WingedKitten345 this is the Watcher this dragon doesn't fly, but watches (just as it's name states) over the mortal world.The thing is it can look into the future,but can't warn them so it uses bird messengers the warn them. Thought most people just ignore it's warnings.

(In order for it to look in to the mortal world it has to tap a small pool)
