Snugglemagne:Deputy Badgerclops...are you sure you can handle him? Anyone who has placed their hands on the Sceptor of Fallen Magic becomes possessed... That Crystal was created by such dark magic that we had it sealed in the deepest and darkest cavern out men could find....

Badgerclops:*a heavy sigh* I am be able to reach him....maybe I can snap him back to reality long enough to get that Crystal away from him....Besides I let him go into that cavern alone with Adorabat....I was able to keep her safe but..... *He shook a bit at the memory*

Flashback:

Adorabat:Cool! A new cavern! Maybe there are some cool new monsters to fight! *she flies inside through a small crack*

Mao Mao:Adorabat! Get back here! *He chases after her*

Badgerclops:*sighs* There goes leaving home early after work... *follows his friends* Looks like I'll need the key *He smiles*

Mao Mao:Oh did the king give you a key to the lock?

Badgerclops: *uses his robo arm to blast the door to rumble* Oh I meant my key that I use to open any door *He chuckles*

Mao Mao:Nice! Though be careful next time, you could have hurt Adorabat if she wasn't far into the cavern right now. * He walks into the cavern. He finds Adorabat looking through some old relics that were most definitely from the previous members of the royal family. However one thing caught his neon green eyes* Huh? Is that a....* He walks towards the soft aquamarine light as if it had him in a trance like state. Each of his limbs moved as if he were a puppet whose movements were made by a pull of a string. His head was clear, for no thought could get through or come in.

Adorabat:*holds a tiara and is about to show Mao Mao when she saw him walking towards a bright light. She was about to follow him when there were whispers in her ears to follow the light. She backed away defensively, this was like the time she received her Zing power and got possessed* Mao Mao, we should go back....* She pleaded*

Mao Mao:*his ear twitched upon hearing his little deputy voice but he continued to walk near the light. His black pupils where now glowing a small but of red within them. He was getting closer to where the whispers were coming from. Each was sweeter than sugar and softer like a feather. His eyes saw the Scepter yet he was more infatuated by the aquamarine crystal with bits of red in it's glow*

*It was calling to him. No one else could hear it but him it would seem. Perhaps this was a treasure worthy of his skills as a hero. It was a siren to his ears as the whispers filled the car heroes mind with voices of it's fallen users. Mao Mao would be it's next victim*

Badgerclops:*finally found his friends and was about to ask about the Scepter when he back away instinctively. It was like his brain was already telling him not to date go any closer* Oh no...Mao, get away from that thing! *He pick up Adorabat and got her behind him. After assuring she was safe, he got his arm cannon ready to destroy that sick looking crystal*

*Sadly....His best friend was in the way*

Mao Mao:*picks up the Scepter and as soon as he did, the car hero was coated in a reddish blue glow. A warm feeling surged through him as magic began to flow in his viens. Though not just any magic, dark and corrupted* Heh.

Badgerclops:Dude, drop it....It is messing with you....remember that heroes don't mess with creepy dark powers....*the silence only caused worry and fear* Mao...say something...

Mao Mao:*never spoke but blasted his best friend and co hero outside the cavern. He then reseals the entrance, covering the entire cavern with the corrupted magic. Flowers, rocks, water, even the monsters were now all his to command* This power....Hehahahaha! HAHAHAHAH!! NOW MY FAMILY WILL NOTICE ME. AFTER ALL WHO TURNS AWAY AT FEAR. FORGET ABOUT LEGENDARY HERO, I WILL BE A LEGEND TO FEAR!! *his laughter echoed into the night*

Badgerclops:*was hurt a bit. His robo arm was clutching and sparking like crazy... Not to mention the killer headache he was having wasn't helping one bit right now* You okay, kid? *He asks the little Sweetypie beside him*

Adorabat:*nodded before she broke down in several sobs* Noo! Mao Mao!!! That dumb rock made him mean!!!

Badgerclops:*holds her in his flesh arm* Look, I promised to get him back. Listen, I want you to go Headquarters. This is far too dangerous. I'm gonna go inform the king then face Mao Mao

Flashback End:

Badgerclops:*goes to face his best friend* Mao...I'm only gonna say it once... Put down the Scepter and move away *He gets his arm cannon ready*

Mao Mao:*He was riding on a medium yet still large lizard monster, the red in his pupils seem to have grown darker. He had a tight grip on the corrupted Sceptor in his claws. He wore his usual shark tooth grin but it seemed more crazed then it would usually be. He no longer seem to be the same hero anymore. Just a broken, unrecognizable version of him* Like I every throw away such power!!!!

Badgerclops:*Tears prick at his eyes before he got ready to stop Mao Mao* Sorry Mao, but as a deputy of this valley and for the sake of our friendship....*He raised his arm cannon* I must stop you...*He closed his eyes as he couldn't bear to see his friend in pain from his attack and fires the shot*

Later:

Mao Mao:*after Badgerclops destroyed the crystal, he was taken back to HQ to recover. Though he could still hear the whispers calling out to him. No longer did the crystal need to exists....For It has already completed it's task in corrupting the hero of Pure Heart.
