Sylveon is his partner, and the rest are people helping him/suspects ig. As you can see there is a certain shape that appears on Eevee, Espeon and Leafeon. They're basically the magic sisters, one who restores life, one who predicts future and one who reads the stars. Now who do you think is the culprit. You can probably guess each eeveelution by the shape that they're in and the ears and tail.
