They don't care if they have an unhealthy pregnancy that could cause them to die
They don't freaking care about the kid the minute they're born, because as long as they're alive it's great right???? No need to worry about a thirteen year old autistic mom who has no idea how to care for a baby who will be forced to grow up in such a twisted family that they force their autistic daughter who is barely even a teen to go through childbirth and care for a freaking baby.

But no, a fetus is life, no matter how horrible that life will be. No matter how badly it will destroy the mother's life, no matter how much it throws her into a pit of hell that was forced upon her violently by a despicable stranger. They don't give a single shit about what happens to the kid or the mother as long as the baby is born.
