So update with the evil entity

My spiritual friend has since confirmed my drawing as the evil entity he sees following / attached to me. He has also said just today that the entity visited him and he was able to communicate with it. He said that it has very harmful intent towards me and hates him because he made me a spell jar (before we knew it was this bad ofc).

Now ik some people might call bullshit on that, but he said several times that he is very worried for me and I trust that the entity does want to hurt me since it DID try to choke me once.

Anyway, he gave me a protection sigil and told me to draw it somewhere on my body since it'll be easier than carrying around a spell jar all the time. So I now will be drawing this sigil on my thigh until he is able to get rid of the entity, but he said it will take a long time because it is very attached to me by now.

He said that it feeds off my suffering to get power, so I am also doing my very best to try to be positive or do things I like so I don't feed it.

I had to draw it on my upper thigh so my parents won't see it and ask lol

Also I'm not a wiccan/witch/spiritual person, I don't practice spirituality, that's why I can't do anything to get rid of it.
