I got some cake 🎂 (lmao not that cake)

This was my first time baking by myself (I had to do it for school) and I gotta say it tasted pretty good, the bread was moist and the top was crispy! I guess now I can say I can make something other than toast (I'm sorry toast Q^Q) and I was supposed to have yogurt for the recipe but I didn't have it so I mixed milk with lemon juice as a substitute, I also just dumped 1 and 1/8 stick of butter in there (super unhealthy, don't tell my mom!) and I was like, perfect.. then after eating a piece, my mom asked me what I put in there, I told her the ingredients and she was like cool! Wait- lemon juice? We have lemon juice? I was like, yeah and took it out of the fridge. She looked at the date, and looked up at me, and said, this expired on February 8th in 2018. 😂🤧 RIP.
