Draw a simple body and draw hair.

Color the hair ever-so-slightly.

Shade the inner sides of her or his hair.

Shade the sides looking downwards. (Sorry I got ahead of my self.)

Draw lines to imitate flowing hair.

Add more lines to add more volume and color.

Now draw lines from the other side. 

Now do the same thing but on the longer bits of hair.

OwO i'm still taking suggestions so suggest me whenever you can't do something or having trouble with something.
