Plot twist/spolier

Americus was killed at the begining of arc 11 by Rahzun  who broke his neck by snapping it than ripping out his spin to have as a trophy and before he killed him he told Americus he had no use for him since he was finding him weak and was no longer his favorite vessel and he would find someone else

This actually give the time to Americus to finally speak with a smile for the longest time saying

"Finally I'm no longer bound to you demon  I'm free."

And that's when Rahzun broke his neck which was in front of Collin and Monica
