made the place look equally fantastical.
A few of the houses had small, hand-crafted window boxes with deep blue, star shaped flowers that seemed to shimmer just as Yoshii's fairy trail did. The windows were so clear that they seemed to not be there, but slight evidence was shown from the shining of the sun.
Thin wooden poles were stuck into the ground in between every third hut, something Robin took careful notice of. At the top of the poles were metal lantern-like crafts, shaped like a diamond if looked at from the top. Each edge was curled at the top, giving it a rustic yet beautiful look.
To Robin, the grass itself was more amazing than anything he had ever seen. It took on a deep green look, yet had slight evidence of blue in it. To him, this whole place seemed like fantasy.
At the very end of the gravel pathway, Robin noticed a hut that was twice as big as the other ones, yet it was still built the same. As they were brought there, Robin became slightly disappointed at the fact that there was no more of the village to explore, but brightened up when he saw that at the end of the path, it split into two more equally large sections.
"This is amazing," Ronnie breathed, not even caring about the fact that he was still bound by the ropes. Robin nodded in agreement, noticing Kima's slightly proud smirk that adorned her face. He didn't even care, though, for he was too immersed in the scenery.
They came right up to the door of the largest hut, all three moving over so Kima could knock onto it.
After a bit, there was a small call of 'I'll be right there' by a rather deep feminine voice. When it was opened, Robin was met with one of the most beautiful women he had seen in his life.
Dark maroon hair cascaded down her back, and bangs framed her olive-colored face. Her eyes were a very mystic color of gold that seemed to shine with a glint of child-like authority, if that was even possible. She was dressed in a light gray robe that reached her feet, yet Robin noticed that she was wearing light golden sandals that nearly matched her eyes. The robe itself was held on by a silver pin on her shoulder that, once again, had the dragon insignia on it.
Her head was adorned with a light golden crown-like accessory, that seemed as if it was slightly woven a bit to give it a branch-like look.
What really made Robin stare was the patch of scales that was on her cheek and down her neck. They were a dark blue that shined in the light, which added to her beauty.
"Lady Hippolyta," Kima did her form of a salute to the woman, closing her eyes lightly.
"General Towin," the woman replied, sending a smile her way.
"I've brought some," Kima paused, looking at the three humans, "fugitives."

A/N:
EDIT -*Knai is a greeting between Kima's race (I'm not telling you what they are yet.) It basically means "I hope you fare(d) well" between them.
-It's different from the traditional call of Knai-Shek, but y'all don't get to know what that means until it's the right time (and don't you dare tell anyone, Missy)
LONGEST CHAPTER YET AND I'M SO PROUD, IF I'M BEING HONEST.
I wish I lived in the village...
The way I've imagined it, it's too pretty.
I just can't.
Anyways, I really hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Make sure to leave a like (YOU DON'T HAVE TO. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME SAYING IT THAT I REMEMBER...AGH) if you enjoyed the chapter! I'll try and get chapter six up soon.
I've never been this excited to write a story in my life. I've got so many things to add, and I really hope y'all are excited as well...
Happy reading!
