Chapter 26

When we walked down the hall for a little bit we reached a door where Kakashi was in front of the door! My eyes widened. I pointed at him in shock.

"You! You were earlier then us?" I asked in complete shock. Kakashi sweat dropped at me. The rest of my team looked at Kakashi weirdly too when they realised that I was right.

"I have my moment's, Emi," Kakashi told me and I my eye twitched. When did I say that he could call me Emi? Well, he is my sensei. I'll let him get away with it... for now.

"Right, right, and art isn't fleeting. You were probably dragged here by Guy sensei, or someone, un," I waved him off and he sighed, shaking his head at me.

"I'll ignore you for now, Emiko," There you go, you say Emiko now. What is up with him? I saw him look at the others."I see, so Sakura came as well," Kakashi told us looking at Sakura. She froze at his words. While the rest of us looked at Kakashi in question. "You can now officially register for the Chuunin Exam."

Officially? What does he mean? It seems I wasn't the only person wondering that, Sakura asked Kakashi what he meant.

"To tell you the truth, this exam can only be taken in teams of three," I put my hand up. "But," He threw me a look. "I had to talk the Hokage into letting my team of four participate as a full team, instead of one joining another team. But you had to all show up," He explained to us, I ahhh'ed.

"But, you said that we could decide if we wanted to take it or not," Sakura pointed out. I face palmed.

"He lied Sakura. So none of us would pressure the others into going. Or you would feel that you had to for Sasuke, or even Naruto," I explained to her, already caught up in what Kakashi sensei was saying.

Kakashi nodded at me, and Naruto and Sasuke nodded too. They agreed with my words. Sakura looked like she understood what I was saying.

"So, what would have happened if only Sasuke, Emiko, and Naruto came here?" She asked of Kakashi. Again, is she that dense?

"Sakura, stop asking dumb questions! We wouldn't have been able to go any farther then here! Seriously, and you are supposed to be smart. Think!" I snapped at her. Face palming myself again.

"No need to be blunt, Emiko," Kakashi told me and I rolled my eyes at him. "Emi is right, though. But, the four of you came here of your own free will. Sakura," she smiled at him. "Naruto," Naruto smirked at him. "Sasuke," Sasuke also smirked. "Emiko," I waved my hand making my hand mouths appear and stick their tongue out. He chuckled once before doing a closed eye smile at us. "Well done. I'm proud of the four of you. You're my team," Kakashi stepped aside, away from the door. "Good luck."

Sasuke and Sakura opened the doors, and Naruto and I stepped in, followed by Sasuke and Sakura. My eyes widened.

Holy Jashin, there is a lot of people here. They were all... glaring at us. "Wow..." Naruto and I said at the same time.

"What is this?" Sakura muttered, and I shuggered once.

"Guy's, I might go into battle Emiko, if they keep up with this glaring," I whispered to them. They nodded their heads at me.

"There are so many people. Are all these people taking the exam?" Sakura asked and I nodded my head. "Emiko, I don't care if you do or not, just..." She gulped. I ran a hand threw my hair. Not messing it up at all.

Suddenly, a loud, worse than Sakura, voice shouted. "Sasuke, you're late!" they screeched. Oh no.

"Sakura, please, please, tell me that wasn-" but my words were cut off when I saw the blonde idiot, no not Naruto, INO! Crash hugged Sasuke around the neck.

Sasuke's eyes narrowed, looking over his shoulder at the idiot. My fist's clenched. Yep, this girl... I hate even more then Sakura.

"I've been eagerly waiting for you ever since I heard I could see you for the first time in a long time," She told Sasuke. My hand twitched for my clay in my pouch. No one will miss her.

I felt Sakura's anger before I saw it. She pointed over at Ino anger marks all over her head. "Get away from Sasuke! You Ino-pig!" I chuckled once. So true, Ino is a pig!

Ino jumped off Sasuke's back, but still had her arm wrapped around Sasuke's shoulders. "Oh my, it's you, Sakura. Your forehead is wide and you're still ugly... as usual," Ino cooed like a freaking baby.

"What did you say?!" Sakura shouted at Ino. Making even more people look over at us. My eyes widened. Their making a scene.

I need to do something... Something, anything. I acted. I grabbed Sasuke's arm and I hugged him. "Don't say a word, I am saving you from Ino and Sakura, and stop them from making a scene," I whispered in his ear.

"Hn, just get them to shut up," He whispered back and I pulled away from him, I looked him in the eyes. His staring back at me.

I gulped, "I am so dead..." I muttered, and then I leaned forward, and slapped a hand over his mouth before I kissed the back of it. Ino and Sakura both went silent before I felt them glaring at me, they thought I kissed him. I pulled away, removing my hand. I looked at them getting go of Sasuke and I put my hands on my hips. "Finally, you two shut up. And stopped making a scene!" I snapped, their jaws dropped.

"You just kissed Sasuke!" They both yelled at me, my eye twitched. Is that the only thing going through their head?

I sighed and I looked at Sasuke. His face was frozen. I snickered. I looked at Naruto and he was looking sick. I snickered again. I pat Sasuke's shoulder and his head snapped to me. His face red. "I told you, and you let me," I tapped his nose. Then I faced Naruto. I waved at him. "calm down, Naruto, take deep breaths. It was like when you kissed Sasuke, neither of us enjoyed it!" they both glared at me. I waved it off. "Wrong analogy, I guess... anyway, I covered his mouth with my hand, no way am I losing my first kiss as a distraction. No hand mouths, either."

My head turned towards the approaching footsteps. "What, are you four going to take this troublesome exam, too?" ahhh, my friend called Shikamaru, and attempted clay eater (AN, I originally wrote clan eater... whoops! Hahaha), Chouji! I waved at them. "Emiko, didn't know you and Sasuke were together," He pointed out and I rolled my eyes, shaking my head.

"Nah, Sasuke and I are friends. That's it. (AN, FRIENDZONED!! Heh heh) I was trying to get, dumb, and dumber, to shut up and I knew one way," my thoughts went to explosives and art... damn, wish I did do that... oh well "but I couldn't do that, so I fake kissed Sasuke by covering his mouth. Shut them up well," I pointed towards Sakura and Ino. Shika chuckled at my words.

"Hey! It's the idiot trio!" Naruto exclaimed, taking a few steps forward toward's Shika and Chouji. I snorted.

"Stop calling us that. How annoying," Shikamaru told Naruto off, and I snickered. "Emiko's the explosion freak," I ahhh'ed.

"That my friend is so... true," I patted Shika's head as more footsteps approached us. We all looked, and there was Hinata, Shino, Kiba and his little dog, Akumaru.

"Yeah! Found you all!" Kiba called to us, as he approached us. I rolled my eyes before waving at them. I guess they didn't see my fake kiss, good to; Kiba wouldn't let me live it done. They stopped walking. "So, I see that everyone is here," He pointed out.

"Hello..." Hinata muttered, Naruto looked at her and she blushed and looked away. Naw! Hinata likes Naruto! Cute! And Naruto doesn't see that, stupid.

"What? So you three made it too? Geez," Shika asked in a bored tone. I smirked at all of them.

"This will be fun, all of us together again, eh?" I asked, everyone looked at me, some were smirking while others were smiling. Some... didn't do a thing.

Kiba laughed once. "I see, so all ten Genin rookies this year are going to take the exam," Kiba pointed out, his eyes closed and I rolled my eyes. Obvious, isn't it? Kiba's eyes snapped opened and looked at Sasuke. "How far do you think we can get, Sasuke?" Kiba asked of Sasuke.

Sasuke smirked at Kiba, cockily. "Heh, You seem to be confident, Kiba," Ino glared at Kiba as Sasuke talked to him.

"We trained like hell. We won't lose to you," Kiba bragged and I crossed my arms, my eye brow raising.

"Shut up. Putting Sasuke aside, I won't lose to you," Naruto snipped at Kiba. I nodded my head.

"Agree with that, one hand sign from me, and BOOM! You'll be nothing but a memory, so word your words right. What I showed in the Academy was what I was only aloud to show," I pointed out. "My art I showed was fireworks, compared to the real show, Yah," I bragged.

I looked at Shino with a smile. He looked at me. I waved and he waved back, before he stepped forward. I looked down to where he was looking. I saw a bug. My eyes then moved to Chouji, who was walking towards Kiba, Akamaru... or me. My hand went to my pouch. That boy try to touch it, I will end him with a blast!

Everyone else looked to the ground and saw the bug. "What?" Chouji asked, before finally looking down.

It was silent as the bug ran away. "Don't step on it," He told Chouji, still looking down. Chouji went huh? Shino looked up at him. "I said, don't step on it," He repeated himself.

"You're going to eat that?" my hand flew to my chest and I started to cough. Gross! Eating a freaking bug! Shino wouldn't do that! That's like... cannibalism. Yes. I know about Shino and his bugs. He has helped me with making my art in the right shape.

It went silent, everyone looking at Chouji in disgust before my scope zeroed on someone walking towards us.

My head snapped in the direction quickly, confusing everyone but Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura whom just all followed my looks. They know what it means when I move my head like that, scoped picked up something. And there was Konoha nin with grey hair, tied in a ponytail. "Hey, you guys!" He called to us.

Everyone else looked at him as he approached us. "You should quiet down a little," He told us as he stopped in front of us. He looked over all of us. "So, you're the ten rookies that just graduated from the academy, correct?" He asked of us. My eye narrowed in on him.

"What about it?" I snipped at him, my hand going for my clay, if he insults us...

"Nothing, just you're all fooling around with those cute faces..." He sighed. "Geez, this isn't a field trip," He told us and I removed my hand from my pouch.

"Who are you to tell us that?!" Ino screeched and my hand flinched. I am going to punch her. She is so annoying!!

He chuckled once. "I am Kabuto Yakushi. Look around you," Kabuto ordered us. My hands clenched but I did anyway. But regretted it.

There were people glaring at us but what's worse. Is that I saw the Iwa genin from my old class. Ah oh, not good. They were all glaring right at me. Including my friend Rikku, and the shy Rin. Ah oh.

"The ones behind you are from the Village hidden in the Rain. They have a short temper," Kabuto warned us. I shorted. I knew that from my days with my brother. "Everyone is tense since its right before the exam. I warned you so that you won't get picked on," He sighed as we all looked back to him. "I guess it can't be helped though, since you are just rookies who don't know anything," that's it!

I took a step forward to hit the idiot, but someone wrapped an arm around my waist. I looked over my shoulder and I saw Sasuke. He gave me a pointed looked and I relaxed and he let me go. Little did I know that that didn't go unseen by Kabuto.

"You know what? You all make me remember the old me," then you don't us well. I will end you if I got the chance.

"Kabuto, was it?" Sakura asked of them four eyes. He nodded his head. "Is this your second time, then?" She asked of him.

"No," He told us, sounding a little sad. Then why was he sad about that? "It's my seventh," That would be a reason to be sad. My eyes widened in shock. "This exam only takes place twice every year, so it's my fourth year," Kabuto explained to us.

Sakura smiled at him. "That means you know a lot about this exam, right?" Sakura asked of Kabuto. He agreed with that statement.

"So you must be an expert, Kabuto," Naruto pointed out making me bite my lip to stop myself from laughing at that. Yeah, what an expert, failing six times.

It seems Shikamaru agreed with my thoughts, as he said a similar thing.

Kabuto reached over his shoulder and scratched the back of his neck. Laughing bashfully. "Yeah, that's true."

Shikamaru faced Kabuto. "Is the Chuunin Exam that difficult? This is getting even more troublesome," Shika said in an annoyed tone.

Kabuto dropped his arm to his side. "Maybe I should give my cute underclassmen some information, then," he reatching into his shuriken pouch and pulled out... cards? He fanned them out in front of his face with a smirk. "With these information cards."

"Information cards?" Sakura asked Kabuto, her voice laced with confusion. Like my thoughts really.

"In simple terms, it's a card that has information burned into it using my chakra," Kabuto kneeled down and put his cards on the ground in a pile. "I've collected information on this exam for the past four years," He rested his fingers on the top card. "There's about 200 cards in total," He stated, pulling the top on out, and setting it next to the pile. It's completely blank. "It looks blank, but to get the information from this card," He pressed his pointer finger on the card. It started to spin, threw my scope, I could see the chakra following in to it which is making it spin.

"What are you doing?" Sakura asked Kabuto in wonderment.

I frowned. "His focusing his chakra into the card," I explained and Kabuto looked at me in shock.

"How did-" But I shook my head, telling him I wasn't going to tell him. "Well, she's right. I am doing that. The cards are made so that you can't view it without my chakra," he explained. "Like this," He did a hand sign with one hand and then Poof! There was a map of the world. With the signs of the other countries and how many are here. Hmm, so Rikku, Yumi and Rin are the only ones from Iwa, strange. I actually just remebered that Iwa and Konoha had some hate thing. Then how are they here?

"What, what information is this?!" She exclaimed, and I slapped my hand to my face. It's obvious, but she doesn't see it. D-E-N-S-E.

Kabuto chuckled once. "The exam's total number of examinees and countries participating. It also has the number of participants from each hidden Village," Kabuto looked up from the card, to look at us. "Let me ask, why do you think we do the Chuunin Exam together?" Kabuto asked of us. My eye brow raised in question. It seems no one else knew, the only thing we could hear was Chouji munching on chips. "First, it's to deepen the friendly relationships with the other countries. Next, it's to heighten the level of the ninja. That is what they say," okay, that's sort of smart, but dumb too. What if someone wanted to plan an attack or something on a village? (AN, Emiko is smart!! Hahah) It'll be a great time to do it when the exams are on. When heaps of people are coming to the one village and other ninja can come and go from other countries.

"That is what they say?" Sasuke asked of Kabuto.

"Yes, the real purpose is to confirm the level of the ninja in each adjacent country to try and balance out the power," Now that sounds more convincing. Everyone wanting more power than the other. Heh.

"Power? Balance?" Naruto muttered, not sounding like he gets what's going on. His arms crossed.

"And why do they go through such a trouble task?" Shikamaru asked of the four eyes boy.

Kabuto hovered it hand over the card making the information on the card go poof. "If they don't do that, the weak countries will be invaded and dominated by the strong ones," I snorted. He looked at me weirdly.

"So, it's a last ditch effort to even out the power?" I asked of Kabuto. He nodded his head.

"Sort of, it's the way to check and restrain each other's powers," Kabuto told us, looking right at me. "It's just my guess, though," he added as an afterthought.

Sasuke stepped forward from Naruto and my side. "Are there any cards there that have detailed personal information?" Sasuke asked of Kabuto.

"Yes," Kabuto said with a smirk on his face. My eyes narrowed. Perfect. I can find out things about the Iwa siblings. "Is there someone that interests you?" Kabuto asked of Sasuke. I stepped to Sasuke's side.

Sasuke's eyes narrowed on Kabuto. "Yes."

Kabuto place the card he had out on the deck of cards. "The information of this exam's examinees are not perfect, but I've burned and saved them," Kabuto explained. "They include the information about the ten of you, as well," my eyes widened slightly. I don't like that at all. "Tell whatever you know about the people you know that interest you," He raised a card from the deck in front of him. "I'll look it up for you."

I nodded once. Letting Sasuke go first. "Gaara of Suna and Rock Lee from Konoha," He told Kabuto. I raised my hand and they looked at me.

"Can I ask?" Kabuto nodded once. "The three from Iwa. RIkku, Yumi, and RIn," I told him, Naruto looked at me weirdly. I ignored it. I need to know what they can do now.

Kabuto looked a little down. "Oh, you know their names. Then is won't take much time," He placed down the card on the deck before picking up the pile. Then with his other hand he swiped up cards.

He fanned out five cards in front of his face. "Here we go," Kabuto told us.

I hands clenched at my side. "Show me," Sasuke and I said at the same time.

Kabuto set one of the five cards on the ground. He placed his pointer finger on the card once again. "First, let's see Rock Lee," the card started to spin again, before poofing. There was a picture of Lee. With all of his information on it. "He's one year older then you. Mission experience, 20 d-rank ones and 11 c-rank ones. The squad leader is Guy. His taijutsu skills have increased dramatically this past year, but his other skills are terrible," understatement of the century. "He got everyone's attention last year as a skilled rookie Genin, but he didn't take the Chuunin Exam. This is his first time taking it, like you. His teams is composed of Tenten and Neji Hyuga," Knew that already.

"Hyuga?" Naruto thought out loud. I snickered. It's Hinata's last name too. they must be related or from the same clan.

Kabuto set down another card. "Let's see Gaara of the Desert," Sasuke never said Gaara's last name. How in the world does he know it? Kabuto repeated the process for the card. "Mission experience, eight C-rank ones, and," Kabuto's eyes widened in shock. "This is amazing! He did a B-rank mission as a Genin," oh crap and I threatened the dude. Woops. "He is a foreign ninja and it's his first time taking the exam, so I don't have any more information on him," Kabuto explained to us. "But," he looked up from his card. Pushing up his glasses. "it seems that he has returned from all of his missions unharmed," Oh double crap. Well, at least I know my E2's will end him if needed.

"He did a B-rank mission as a Genin, and was unharmed?" Shiak stated in shock. I nodded my head at Shika.

"He's also in the bingo book as of last month," I added. Everyone looked at me and I snickered.

Kabuto sighed, before doing the next card. Poof, there was a picture of Yumi. My eyes narrowed on it. "Alright, Yumi Obitmaru. She is two years older then you guys. Mission experience. 25 D-rank missions 16 C-rank missions. And, wow, another with a B-rank mission under their name," my hands clenched. "Her sensei is someone called Yuuki," my eyes widened. Oh hell no. that woman hates me! "She is great with Taijutsu, but not like Lee and her ninjutsu is better than her genjutsu, Her team mates are Rikku Obitmaru and Rin Obitmaru, this is their second time in the Chuunin exam," So, they didn't pass last time. Interesting.

"Next, Rikku Obitmaru," he placed down another card, and did the same as before. Then there was Rikku's card. "Okay, she is the same as Yumi, but her Ninjutsu is great and her Taijutsu is better than her Genjutsu," he explained. So Rikku still loves her Ninjutsu. That's good to know. "This is her second time too." Kabuto then placed the last card down. "Last but not least."

"RIn Obitmaru. She is the Same as well, except... Her Genjutsu is her high point and her... Taijutsu and ninjutsu are great too! But not as high as Genjutsu," My eyes widened. RIn? She hates fighting! "From last year, I saw their teamwork makes it impossible to win against them. No wonder they have done a B-rank," my eyes narrowed at that.

Of course their teamwork is great. In their clan when a twin or Triplet is born, or even more, they can speck threw each other's mind. Their genkei genkai... it's scary. Another reason why their teamwork is great. As long as their sibling is near, 100 metres tops, they can use each other's nin or genjutsu, but the drawback is they have to use double the chakra to use it. But their chakra is usually built up at a young age, so they can use it. Rikku used to whine about it to me before I left.

My eye flicked to them. They were looking at me. My eyes narrowed. Then I smirked. Yumi went to stand up but Rin gripped her arm and pulled her back down. Rikku looked away from me. My hands clenched.

I looked back at Kabuto as everyone looked at me. I smirked at them. "Well, nice to know they haven't been wasting their time. Be fun to go against them," I stated and I could feel their glares on the back of my head.

Naruto laughed at me. Before Kabuto pulled another card out, placing it on the side. He activated it and there was the map again.

"Konoha, Suna, Rain, Grass, Waterfall, Iwa, and Oto (AN, can't be bothered to finds the Japanese names for all of them, wanted to get this out as soon as I could!!) .This year, many talented Genins from these hidden villages have come here to take the exam. The Village hidden in the sound is a village of a small country that was just made recently, so I don't have much information on them," Kabuto explained to us. My eyes flickered to the sound ninja and they were glaring at Kabuto. Heh, heh. Kabuto just got enemies. Kabuto placed the cards back on hit deck, before looking up at us. "Either way, all of them are powerful hidden villages. The Iwa nin being here is a large feet, as it's well known that there is hostility between Konoha and Iwa."

I sighed, shaking my head. I knew that already. Been to some of them in the passing when I younger and I lived in Iwa.

My eyes went to everyone else. I saw the other girls looking really freaked out. "I'm starting to lose confidence," Hinata muttered. Ino glared at Hinata.

"It's too late to say that!" She snapped at Hinata. My eye twitched. I walked to Ino's side, and I punched her. She fell over.

"Get over yourself! Seriously. You're more of a brat then Sakura!" I growled and she pushed herself up, glaring at me.

"You're the brat!" She screamed at me and I rolled my eyes. "All you can do is your explosions, that's it," my hands clenched. Okay, that's sort of true. But my speed is good. and I've got a couple of things up my sleaves too.

I walked away from her and went to Naruto's side as he was shaking. "In other words, the examinees here are all..." Sakura trailed off.

"Right. It's not just Lee, Gaara or the Obitmaru siblings. All the people here are top elites chosen from each country. This isn't that easy," I smirked. I don't want it to be easy.

My eyes went to Naruto's shaking form. My eyes furrowed. Naruto isn't scared, is he? Nah, that's not Naruto. Sakura seemed to think he was, as she stepped near him.

"Hey, Naruto. You don't need to be that scared-" But she was cut off... by Naruto.

He yelled out and faced the rest of the Genin's but not us rookies. He pointed to them with a big foxy smile on his face. Making everyone looked at him.

"AHHHHHH! My name is Naruto Uzumaki! I'm not going to lose to any of you! Got it?!" He exclaimed to them. My eye twitched. Then I scoffed.

I shook my head. If you can't beat them join them. So I took a deep breath and I shouted. "Art is fleeting you idiots. Say other whys and I will end you in a bang! Got it, yah?!" I shouted out.

Naruto beamed at me and I beamed back. I heard Ino shout at Sakura behind us. "Hey, what's with him?! What's the point in provoking everyone?!"

"Don't ask me!" Sakura shouted back. Good going Sakura!

"Who else am I supposed to ask?!" Ino yelled right back. Oh, I don't know. Sasuke maybe?

"What did you say?!" Sakura screamed at her. I am so sure they are glaring at each other right now.

Naruto sighed happily. With a smile on his face. "That felt good," Naruto said and I chuckled.

"Yep! Now everyone knows that art is fleeting, my dream is slowly coming true," I sighed happily. Naruto laughed at me.

Third Person.

The sand ninja looked at the rookie genin. "That guy is the person we met a while ago," Kankuro said, his eyes dropping to Emiko. His face turned a little red. "And her, she's the one who threatened us. Heh, probably feels dumb now that she knows who you are, Gaara," He added.

Gaara's eyes narrowed on Sasuke and Emiko. The girl more than the boy. She was able to get threw his sand so she intrigues him. Scares him a way. His demon can't wait to taste her blood.

"Weak dogs bark more often," Temari told her brothers. "Girls like her are one trick pony's."

Then to the other Konoha ninjas as they looked towards the rookies as well. "Are they idiots?" Neji asked, as they looked at Naruto and Emiko, smiling at each other. "Looks like they're in good spirits."

"He's burning with passion," Lee told his rival, well in his own mind that is.

Neji looked at Lee, "Maybe you didn't beat them enough, Lee," Neji told his teammate without a second thought.

Lee frowned at that. Naruto didn't seem fazed by being beat by him, and Emiko... well, she was talking about her art, which she is passionate about at all times no matter what. And she didn't watch, so of course she isn't fazed by it. Lee still wonders what she means by Art is Fleeting, maybe he will learn what it is in this exam...

The sound ninja though were glaring at the rookies, and Kabuto. Annoyed at them but they were more annoyed with Kabuto.

"Did you hear that? They said that the Village Hidden in the Sound is a minor nillage of a small country," Zaku told his team mates, Kin, and Dosu.

Dosu scoffed. "I'm hurt."

Kin the only girl on the team. spoke up. "Let's play with them a little, then," She retorted with no emotion in her voice. But on the inside, she was seething at the girl who looked like the boys sister, how her hair was so shiny. Mustn't be a good ninja then was her thoughts on the matter.

Dosu nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, they spoke as if we're just leftover ninja," He spat out in annoyance. "Let's make him add this into his data. Ninja from the village Hidden in the sound are somewhat cruel."

Little did he know, that they weren't the only one thinking of attacking the rookies. There was the Iwa team, the Obitmaru orphans. And they were out for vengeance against the Explosion happy girl of Konoha.

"Heh, look how happy she is! It makes me sick!" Yumi spat, glaring at the girl smiling at the boy who also yelled.

"Her art. Killing our parents..." Rin muttered under her breath. Anger was laced under her words.

Rikku looked at Emiko's hands, her eyes narrowing slightly. But under her hatred of the girl, is the longing of the past. When they were friends. "'art is fleeting...' the last words our parents heard..." Rikku stated, Yumi and Rin looked at their sister.

Yumi shorted once, cracking her knuckles. "I'll make them her last words!" she exclaimed, the memory of that day running threw her head.

Yumi, Rin, and Rikku looked at each other, and nodded once, before disappearing.

First person. EMIKO!!

When Naruto finished laughing, I saw that everyone in our group were around us, looking at us weird. Kiba snorted once.

"I'm not going to lose to any of you'? You talk big Naruto and those explosions Emiko, they couldn't hurt anyone, well, besides someone with advanced hearing. Maybe," Kiba stated and I laughed once.

"Ahhh, E1, my first own made explosives. I remember those days," I reminisced. Everyone looked at me weirdly. I snickered. "Yeah, no. you don't know my art Kiba. Not at all."

"Those idiots. They just made everyone here their enemy," Shikamaru stated, looking at us both, like we were idiots. Which in some ways. We are. heh heh.

Suddenly, Sakura had Naruto in a choke hold. I slapped my hand over my mouth to stop myself from laughing.

"What are you saying?!" Sakura shouted at Naruto and she glared at me. Naruto choked in pain and tried to get out of his hold.

"I just spoke the truth! Why aren't you angry at Emiko?!" Naruto yelled at Sakura. I took a few steps back, away from Sakura. Before... I was hit over the back of my head. I stumbled forward. I looked back and I saw Sasuke put his hand back in his pockets.

I huffed and looked back at Sakura and Naruto. Sakura froze when she saw how many people were glaring at her.

She laughed nervously before she waved at everyone. "Everyone, it was a joke. He's a severe idiot, and her," she threw me a look. "Is an artist and gets a little enthusiastic about it. So... there is no need to take what a hasty idiot and a guy who gets carried away easily seriously. Along with a girl who loves her art. Please don't worry about it," I sighed. I wonder if she knows she just made it worse?

Sakura let go of Naruto and Naruto put his hands behind his head. Looking bored as Sakura shook her fist at him making an even bigger scene. By saying "Everyone glared at me because of you! I'm going to beat you silly," I snickered at them as I saw something move, six people heading towards our group.

I looked around; I saw the Sound group has disappeared, along with the Iwa ninja's. Not good. My eyes widened when I saw Kankuro about to pull off his puppet on his back. But, thankfully, Gaara stopped him.

I ignored the rest of my group. My hand flew to my scope. I saw both groups before they attacked. The Sound were after Kabuto and the Iwa were after me, go figure. I can't let them know about my speed. So I dropped my head and I looked away.

I let myself get kicked. In a wall. I yelled in 'pain'. Remember, my pain tolerance is higher than normal and I've been thrown into walls with my explosions plenty of times. But they don't know that. Let them believe I am weak, don't show the whole room my abilities like an idiot!

I looked at them; I raised my arms in time to block Yumi's attack. It hit but I twisted my arms enough, to grab her wrist. I smirked at her.

"Yumi, nice to see you. Tsk, I thought you would know better than to come anywhere near me. if I touch you with my hands... well, I can end you," I cooed, making them think I am cocky and would do things without thinking. She glared at me and spat at me. I blinked. As I felt the spit go down my face.

She pulled forward and yanking me with her, before punching me in the gut, I coughed and then she kicked me to... Rikku. Oh crap.

"Emi, what the hell are you doing?" Naruto shouted at me as Rikku grabbed the scurf of my shirt.

I smiled at Rikku. "Hey Rikku. Wow, you're getting good," I said, with a smile. She glared at me.

"Shut up! We're not friends!" then she punched me in the face. She went to do it again but someone stopped her. I looked and I saw Rin.

"Allow me," When did Rin become so... cold? Rikku handed me over to RIn before they moved away from the prying eyes of my fellow rookies. What am I? Some toy to be passed around? Who wants some of Emiko? You can have a go! She looked me in the eyes. Well, eye and scope. I felt myself being pulled into an illusion. But I clapped my hands together and I did a hand sign.

"Kai!" I called out and the illusion went away. "Rin, let me go, I don't want any trouble."

"You wouldn't have killed our parents if you didn't want trouble!" Yumi snarled at me. My eyes went to her in shock.

"Huh? I didn't do that! I was out cold. Deidara did that, not exactly my fault, un," I explained, and then I looked at Rin. So that's what they think? That I did it. "I didn't do it, Deidara stole the Kinjutsu. It seems only the higher ranking ninja's know. Not genin like you, now," I coughed once. I looked around and I saw I was on the other side of the room away from my team, but I was near Lee's team. Thank Jashin. If I needed it, Lee would help me.

"That's a lie!" Rikku cried out. "They said that you were the one who did it," She told me, and I snorted once.

"I wonder why, oh, I know. To make sure the ones who were my friends, well, who thought I was nice. Thought I betrayed them, to think I killed innocence's," I snapped to them. I yanked out of Rin's grip. I rubbed my nose. Making sure Rikku didn't break it when she punched me. "By the way, I'm a Konoha nin if I did a thing to an innocent do you think they'd let me in here? it's not Iwa, this village is nice and accepting!"

They all glared at me. "You lie to us... I saw it," Rin told me and I rolled my eyes and put my hands on my hips.

"Well, your eyes deceived you. I didn't do a fly thing to your parents! I didn't touch them! I was out cold for an hour before it happened. Deidara did all the bombing and fleetingness, but I didn't do anything," I snapped. "Stop being a brat about it. You won't be able to bring them back, anyway. You can't kill me, or my brother. You don't have the guts. Have you killed anyone before?" I asked.

Rikku and Yumi looked at Rin. My eyes went to her, and I smirked. So, shy Rin grew a back bone and killed someone. Interesting. I guess my brother killing their parents did that.

"Well, well, congrats on the kill Rin, knew you were going to be a good ninja when you stopped being so shy," I told her with a smile. "But, I've got to go to my team now. I'd drop that whole... revenge thing, alright? Because you try to kill my brother, or my friends. I will end you, you included Rikku," then I walked passed them. I could feel their glares.

I heard it before I felt it. A kunai. Dead in my back. I yelled in pain.

"You touch my sisters and I'll end you, Emi," Rikku stated, I knelled over in pain.

"Emiko!" Lee's voice came towards me. I looked up as he kneeled next to me. He glared up at my ex friend. "Attacking when their back is faced away from you is disgraceful!" He exclaimed, helping me stand up. He took me away from them and set me down next to Neji and Tenten. I think. "Tenten, you know about weapons. You must know about weapon wounds," Lee begged. And I rolled my eyes.

"Just pull the damned thing out, Lee!" I snapped. He looked at me in shock. "I'll heal, trust me."

Lee nodded his head before wrapping both hands around the kunai and yanked it out. I yelped in pain, before leaning over the desk, taking deep breaths. I closed my eyes, focusing my chakra to my wound. I heard Lee gasp, so I knew it was healing.

When it was done, I opened my eyes and I looked at Lee, Neji and Tenten, looking at me weirdly, I shrugged. "I'm weird, yah," I said like it explained everything. I stood up and I looked over to my team.

I saw Kabuto knelling over, so I faced Lee, and co. "See ya! Good luck," then I turned on my heal and I headed to my team. But Lee stopped me.

"Emiko, I don't know what type of explosions you do, but it looks like you don't know much others. It might be your down fall, be careful," Lee warned me, and I sighed, knowing that.

"I know, can't do much now. Only hope what I can do is enough for now, but hey! Worse comes to worse. I can run," He laughed at me. "Plus I do have one or two things up my sleave.

I then was allowed to walk to my group. When I got there, suddenly, there was a big POOF! Then a "Quiet down! You punks!" my eyes widened and I looked towards them. The smoke slowly disappeared from around the area and we saw a bunch of Konoha nin's. The one in the middle had two long scars running up and down his face. "Sorry to keep you waiting. I am the examiner of the 1st test of the chuunin exam, Ibiki Morino."

Ibiki's eyes dropped to my little group. "You three from the Hidden Village of Sound," then his eyes travelled to the Iwa team. "and the three from Iwa. Don't think you can do anything you want before the exam. Do you what us to fail you already?" he asked the sound ninja.

"I'm sorry, we were excited, since this is our first exam" the one that was in bandages stated and I looked over at them and I shook my head, before looking back. They aren't my worry right now.

"This is a good chance to say this..." Ibiki trailed off, before glaring at everyone in the room, "You are not allowed to fight each other during the exam unless given permission by the examiners" so, my explosives are a no go. Great. Only E1's. Oh the fun.

"Now, even if permission is given, you are not allowed to kill the other" Ibiki stated. "Pigs who go against me will fail immediately, understood?" Ibiki all but snarled this.

"This exam seems so soft and easy," one of the sound ninjas said, making me roll my eyes. if people haven't passed, then they think it's easy. How stupid can people get? Seriously.

All of the Chuunin behind Ibiki chuckled at the sound nin's words. So, I am right. This isn't going to be easy.

"We will now begin the first exam of the Chuunin Selection Exam. Turn in you applications, take one of these number tags," he showed us a number tag with a number one on it. "And sit where the number tells you to. Then we will pass out the papers for the written exam," Ibiki told us.

Alright, let's do this. Wait, written? Ah oh. My eyes dropped to Naruto as he figured out the same thing. I patted Naruto's shoulder. Good luck my friend and non-blood brother. You're going to need it.

"A paper test?!"

Hello!!!! I am back!!!!!! Emiko finally had enough of waiting to express her art so she sort of threated to make ME art... whoops hahaha.

Anyway, my two week school holidays are coming up so I will hopefully be updating more often, just tell me in the coming two weeks to update and that I have no excuse not to write hahaha.

Any who, this was 14 pages on word!! Is this my biggest chappy yet... ? I think so... hahaha.

Lately, I have been drinking/eating soup so I have been asking one question to everyone!!

I want to also want to thank everyone who was supportive of me and said it was fine that it took a while for me to update. It's good to see that you are all supportive and patient, and not one of you were mean, so thank you!! I also like to point out I have been now writing this story for over a year, I didn't even notice when may came went!! Whoop!!!

Anyway, what do you guys think is up Emiko's sleeve? Is it... MORE CLAY HIDDEN THERE?!?! Nah hahaha.
