This is Winter, a gacha oc who I recently re-designed a bit(all that changed was her lower half were instead of a cardigan or whatever it was wrapped around her waist its just some shorts[which I was thinking are like Topaz's] and two back tassel thingys idk) 

She is Elodie, a hsr oc and specifically in this picture shes enjoying the night sky with some  A R S O N, but generally shes a sweet girl
