MATERIALS REQURIED

1. Old newspapers

2. Streamers or paper ribbons

3. Choclates, pens, pencils,beads, necklaces, earrings and many more

4. Colured tissue paper

5. Transperent glue

6. Tape & scissors

7. Glitter powder and other decorative items [not important]

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a newspaper, add all the pencils, beads,necklaces etc. and roll the newspaper to make a round ball. Stick it with tape.

2. Now using your fingers make round cones with newspaper.

3. Cut few strips of unequal perpendicular distance from colured tissue paper.

4. Cover the cones with these strips.

5. Now cover the newspaper ball with coloured tissue paper.

6. Cut few more strips of coloured tissue paper with equal perpendicular distance and stick them to the tips of each cone as shown in the above picture.

7. Stick the cones to the ball and decorate it with glitter and other items
