I'm not really good at drawing feet but I'll try my best. Even tho it's just the shape.

There are two types of people draws shoes differently. I'm both to be completely honest.

Let's start with feet shape shall we!

Start by drawing 2 rectangle shapes like this.

From the second rectangle, draw a triangle. This will be the back of the foot. And the first rectangle will be the ankle.

Draw a long box. And where the second rectangles lines are bend it. You should get this shape on the top.

Touch up some things that bother you.

Erase the lines you don't need.

Touch up more things and you're done! 

Now shoes. Like I said before, there are two types of people who draw different ways to draw shoes.

First one.

Draw a semi-circle.

Draw another line going upwards a bit.

Draw a box from the line you just made. The box doesn't have to be as tall as mine.

Draw a way smaller box.

Draw two more boxes. But in different sizes. Draw it lower than the box you made before.

Now erase the guide lines and put more details in it!

Second one

Draw a rectangle that is going to be the ankle.

Now draw a triangle right below it.

Make one end longer to make it look like its looking a bit away from you.

Now just to erase and draw details. This ones really easy. I used to draw like this too much. I still draw it like this tho.
