Flower crown kitty :3

I'm a fan of the effect people use when white surrounds them and it's like, engulfing the character, if you know what I mean, so I wanted to try it

And, while it turned out pretty good, it's actually a lot harder to do than I thought it'd be XD

Like, I spent more time on that than the picture altogether. But whatever, it worked XD
