The Confusion Of The Little Bomber. Chapter 34.
Dedication the same as per-normal.
Okay, everyone should read this.
It’s just to explain the time passing in the exam in this story, not sure if this follows cannon but it works for my story. Okay, so they entered the exam around 2:30 in the afternoon (I checked this!!) so that means team seven went into the exam and had to deal with the rain nin who pretended to be Naruto when it was still the afternoon. The nin took the fake scroll and took off, they had to find Naruto and they did, as this happened, night had fallen and then they faced Orochimaru. When that finished, Naruto, Sasuke and Emiko were out and it was early morning. 1 or 2 in the morning. Sakura took them and I know that the Sound nin attacked around dawn but for my story it works better if they attacked mid-day. The whole Sound thing happened and the team left from that place in the afternoon and they headed to the river, it took them until night had fallen to reach there as the team wasn’t at one hundred precent. They rested by the river for the night, and most of the third day.

Chapter 34
I sighed as I sat near the river. It was the afternoon of the third day of the exam and we were leaving our camping spot tonight. We had been resting most of this day, trying to get most of our chakra back. Naruto was almost one hundred precent, but that’s how Naruto is. Sakura was still injured, but most of them were just buries and soreness. Sasuke… he was okay but I noticed that he winced a few times. The mark on his neck was hurting him… and I don’t know what to do to help.
I was fine, chakra mostly all back which was odd however I still had my broken hand. Sakura did a good job in wrapping it up but it wasn’t set properly, she told me that my hand had started to heal before she could set it right and she didn’t want to re-break it when I was out, just in case. So early this morning, she took me away from the boys and from the basic medic training all ninja had to receive in the academy, we re-broke my hand. It had hurt more than it did when it was broken in the first place. We set it back in the right place and wrapped it up.
I stood up from my place at the river when I heard footsteps approaching me. I turned and I saw Naruto and Sasuke. I smiled at my friends, waving with my good hand.
“What’s going on?” I asked and Naruto grinned.
“Sakura is getting the wood together for the fire, and we three are fishing!” he fist pumped. I snickered.
Of course he is happy about eating; we’ve been eating the berries and other fruit that wasn’t poison that’s in the forest for the day.
I pulled out a kunai and I spun it around my finger. “So how we doing this?” I asked and Sasuke smirked, looking at Naruto.
“Naruto is going to go into the water with his shadow clones to disturb the fish and make them jump out of the water,” Naruto nodded his head at Sasuke’s words.
I’m surprised he isn’t complaining about it… I guess the boys had spoken about how they were going to do this on the way.
“Then me and you Emi are going to catch the fish by hitting them with kunai,” Sasuke added and I nodded my head.
I stopped spinning the kunai and I put it away. I looked up and I noticed Naruto taking off his jacket and I yelped as he took off his shirt. I covered my eyes and turned around straight away. I’ve seen him without a shirt before but that’s by accident or he warns me… sometimes. I do not like seeing my little brother figure like that without warning!
“Naruto! Warn me before you do that, if you remember. I am a girl!” I exclaimed in shock and I turned around.
Naruto snickered at me. “Sorry Emi!” Naruto exclaimed right back and I heard movement of clothes. “Done,” I removed my hand and I turned around… he was in his boxes.
I face palmed and I sighed. Should have guessed this was going to happen… I guess. I looked back up and I just stared at his face. I pointed up at the cliff that he could jump in from. He grinned at me and then ran up to the cliff.
I looked at Sasuke and he was staring at Naruto’s back with an eye twitch. Then he looked at me. “Ready?” he asked me and I nodded my head.
We headed towards the cliff where Naruto was going to jump from and stood in front of it. I was muttering under my breath about Naruto and his denseness.
We when were got there, I groaned in annoyance. “I swear that boy forgets I am a girl!” I growled a little and Sasuke scoffed.
“He doesn’t. It’s hard not to see that you’re a girl, it’s obvious,” Sasuke informed me and I looked at him in question. He looked away from me with a slightly red face. “I mean… your long hair… and voice… sounds like one of a girl,” he stumbled and I crossed my arms.
“So what? If I had short hair and-“ I then pulled a deeper voice. “had this voice, I would seem like a boy? Un,” I asked and he tensed.
He shook his head quickly. “No! You’re a girl because of other things,” he stated, seeming to be getting uncomfortable. “you look like a girl… because your too *cough* pretty to be anything else,” I blinked at him and I felt my face go red.
“thanks…” we both looked away from each other at the sudden awkwardness in the air around us. I don’t know why though… a friend can complement a friend right? Maybe it’s because it’s Sasuke… he isn’t known to give out complements but insults instead. But he has complimented me before… you know what; I am not going to think about the awkward situation anymore.
I lightly punched Sasuke in the arm to get rid of the awkwardness. “At least I don’t have my brothers curse of being one gender and getting confused for another,” I pointed out with a grin. Sasuke blinked at me.
“He gets confused of being a girl?” Sasuke asked and I nodded.
I was going to say something when we heard the sound of shadow clones poofing into existence. We both pulled out kunai at the same time.
“Shadow clone! Fish catching style!” he heard multiple Naruto’s shout from above us before he jumped.
Naruto yelled as he jumped and four Naruto’s landed in the water. I felt some water splash onto me as he did so. My eyes darted at the water as Naruto swam around in it, heading towards fish.
Then a fish jumped out of the water, followed by three others. Sasuke and I both threw kunai at them, somehow not throwing kunai at the same ones.
The kunai all hit and pinned the fish to the rock walls. When we did that, Naruto came out of the water, breathing hard.
He had his eyes narrowed on us, shaking. I guess the water is cold.
“Move around more. I want some for preservation purposes,” Sasuke called out to him. “Four isn’t enough,” Naruto tensed in anger, his hair standing on end.
“What?!” Naruto exclaimed angrily.
“I need four more, idiot,” Sasuke repeated and I sighed. Naruto isn’t going to take it well that Sasuke’s bossing him around.
Naruto breathed hard before waving his arms in the air and smaking the water. “This is really tiring! Why don’t you or Emi do it?!” He shouted at us.
My eye twitched at him and put my good hand on my hip and my bad hand in the air. “Um, Naruto! I’m a girl! I am not getting underdressed around two boys! No matter if we’re friends or not! And on top of that, I’m injured!!” I shouted and Naruto’s eyes widened and back up from my anger.
“Sorry Emi! I forgot,” my eyes twitched again. “About your injury! I know you’re a girl!”
I looked away from my fellow blonde and crossed my arms, puffing my checks in annoyance. Why do people forget I’m a girl?!
“Sasuke!” our head’s turned towards where Sakura’s voice came from. “I’m ready for the fire. Can you use your fireball jutsu?!”
Sasuke and Naruto had a stare off before Sasuke sighed quietly that Naruto couldn’t hear. “I guess four is fine.”
He started to walk off and I followed. I was going to see if the two need help with controlling the fire if it got out of control. Fire control is similar to explosion control and I’ve got that down now since the tree training, well more so than before.
“Wait, damn it!” Naruto called out after us and I snickered.
When Sasuke and I reached Sakura, I saw that the fire wood was ready to go. I smiled at her and she grinned. “How’s your hand?” she asked me and I put it forward. It was healing quickly as normal but under her orders, I wasn’t allowed to take it off for a few days… I listened to her for the simple fact that she threatened to make girl’s day overly girly as torcher for me… yesh, she knew my weaknesses.
She took my hand in hers and looked it over. I flinched a few times as she put presser on it to test it out. “It’s healing really quickly!” She exclaimed and I nodded my head at her.
“I told you it would,” I sung and she chuckled at me. “Can I take it off t-“
She cut me off by hitting me over the head. “Good try, but no. Not until I say so, just in case,” I pouted at her but didn’t argue further.
Sasuke looked at us carefully. “I’m actually surprised… that you both haven’t broken the promise to not fight,” Sasuke stated and we both grinned at him.
“What? Is it scary that your female teammate’s can get along, Sasuke?” I cooed and he backed up from me.
“No, just… odd,” he muttered and then faced the fire wood. “Sakura, Emi, back up,” he ordered us and I scoffed as Sakura backed up.
“Sasuke, if I can survive being in the firing range of my art, then I can handle being this close to your fire,” I pointed out and he gave me a look that said. ‘Just listen to me and back up.’ yep, Sasuke has that look. It’s a weird look though.
I listened and I backed up away from him. His hands flew through hand signs before he made a tunnel with his fingers near his mouth and blew. A miniature version of his jutsu came out and hit the wood, the wood lit up like a match and I grinned at the sight. It’s as close as I am going to get to my art for a while, and I’ll take it. Then I noticed Sasuke wince a little. My eyes narrowed on him.
Just as that happened, Naruto ran up to us still in his boxers. Sakura’s eye twitched like mine did and she looked away and at me. I shrugged. “Just look at his face instead, I do,” I told her and she nodded her head.
Naruto had his clothes in one hand and the fish in the other. As a team, we got the fish ready and put them on a stick, leaning the fish in the fire to cook them without holding them out.
We all sat around the fire as the fish cooked, I wrapped my arms around myself.
“It’s been three days since the Second Exam Started,” Sasuke spoke up and Sakura and I both looked at him as he poked the fire with a stick.
“Yep, and we’ve had one hell of an experience,” I pointed out, scuffing my ninja sandal into the ground.
“The Second Exam began at around 2-3pm,” Sasuke explained to us. “We’ve got around 48-49 hours left,” Sasuke added and I nodded my head.
“And if we leave straight at nightfall tonight, we should make it to the tower sometime tomorrow with breaks. Which we’ll need,” Sakura pointed out and I nodded my head.
“Yeah, we’re still not all at one hundred precent. But as we get going, our injury’s shouldn’t bother us as much,” I stated as I pulled out the heaven scroll I had. Sasuke did the same with the earth Scroll. “Then we have to be careful of an ambush,” I added. “If that happens, I’m pretty much useless with my hand.”
Sasuke looked at me as I looked at him. And Sasuke’s mark on his neck… I noticed that it hurts him more and more if he uses his chakra. Taijutsu is the only thing he can use…my eyes moved past him and landed to Sakura. As much as she has grown in this forest, she is still weak and doesn’t have a jutsu to help her…
Then there is Naruto… he is the only one of us at one hundred precent… or is he. That man did something to his seal and I knew that it had to of affected him somehow but he wouldn’t notice it and sadly enough I haven’t noticed anything different yet.
I groaned and I rubbed my face. “We can’t get involved in an ambush. If that happens, then there is a chance we’ll lose our scrolls,” Sasuke stated and I nodded.
Sakura then gasped and we looked at her… well Sasuke and I did. Naruto was staring at the fish… is that drool coming out of his mouth?!
I ignored that and I saw Sakura put her hand into her shuriken pouch. She pulled out… her fake scroll!! I gasped and Sasuke tensed. “You still have yours!” I exclaimed and she nodded her head.
“Yeah, if we get ambushed, we can use it as a bargaining chip and they’ll hopefully leave us alone,” Sakura explained and I nodded my head.
“But what if the person that needs a scroll, needs an Earth scroll?” Sasuke asked of us and I smirked.
I made a hand sign with my good hand and I concentrated. “transform!” I exclaimed and poof, the scroll was a fake earth scroll.
I smirked, happy with my art. “E0, my most disrespectful form of art but useful,” I grinned at them and Sasuke smirked, Sakura smiled and Naruto… was still drooling over the fish.
“Guys, I think the fish is ready!” Naruto exclaimed suddenly and we looked at him before looking at the fish.
We all reached for our fish and checked. He was right. We all started to eat and I started to think. If the Iwa nin are still in the forest and we bump into them, my team has to leave. Those nin are going to go after me and not my team, the Iwa nin will kill them to get to me.
I sighed as I bit into the fish. “Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura…” I spoke up and I felt there eyes on me. “If we confront the Iwa nin… I want you three to run,” I muttered and I looked up. All of their eyes were wide with shock.
“Emi?! Why would you say that?! You can’t say you want to fight them yourself,” Naruto shouted at me, and I shook my head.
“no, I don’t want to fight them at all until my hand is better and I’m better equipped but if we do… they won’t want our scroll, they’ll want to kill me. And if you guys try to help, they’ll kill you two for getting in the way of their revenge,” I explained sharply. “Iwa-nin aren’t like Konoha-nin, actually, they’ll probably kill you for just being a Konoha-nin. Iwa hate’s Konoha and vice versa. One of the motto’s in the Iwa Academy was ‘revenge against Konoha, hate Konoha, Konoha is soft and weak, The Forth Hokage was cruel and horrible,’ among other things… until I moved to Konoha, I believed that Konoha was weak, but I had no hate for Konoha. When Konoha took me in, an missing-nin’s sister everything changed for me. But I know now that Konoha isn’t weak, but if we go against the Obitmaru clan in our state…” I trailed off and I shivered at the thought of them being killed by one of my old classmates and my old friend.
“So… you want us to leave you to be killed by them?” Sakura asked and I looked at her. She shook her head. “No… I can’t do that. Emi.”
Naruto nodded with a fist pump. “Yeah! Your one of my important people! I won’t let you be killed without a fight,” Naruto pointed out and I frowned a little.
“Naruto and Sakura are right… we can’t let you be killed for something you never did,” Sasuke spoke up. “If we do face them… then we do it as a team. Anyway, if their as strong as your implying, they should already be at the tower,” Sasuke informed me and I looked at the ground, finishing eating my fish.
I nodded once and then I stood up with one of our water holders we had, “I’m heading to the river to get some water to put out the fire, we need to cover our tracks, yah,” I informed them, stretching a bit as I did so.
“I’ll come,” Sasuke spoke up and stood up with the other one. “I’ll get some drinking water.”
I blinked as he started to walk off; I followed as quickly as I could. When I was by his side, I looked at him as I walked. He looked at me with a raised eye brow.
“What?” he asked and I snickered.
I put my arms behind my back and I smiled. “Nothing, just seeing how long it would take for you to notice I was looking at you,” I stated, and he smirked at me.
“You’re not becoming a fan girl now that you and Sakura aren’t at each other’s throats, are you?” he asked as we reached the river.
I froze and glared at the back of his head as he continued walking and stoped at the river. I knelt and I scooped pebbles in my hand before I threw them at Sasuke. He tensed when they hit him.
“Ha! That’s what you get for calling me a fan girl,” I laughed at him and he turned to face me. Annoyance on his face.
In the next second, he had pebbles in his hand and my eyes narrowed on him. “Not fair, my pebble throwing was justified. You don’t have a reason,” I retorted and he smirked.
He raised his arm and he threw them at me. I dodged them all and I pointed at him with a laugh. Then I heard a ting type noise, before my scope and my eyes saw a pebble drop to the ground in front of my face… he had thrown one pebble at my forehead protector after using a bunch of pebbles as a distraction.
My eye twitched as he chuckled at me. “You asked for it,” he told me and my eye twitched again.
My reaction to this was what I would usually do to Naruto if he did this to me. I moved to the side, before I launched myself at him. Sasuke, not expecting this from me, froze and I caught him around the waist, knocking him and me down to the ground.
When we hit the ground, I smirked at him in triumph. I surprised Sasuke Uchiha. I released my hold on him and I sat up… sitting on his stomach, crossing my arms.
“I win,” I sung happily and I noticed that Sasuke’s face was going red. “Sasuke? Are you alright?” I asked but he didn’t say anything, his face just got redder. “I’m not suffocating you… am I?” I asked. I don’t think I weigh that much… I poked him in the check. “Sasuke?”
Then Sasuke breathed out, saying something but I didn’t hear him. Then one second, I felt Sasuke’s hands on my waist and then a rush of air the next second. I blinked when I noticed that I was the one laying on my back on the ground. Sasuke was sitting on my stomach. My eyes narrowed on him, his face no longer red.
Before he knew it, I had swapped our positions. After I did that, we kept trying to get the upper hand on each other, I laughed a few times and I swear I heard Sasuke chuckle as well.
Eventually, Sasuke twisted me to the ground again and grabbed my arms, to prevent me for swapping out positions. But he didn’t grab my hands. Damn, if he did do that, I would have gotten my hand mouths to bite him… I guess he knew I would do that.
He pinned my arms to the ground and he looked down at me. He smirked at me and I frowned. “I win,” Sasuke pointed out and my eye twitched once.
“You’re a guy, you’re obviously going to have better upper body strength then me,” I muttered, begrudgingly. He blinked once at me and his eyes moved from my eyes… to where, I don’t know. Down somewhere.
“As ninja… we’re all more mentally older,” he muttered under his breath and I furrowed my eyebrows together. I knew that, it was something we all learnt in the academy. And it’s common sense.
He slowly moved closer to me and I could feel his breath on my face. Sasuke’s eyes landed on my own. What was he doing?
“Sasuke?” I asked confusion obvious in my voice. “What are you doing?” I questioned him and he groaned a little.
“You are so dense,” he informed me and my eyes widened. “When it comes to fighting, friends, figuring out something in a fight, seeing things that others don’t, your so intelligent but when it comes to reading people… your as dense as Naruto.”
Sasuke’s onyx eyes looked into my blue ones. He seemed conflicted and I knew my eyes still showed the confusion I felt. “I’m not dense,” I retorted and he sighed, his breath fanning my face.
“You are, or too much like one of the guys. But that why… that’s why I…” he started to get tongue tied and it confused me more. “You’re an amazing person, you have the ability to just… I can’t explain it, Emiko… I don’t understand you a lot of the time… but then there are days I can understand you… you are… Emi… I…” he looked deeply in my eyes and I felt my heart start to speed up and I don’t understand why.
“Sasuke, I don’t understand. What are you trying to say?” I asked him, my eyes furrowing in confusion again.
“Damn it! I can’t… just say it! You don’t see it! I c-“ he froze up and his hand flew up to his neck in pain, releasing one of my hands.
My eyes widened. That mark… I reached up and I put my hand over his hand that was covering his mark. Sasuke’s eyes connected with mine, which I knew was showing worry now, the confusion long gone.
“It’s hurting you…” I trailed off and I pushed myself onto my elbow. I looked into his eyes as he looked into mine. “Don’t lie to me; I know that mark has been hurting you. I’ve noticed that every time you use your chakra your flinch in pain and you try and hide it. Sasuke, your hurting and you won’t let anyone help you!” I exclaimed in annoyance.
Sasuke’s eyes widened a fraction. “You’re worried,” he pointed out and I rolled my eyes at him.
“Of course I’m worried Sasuke, your one of my most important people. I don’t like to see any of my important people hurting, not when I can try and help them, un,” I explained to him, my voice strong in conviction.
Sasuke sighed and his hand twisting under my hand still on his neck and catching it in his grip. “Don’t tell Naruto about this mark, it’ll make him worry unnecessarily,” he almost ordered me, and my eyes narrowed a little.
“Alright, I won’t. It’s not my place to tell. But you are going to tell him after this exam. We’re a team, and teams need to know these things to help each other, got it?” I told him and he sighed.
He moved our hands from his neck and looked at my hand. He twisted it in his hand and looked at the palm of my hand. “Show me…” I knew what he meant and I summoned forth the hand mouth.
Sasuke just stared at it for a while and I chuckled at him. “They’re pretty weird, aren’t they? But they’re a part of me and that contributes to my weirdness, un,” I informed him and he looked away from my hand and looked me in eyes.
“God…” he muttered understand his breath. “I… Emiko… I don’t know… I’m…” yet again he was getting tongue tied and bring back the confusion I had all but forgotten about.
“Sasuke, what is it? What do you want to tell me?” I asked, my voice showing the returned confusion.
“I can’t tell you… I don’t know how to say it…” he stressed to me and he released my hand from his.
I was getting so confused and annoyed. Why won’t he tell me what he wants to tell me? he knows that I wouldn’t judge him, that he would still be my friend no matter what. He is one of my important people.
“Tell me. Try Sasuke, because all you’re doing right now is confusing me to the point that I feel like screaming,” I ordered him his eyes widened at my tone. “Whatever it is, I won’t judge you Sasuke, if that’s what you’re worried about. Just tell me in any way you can!”
Sasuke’s face froze in shock of my words. His face slowly went red before it went right away. His eyes slowly changed from being conflicted to determination… determination of what… I guess I’ll find out.
“You asked for it,” he warned me and I waited.
I didn’t understand as he slowly came closer to me, to my face. He hovered over me, he let go of my other arm and put his hands on either side of my face. His eyes looked deep into mine; looking for something I don’t know.
When my heart started to race, the confusion in me raised to another level. I knew he could see that and he lower himself closer to me.
“You are dense, Emi,” he muttered before something I would never have guessed happened.
Sasuke’s lips… met mine. My eyes widened in shock, and his eyes slowly closed. He was still and I didn’t know what to do when his lips started to move on mine.
My heart started to speed up more than I ever knew it could. My eyes slowly fluttered close. I didn’t know what to do, I was frozen in shock, and before I knew it. He removed his lips from mine. I instantly missed it… and I didn’t understand why.
My eyes slowly opened and I looked up at him, his eyes open and looking at me. Sasuke was yet again, looking for something in my eyes before he smirked at me and the confusion in my eyes. Before he jumped off of me, leaving me on the ground still lost in my confusion. I didn’t know what to do… what this meant, what he meant by this… does he… like me? Oh jashin… I really am dense. The red faces he got around me, his reaction to me almost dying… how he was always nicer to me… why he complimented me… what he was trying to say before… it all made sense now. Now the question was… what did I feel for him?
I saw him as… I don’t know now. Do I have more than friendship feelings for him? Is this what I feel for him? The more I thought, the more I got confused. I don’t know what to do…
“Up to you now, Emiko,” Sasuke’s voice brought me out of my thoughts. I sat up from the ground quickly and I looked at Sasuke. He had his water holder in his hand and he turned around and walked off. I blinked at his back still confused.
I got up off of the ground, and I headed to my water holder on autopilot and collected the water to put out the fire.
What was Naruto’s answer when I asked one day why he liked Sakura? He said that… it wasn’t something he could explain, just that he could feel it and he just knew… that instead of thinking about the whys at first when he realised he liked her, he just let himself feel it. I joked with him and said that he actually thought.
But maybe… instead of letting my brain get in the way, I let myself feel. Let myself be a normal girl for a second and feel, let myself do what I think is right.
I sighed at my thoughts. By now I was heading back to the clearing. How do I let myself just feel without thoughts? At times like this… I need a girl to talk to, but any girl I talk to about this would kill me for even thinking about Sasuke.
I didn’t notice when I walked into the clearing until Naruto called out my name. My head snapped over to him and I blinked myself out of my thoughts. I noticed that Sasuke was back and I kept my attention on Naruto.
“Took you long enough! You’re never that slow Emi!” He shouted and got up from the ground. He was changed by now and I let my confusion fall back into my mind. I snickered at Naruto once I did that.
“I know, but Sasuke called me a fangirl, so I had to set him straight,” I shrugged once and I walked was to them.
“But… Sasuke got here before you,” Naruto informed me and I nodded once. Naruto then added. “What did you do to him?” he asked me and I smiled at him.
“What I usually do to you if you say something bad about my art. Tackled him to the ground and punched him in the gut,” I shrugged and Naruto snickered at me. “Then I laughed at his shock, that’s why I got here after him. He left me laughing on the ground,” I explained, hoping with my all that that sounded normal and not a lie. Sasuke snorted at me and I didn’t look at him. knowing that my face would go red.
I saw Sakura go tense and she glared at me. “Don’t hit Sasuke!” she exclaimed. “He is still recovering! And you as well, what would have happened if you injured your hand again and we had to reset it, huh?”
I blinked once at her and I looked at my hand. I actually forgot about my injury. My eyes darted to Sasuke and he was staring at my hand as well.
I snickered under my breath and I looked at Sakura. “I actually forgot I was injured. Weird body of mine doesn’t feel the pain of it anymore. I guess that it’s healing nicely already. Can I take it off yet?” I asked and she glared at me. I put my hands in the air. “I guess not…”
“We leave soon,” Sasuke spoke up out of the blue. “Emi, put the fire out and Sakura, Naruto, make sure that there is nothing around hat shows that we were here.”
I looked at him and I caught his eyes. I nodded once. “Okay, we leave right when the sun falls,” I added and then headed to the fire which was slowly going out. Naruto and Sakura checked around the place.
As I poured the water over the fire and used the rocks to help me cover the burn marks. I felt someone come up beside me. “Laughing?” Sasuke’s voice asked in a whisper and I tensed a little.
Well, I think things are going to get awkward. “On the spot lie,” I muttered right back at him.
Sasuke chuckled at me. “I know,” he spoke up and I threw a look at him.
“Of course you know. Sasuke Uchiha who likes to confuse me,” I muttered and he smirked at me.
“What are you going to do?” Sasuke asked me and I gulped a little.
“Still trying to sift through my confusion and thoughts right now. When I know what I am going to do, you’ll be the first to know,” I informed him, growing a back bone.
I’m not going to let this get to me like this. I can do this! I’m Emiko the Little Bomber! I don’t falter and I won’t let Sasuke make me become one of those girls who annoy me. I will be who I am and I won’t change.
I stood up tall and I looked right at Sasuke. I looked him in the eyes and he did the same to me. I smirked at him. “It’ll take a while for me to understand what is going on in my mind and feelings. But I refuse to treat you any differently, your still one of my important people Sasuke. Any awkwardness between us can be damned. I swear to Jashin if it does get awkward…” I trailed off at the thought.
Sasuke’s eyes widened and then he smirked right back at me. “Good,” and then he turned around and walked off.
Yep, until I figure out what I’m going to do, there is going to be no awkwardness between Sasuke and I. None, zilch, non-existence awkwardness. Well… hopefully anyway.
*********************************
Mwhahaha!! And they kissed!! Sasuke kissed her and now Emiko is a mess.
So guess what guys… I’ve decided on the whole pairing thing and yep, it’s going to be a love triangle. Sasuke/Emiko/?? Who will the third one be?? Who do you guys think it should be?? When do you think this person will show they’re growing feelings for our girl blonde bomber?? (It’s not going to be for a while…)
I’m sorry for the late update, but I’ve been busy. Exams, then getting ready for my last year of school, then I went camping with my friends and just an two hours ago my sister called and she’s in labour!! Well, maybe in labour. I’m going to be an AUNTY!!... again hahaha.
Now it is… Question time!!
It’s going to be in two parts. Part one, who do you guys want as the one that completes the love triangle?? Same rules as normal applies, not Naruto or Deidara… (as they are both her brothers… well, basically in Naruto’s case hahaha)
Part two!! What do you guys think should be different about Emiko?? (because of her Kinjutsu) she already has quick healing because of it, and I already hinted towards something in chapter 33 and in this chapter but what else?? (Nothing that makes her Mary Sue. I’m trying to make her balanced and have weaknesses like any person or ninja does)
I hope your all good with how I’ve gone with this chappy. I didn’t even mean it to turn out like this hahaha. At first I just wrote and it sort of just happened, I had them getting together straight away but then I realised that it wasn’t how Emiko is. So I rewrote it hahaha. Now she has to figure everything out and try to find out her feelings towards him. Sasuke also basically said that the ball is in her court. (That’s the saying, right??)
Oh and from my last question, everyone seems to be confused on the Iwa nin and who is who. Which is fine, sometimes I get confused and I’m their creator hahaha.
Rin = Manipulative one, who thinks she’s the ‘puppetmaster’ of everything and of her sisters. (When she’s not, Orochimaru and others are controlling her… the ‘others’ will be found out later)
Yumi = mean girl, sort of the leap before thinking type. (still figuring out who she is.)
