*Reka's pov* (finished sketch from last chapter)

When I got done meeting Kakashi-sensei, I went home to make the clay and read the letter. Once the small explosive clay was finished I layer the paper on the ground, the clay on top of it. Made hand signs and said "Katsu." The explosion was loud but small and when I picked the paper up I read what was written.

'Chaos,
Leader is intrigued about your born Kinjutsu. He would like for you to join when the time is right. He wants to test, your abilities. I protest for you to join but at the same time I wish you were here. I hope you're doing fine.
Love you, Big Brother, Deidara.'

I smiled at the letter. "I can be with brother again..." I say slowly. I decide to write back but stopped myself. "How can I get the letter to him, un? I don't know where he is.." I mutter to myself.

I then set to work testing out one of my paper creations. I wrote a small note on it. 'Yo, Duck Ass. If you get this; one, it means my test worked, yay. Two, come get me in the morning. Thanks!' I then made hand signs, Rabbit-->Monkey-->Ox, "Paper Creation; Bird." The paper turned into an animated, origami bird. I let I sit in my hand and started to channel chakra into it, then I focused on what Sasuke's chakra felt like. I walked towards the door and opened it letting the bird fly out. "Now, I'll work on my puppet..un." I say and that's what I do.

-time skip-

At 4:30 a knock was herd at the door but I ignored it and continued to work on my puppet. It was almost finished, I just had to add details to the face. The door opened, I still paid no attention to it. Whoever it is will get blown up or trapped. Only a few know how to get through without getting caught up in them. "Stupid girl." I hear someone mutter. "Your messenger bird works." He says holding the paper up.

"Thank you! I'll do another test run in the morning with either clay or ice." I say simply. He nods and I grab an apple to eat.

"Sensei said not to eat." He says monotoned.

"How else are we supposed to train, hmmm? We need our strength to train and we need food for strength. Besides an apple isn't filling, yah." I state. He gives me a dumb look and I shrug. We then walk out of the studio and towards the training ground. "What kind of training are we doing, un?" I ask after a few minutes of silence.

"You weren't paying attention." He states and I nod. "It's a survival training, a make it or break it deal. If we fail then we won't become ninja. If we pass then we start missions." He explains.

I nod in understanding as we get to the training ground. I see both Sakura and Naruto walking towards us as we walk into the clearing as well. As we all approach, Naruto greets Sakura and me, then glares at Sasuke. Sakura greets Sasuke and glares at me for being near Sasuke. "Morning, un. So I think we should come up with some kind of teamwork plan for this Survival test." I state simply.

"Why?" Sasuke asks glaring.

"Yeah, why?" Sakura asks also.

"No way. I'm not working with Teme. The future Hokage needs to do this on my own. Believe it." Naruto says.

I sigh and shake my head. "What ever this test is, Kakashi-sensei is an elite jounin, yah. He's in the bingo book. I'll guess we'll have to go up against him in this survival training, un. We're newly graduated genin, we won't last against him. And Naruto, do you really think Lord Hokage got to where he is without help, hmmmm? No. He got there with help from his team, yah." I say like it's common knowledge, which it is. I then felt a presence in the area.

I took my sketch pad out and wrote. 'He's near by, but he's most likely just watching us. Fake an argument, make it believable.' I show the others and the nod in understanding, picking up on the whole teamwork thing.

"You guys will only slow me done." Sasuke says glaring.

"Duck Ass, just cause you the only other Uchiha alive doesn't mean you're better then everyone else." I say glaring back. His glare turns harder at the mention of his brother.

"The future Hokage should be able to pass any test given without the help of someone else!" Naruto yells passionately. Sakura just glares at me.

"I'm not working with you." She says simply. Durning all of this I was writing out a small plan.

'Naruto- distraction, use whatever you can as a distraction. Sakura- try to get a bell when you see an opening, while Sasuke and I actually battle him with what we can.' I show them and the nod. Sasuke takes my sketch book and flips to an empty page and starts to write.

'Explosions? Or Testing your Puppet?' He shows me and I think for a minute before circling the second choice. He nods. I take the sketch pad back and put it away in my bag.

-time skip, 2 hours later-

It's been two hours, Kakashi-sensei still isn't here yet. I was growing annoyed, but I kept my cool. I was standing beside Sasuke playing with my clay, making small explosions, like fireworks. Then came the POOF of the teleportation jutsu. Sakura and Naruto shoot up from their spots pointing at him. "YOU'RE LATE!" They both exclaim.

"Sorry, a black cat crossed my path and I had to take the long way here." He says sheepishly.

"Lair, un." I state glaring dangerously at him. He takes a glance at me but doesn't respond.

"Alright, let's start. You have to get these bells from me," he holds up three bells, "come at me with the full intent to kill me." I smirk a dangerous smirk. "You can come at me with shurinken and kunai," he then looks at me, "but no explosives."

"Wasn't going to use explosives on you. It'd be way to easy, yah." I say.

"But sensei those weapons are dangerous." Sakura states, playing into his hands. Putting a plan to work for us. I internally smirk at her.

"Yeah, especially since you couldn't dodge that eraser." Naruto eggs on.

"You know, you don't have to worry about dead lasts because they'll fail. Class clowns always fail." Kakashi says plainly. Naruto grows angry and grabs his kunai and charges at him, but Kakashi moves fast and holds Naruto's hand with the kunai in it at his own head. "I didn't say go yet... but you came at me with the intent to kill me, how do I put this..... in starting to like you guys. Okay ready, go!"

Everyone jumps away except for Naruto. He's being a distraction. Sasuke and I jump into a tree and Sakura jumps into the bush below us. Sasuke glances at me and I glance back. I nod in understanding his unspoken demand. Naruto got trapped by Kakashi then Kakashi took off to look for us. "Sakura, get Naruto down, un. When you two see an opening get the bells, yah. Maybe help some in battle." I suggest.

"Alright." She says and takes off to get Naruto. Sasuke and I then take off to face Kakashi. Not long after we here her scream. Sasuke glances to me as we jump through the trees.

"I'll go get her, un. Think you can handle him long enough, hmmm?" I question and he just 'hn 's at me and smirks. When I find Sakura I see she's stuck in a genjutsu. I sigh and walk over to her. I channel chakra to her "Release." I say.

She shoots up panting. "Sasuke-kun!" She screams and starts to take off. I grab her by the shoulders and turn her to face me.

"Sakura whatever you just saw was only a genjutsu meant to scare you. It wasn't real, yah." I say shaking her.

"But I saw it. Sasuke had kunai and shurinken all over him." She says still panicking.

"It wasn't real, yah. Now let's go get Naruto then help Duck Ass get the bells." I say and she nods. We run to where Naruto is only to see him tied up to one of the stumps. Sakura unties him and we gather back to where Sasuke and Kakashi are. "Okay, here's the plan, Naruto create as many shadow clones as you can, when you and your clones see an opening help us out, yah. Sakura when you see fit, get the bells." I order and she nods.

"What about you Mire-chan?" Naruto asks.

I grin at him. "I'll be testing out something new, hopefully it works, yah." I say and disappear. I summon up my finished puppet. It's a female puppet that looks just like me, and has poisons with known antidotes and such. I gather my chakra and create chakra strings. My puppet stands up, the chakra strings barely visible. I grinned to myself and started to move my fingers around. My puppet lunched at Kakashi-sensei, catching him off guard.

"What the....?!" Kakashi-sensei started to say.

"Reka?" Sasuke asks confused. "Not using it?" He asks still confused.

My puppet turns it's head to him, stiffly might I add. His eyes widen and then he smirks. He hasn't seen my puppet until now. I make my puppet go into a taijutsu battle with Kakashi-sensei, then make it jump back doing hand signs, but it fails to do a jutsu. "Shit, un." I mutter. Then Kakashi disappears from site. My eyes widen and I begin to look around me.

SNAP.

I turn my head towards the sound and see Kakashi-sensei standing there. "Impressive Kamo-chan. New art?" He asks and I nod slowly, as I reach for a kunai, but he moves fast. Holding a kunai to my throat. "Let's test them, since you messed up my first test in teamwork." He says lowly. He then grabs my wrist and pulls it behind my back, in between my shoulder blades. I grit my teeth in pain.

*Sasuke's pov*

Mirekamosu's puppet and I were fighting Kakashi-sensei when she tried to get her puppet to do a jutsu but it didn't work. Kakashi-sensei disappeared and Sakura and Naruto came running up to me. "Where'd sensei go?" Sakura asked. I shrugged as I looked around. Where's Reka? I question myself. Then I see her puppet collapse.

My eyes widened. "Where's Reka?" I question them.

"We though she was fighting against Kakashi-sensei with you? Isn't that her?" Naruto asks dumbly.

"No, dobe. It's her puppet." I state. We scan around the area hopping to find her. But I don't see her anywhere. Then all of a sudden Kakashi-sensei shows up, holding a kunai to Reka's throat. Sakura gasps, puts a hand over her mouth and grabs the back of my shirt.

"Let go of Mire-chan!" Naruto yells charging. Kakashi-sensei just kicks him back.

"Okay, this is how it's going to be done. Sakura, kill Naruto and Sasuke or Kamo here dies. Sasuke, if she doesn't kill either of you, kill them both." He says so casually and lazy.

"No way!" Sakura and I both yell.

I look at Reka and she nods ever so slightly to me. I turn to Sakura and Naruto quickly. "We need to get her back without any of us dying." I state.

"Yeah. But how?" Naruto asks.

"Naruto, distract him with your shadow clones, attack him with what you can but don't hurt Mire. Then Sasuke-kun can grab her and I can check her over to make sure she's not injured." Sakura says regaining herself somewhat. Naruto and I look at each other and nod. We then put the plan into action.

Naruto taking off and doing his shadow clone jutsu to distract. I know Kakashi-sensei is just going to dodge him but he'll get distracted and loosen his grip on Reka, giving me my chance. "There." I whisper jumping towards him as his hands loosen and I grab her and jump away to Sakura. Reka holds on to the front of my shirt as I jump towards Sakura. "You good?" I question looking down to meet her deep blue eyes.

"Yeah, un." She mutters looking away with a small blush. I smirk at her slightly but continue to jump until we reach Sakura.

"Mire!" Sakura yells running up to us. "Are you hurt anywhere? Let me check you over." Sakura basically demands pulling her towards a stump just as the bell rings. We all make our way to the stumps.

*Reka's pov*

Sakura checked me over quickly making sure I wasn't hurt, I told her I wasn't and that the only thing hurt was my puppet. It was burnt up and missing limbs. The bell had rang and now we're all sitting by the stumps. I was sitting by Duck Ass, Naruto sat between him and Sakura. Kakashi-sensei was in front of us glaring slightly.

"You all pass." Kakashi-sensei states bored.

"But we didn't get a bell?" Sakura questions, another thought passes her mind as she speaks again. "Also there are only three bells and four of us."

"Oh but I did get the Bella while he hand a hold of me, yah." I speak up holding the bells. I gave one to the others leaving me without a bell. "He only had three bells because he tried to pit us against each other, un. He wanted to rise group conflict, though with this group I figure we'll have that everywhere except for in a battle. Yah."

"How'd you get a bell without me knowing?" He questions. I grin and shake my head. "Well either way you four pass. Team seven begins missions tomorrow." He says and we all cheer walking off to celebrate. I start towards my studio to fix my puppet and test my other messenger birds, but someone pick my up over their shoulder.

"You not going back to the studio until you eat something. I know you haven't ate anything nutritious in days other then an apple." Duck Ass says caring me. I huff in annoyance but let him carry me anyway.
