New OC maybe, just wanted to play with a lycanoid design. She is a Bicanis lycanitus, the lycanoid equivalent of an African painted wild dog :)

Speaking of lycanoids, I'm making one of these for each of the subspecies and Addie's mom is the only Aluri I have not shown a design for so thought I'd share the one for Bicanis lycarus :3 (i rlly like making up scientific nomenclature for fictional creatures if you can't tell-)

This is a more sort of cultural outfit, most lycanoids wear more modern clothing to fit into human society a little better. They'll still wear this kinda stuff though for things like maybe a special holiday ceremony. The outfit itself is inspired by indigenous tribes that would live in areas like where the specific lycanoid lives (I wanna say this specific outfit was Seminole inspired but I'm not 100% confident there). I have a ton of these but not every subspecies so I'll probably post the rest later once those are done. 

Also if you wanna make a lycanoid of your own feel free to. I won't formally open the species because I don't quite have their lore fully developed yet, however what I've revealed is probably enough to make a functional oc lmao.
