Back to traditional again XP Drawing Hydro bc I don't want to forget him

I remember creating this character with my friends when we were in 3rd grade, making a parody book called 'Dog Man vs The Ghost' (it was cringey XP) When we first created the Ghost he didn't really have a name but I still call him 'THE Ghost' so it won't really confuse my persona name and the seperate character.
