HES THE HAWT GUY I ACCIDENTLY DREW IN ENGLISH

he was originally draw for like a story board for this mini story within the Bone Sparrow(WHICH IS A BOOK)

and in that he's called Oto, but I thought "hes too hawt to leace as some dumb character"

and so...

I turned him into this beaut

He's from Snezehya(I doubt I've spelt that right) and hes a cryo bow user

my guy makes and sells jewellery too so yar💅💅

generally he travels and sells his jewellery but I had to choose somewhere to put him(that has released character, btw the Fatui backgrounds dont count cuz hes not Fatui)
