Of course, draw the head

Draw a straight line down the middle.

First of all, take the length of the head and mark three heads tall

Then draw boxes. For a girl, draw the first box about the size of the head. The middle box, smaller than the first. The third box, a tiny bit bigger than the first.

For a boy, draw the first box about the size of the head. The second box, bigger than the girl's second box. The third box, again, a tiny bit bigger than the first. 

Draw the boxes for the legs. Again, mark three heads tall. 

Draw the thighs a bit bigger than the calves.

Now connect all of them like this↑

Draw the arms the same as the legs but skinnier

And connect them like this↑

Now erase the guide lines.

Now draw the hands and feet.

Aaaaanndd you're done!
