Trick or Treat!

"You look sooooo cute~" Vanessa cooed.

"Where did you get that? It looks good on you!" Cathrine stated.

"That dress is beautiful Hannah!" Yuno said with a smile.

For the whole morning, she was showered with compliments. She felt embarressed. It was just her halloween costume. Why were they reacting so much? I mean sure she made it all herself, but is it really that good? She blushed thinking about what her... Ahem... Boyfriend would think.

"So what are you supposed to be?" Arata's cluelessness is really beyond imaginable.

"A flower witch." She replied simply. "You're a nice... Mummy?"

"Haha very funny." He said sarcastically. Apparently, he slipped and fell down the stairs earlier that day.

"Mikhail is a vampire apparently. Vanessa is an evil fairy and Kageto refuse to dress up." She said aloud. "Wataru said he wanted to be an ice wizard or something."

"And Muraku?" Hikaru asked.

"I'm not sure." She started pondering. "Did he say anything Haruki? You are his roomate after all."

"He made me promise not to tell anyone." The class presidant stated.

"What do you think will make him look cute?" Vanessa asked teasingly.

Hannah blushed. She thought for a while and accidently said aloud, "A werewolf."

"Huh?! A werewolf? Where did that idea came from?"

". . . I like kemonomimi remember?"

"Oh, those half human and half animal things. And I remember you ssid wolves are your favorite beastly animals."

"Mmhm."

Haruki cleared his throat. "Well, he only told me that he wants you to be at the backyard by midnight."

Just like a werewolf. She blushed just imagining it.

Later that night...

"Ne, Muraku. Where are you?" She walked around the backyard, holding a bag of candy she got from the party since her boyfriend missed it. She still can't get used to it.

Then she got a text.

'Look behind you'

A typical prank. But Muraku was never one for pranks so she did.

Arms snaked from behind and wrapped around her slim form causing a light yelp to escape her throat. "M-muraku!"

"Good evening." Came the reply.

"Y-you tricked me!"

"I didn't trick you. I'm just giving myself a treat~"

The full moon shined brightly in the peaceful halloween night. No ghost, no monsters, no jump scares. Just the two of them together.

Okay I'm sorry this was really late. I was actually planning to post it on Halloween night but my school is holding a halloween event too so i had to prioritize that first... Actually the party was yesterday but the preparations were pushed into two weeks like seriously. Who can plan that big of a party in just two weeks? It's not just the school, but open to public too.
