There was a thunderstorm and I didn't dare turn on my PC to work on an animatic but I was literally about to go feral if I didn't create anything so I managed to scrape together a traditional art idea with my boi KK

I intended to add highlights but I found my pen had dried up so rip. Idk maybe it kinda adds to his character to have no eye-shines. Also yeah I was trying a more cartoonish art style again bc I've been in this art style crisis for like a year now and I still can't draw frequently enough to do experimenting pages – but! These animatics are helping A LOT I think!! They're making me draw faster and accept mistakes and try to keep things more consistent between frames!

I might use this style for this next L'Manburg animatic I wanna work on to see how I feel about it 🤔
