Okay I worked on Operation Echo's name a little and I gave a name between the two

Operation Silent Echo or we'll go with OSE

Now...

Why are they called Silent Echo?

They work alone in silent cause if about five in a group someone is bound to fucked up and reason why they're also called Echo?

Obviously they repeat {or echo}  what they heard and report it to Zechariah.

And they'll usually use the info they learned and try something though it tends to be useless

And now since they have Masterson they have to keep him quiet if they put him on missions since he's a loud mouth  and doesn't know how to shut up

They are annoyed with him yes and are wanting to know what the hell was Zechariah was thinking on recruiting this idiot

Zech is annoyed a little bit but hey he deals with this shit
