Arakan  is the father of Lynelle. He is a skilled martial artist, which is how he met his beloved Shiori. The two met on a joined mission and quickly became close. Soon after their 76th mission, Arakan declare his love for her and proposed. He did have to fight Shin Mao to get his blessings but he did win. After three years of Marriage, little Lynelle was born. Arakan is very careful and calm when he battles, as well as a kindhearted but very strict father. So if you fight him, beware, Arakan may not be the violent type but he is known to leave quite a beating in his opponents.
