Quirk Swap: Mina and Sero

I thought the idea of Mina wanting to be like Sero to fly. It was from the story of the school briefs #2 of MHA when they were having a girls night with Class 1-A and Class 1-B. As for Sero, I always wondered what he would look like without bulked elbows.
