My Light

Seredy has taken over the school. At the moment, the students were taken in as hostages. Takeru, Inui, and Suzune had come by to visit Jenock.

"Where's (Y/n)?" Hikaru asked, worried.

Takeru looked down and Suzune started shivering. Inui did his best to keep calm. "(Y/n) has LOST."

Hanako was soon on her knees, wailing out in despair. Yuno did her best to help her calm down. The others cringed at another one LOST. Seredy had made it clear that those who LOST in battle, dies in reality.

Hikaru tensed up. After (Y/n) gave him advice while he was at the gym, he had felt close towards her. Always longing for her to smile. Always wanting to battle her. Always wanting to be with her.

He wasn't stupid nor dense. He knew what these feelings were. There was just a problem. Even after an alliance, relationships inbetween nations are not allowed. Siblings, however, are an exception. Hikaru knew from the beginning that (Y/n) had fallen for him, but he also knew that she knows and accepted the rules with a smile.

The students were called up again for War Time at midnight, seeing as Ms. Mito had gone into the Lost Area on her own.

By the time the battle ended it was already dawn. Kaidou Jin had checked each student's pulses, making sure they were alive. Among them, (Y/n) was last to wake up.

"W-what happened?" She asked Muraku, who was helping her out of the pod.

"We'll explain later. First, I'll need help evacuating all the students from the school." He stated. (Y/n) nodded.

Hikaru sighed in relief, knowing that (Y/n) was alive and safe. After the long battle and watching some of Jenock members go, they head back to class. (Y/n) was transfered from Harness to be part of Jenock's first platoon, now that Arata has left.

Hikaru was first to talk. "Are you alright about leaving your former platoon behind?"

(Y/n) smiled. "I don't mind. It's not like I'll never see them again. They'll be suporting me just like before, only in a different way."

Hikaru smiled as well. "When you put it that way..."

Six months pass in no time at all. The school has finally turned into a regular LBX school and a loving couple made their way to the café.

"What would you like?" The male blonde asked.

"Ice cream sound nice in this hot weather." The (h/c) girl said.

"Ice cream it is."

"Hey! Hikaru! (Y/n)!" The couple turned back and found Arata and Takeru by the door. The two walked up to them.

"Wow. Looks like your wish came through, huh (Y/n)?" Takeru winked.

"And Hikaru finally manned-up and ask her out." Arata added.

A crack can be heard. Hikaru cracked his knuckles and advanced towards Arata. "Say that again, I dare you."

The day ended with laughter, smiled, a beat up Arata and a scared-for-life Takeru.

(Y/n) smiled at her friends. Nothing could be better than this...
