I would've finished it on the 17th but It Was Dark and then I was working on the 18th so I only got a chance to finish it today ):

Anyway!! Remember that running Xen redraw I've done a few times but totally skipped last year for whatever reason, potentially because I hadn't drawn any running poses and it wouldn't have looked very good, and the one I left unfinished the year before?? Yeah, I had one page left in my sketchbook and I was like "hm I wanna do something special..." so I did a redraw!

And, conveniently, whilst I haven't really practised running poses per se, I did animate a run cycle a few weeks prior so I've got a little idea of How It Works

(Im a Fool– I deleted another sketch pic because I thought it was just a mistake but I now recall it was the messier version and this one was the cleaned up one... Hhjhhjg)

Me trying to redesign Xen so her pallette and outfit isn't horribly ugly without completely taking away her original style? It's more likely than you might think,,

Now to find the old versions in my phone's gallery somewhere, yikes–

First: 1/5/15 (to be fair the original wasn't really her running, I just adapted it the next year)

Second: 11-12/6/16

Third: 30/6/17 (with a frame from Pocahontas as a reference, idk why I remember that so clearly)

(Fourth should be 2018, but alas...)

Fourth: 17-19/7/19

I'm generally aware that obviously my art has improved, but I hadn't really realised it until now??

Will I do it next year for five spicy years of improvements?? I hope so.
