So I'm doing this again. Most of the people on this list I don't know, I just like their art a lot and think they're underrated (but I know a few on here). Like the last one, I will say how much I love their art and show you some examples of their art so you can fall in love. 

First on my list is WisdomtheOWLS

I absolutely love their art. Every sketch, finished piece, flat colors, no matter what they draw it's beautiful and they're able to draw so many different things! Dogs, dragos, cats and so many more. (Hi Rogue). 

MilkywolfZ

Every single one of the artworks they make is just absolutely beautiful! Did I mention they can animate? I think that's pretty cool.

This person needs more recognition. Their dragons are absolutely stunning as well as everything else they draw. Go give their art book some love, please.

Their art is so cute I have to say. Everything they draw is just simply amazing and I always look forward to seeing it and you will too.

For the quality of their content that they post, I do feel like they are very underrated. They have a decent crowd but I feel like they deserve so much more than what they have right now.

This person's art is just so amazing, the dragos and the cats, they're all so cute!

There goes the 20 picture limit. So unlike the last one, every single one of these people has an art book (I know because I read them). Go read them! I'll probably do a part three so deal with it.
