ok. so here is art from either late 2019 or early 2020

it's basic. I was proud of it at the time but I just wanna use this to contrast how much I've grown as an artist bc of my god.
i redrew this same, nameless OC today and even rendered it (my rendering skills suck so im practicing). and just look at the difference.

is the anatomy still bad? yes.
did I forget the eyebrows? yes.
is my shading still of in some places? yes.

but oh Lord. I've grown so much. I'm so proud of my progress.
she looks so much more dynamic in the new drawing even with all the mistakes I am genuinely considering this as one of the best things I've ever drawn bc it actually looks good?? wild.
