I was like "okay I'm just gonna chill today because it's Sunday, maybe watch some speedpaints, but even if I get inspired I'm not gonna do any drawing because my wrist needs a break"

New character idea from the song vibes.

Wait no my wrisT–

I only did the sketch on the 7th and then I was wholly planning on taking a break but then Monday arrived and I was like "hey y'know what'd be great?? I should draw full-bodies of the other dragon dudes!!" And I sketched Inigo and his parents, Nox and Ceyx...

Then a few days passed and I had this vivid idea for a bunny hybrid character and sketched her, and she might end up as a sort of unofficial daughter to Fern and Indra?? Idk I'll probably expand upon it if I finish the drawing.

AnYway this new character is called Anchor!!! Are they male? Are they female?? Is that their real name??? Whomst knows!!! They're always tired and can, and will, fall asleep literally anywhere. Since they're always sleepy their personality is super chill and they're just like "okay,,, whatever" to pretty much anything that happens, good or bad. (Now that I think about it,, they absolutely have big Shane Madej vibes,,,, nice) They're best friends with Inigo since childhood and you betcha Anchor steals his shirts and tops at any given opportunity because they love baggy clothing.

I've got a couple of ideas for tiny comic strips to kinda introduce the sort of friendship Anchor and Inigo have, but there's no telling if this weird drawing frenzy will hold up to that point...

I know I say this about basically every new character I make, but wow, words cannot express how much I adore Anchor and their vibe and their colours, and just,,, everything.

(I was scrolling through a unisex names list and, as always, immediately attracted to names starting with A, and then saw the name 'Anchor' and was like "haha that's a name?? What a weird n– I need it." And, I mean... I genuinely tried to scroll further through the list for more names but when my brain is dead set on something like this... There's no stopping it)

And yeah, you know I was listening to Starkid songs again. Pretty much all of the My Mix playlist on YouTube is Starkid stuff. Do I have issues? Maybe. Am I hyped as hell for Black Friday? Yes. Do certain Starkids keep appearing in my dreams? ,, M... Maybe...
