Meet Viper. He's a Power drainer and also a snake shifter. Power Drainers are extremely rare and believed to be extinct in Sacredia but their descendents (Like Viper and Shifty) still exist today.

Power Drainers actually drain the powers of the nearest entity. The effects only wear off when the power drainer is very far away. Rare Power drainers can also use the powers of the entity they absorbed from.

The most special power of the power drainers are shape shifting. Viper is a snake shifter, which means he can only turn into a snake or anything reptile - like, including dragons, lizards and sea serpents. He can also resist fatal poison and control the seas.

Shifty, on the other hand, can shape shift into any creature they want, making them always being hunt down by enemies.
