Ah yes. So according to the media, lack of weight is synonymous to beauty.

Hm.

Lemme check the dictionary.

Beauty: a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight.

So, therefore we can assume that different people with different tastes will have different definitions of beauty.

So who is the judge of whether or not this gal was beautiful or not?

Some random ad campaigners? Reporters? Strangers?

With so many diverse and different opinions on beauty in the world, it is literally impossible to solidly declare what is beautiful or not.

It's only logical.

But for some reason, social media and society is flooded and obsessed with the concept of beauty. 

Is she beautiful? No? Why?

Because she doesn't match society's own definition of beauty?

And it's IMPOSSIBLE for one image to be considered the icon of beauty for too long.

Being pale used to be 'beauty'.

People DIED trying to alter themselves to fit it.

It used to be fat.

Having fat meant you were wealthy, it was like a status symbol.

People considered it beauty.

Times change.

Now apparently it's beauty to have little to no fat??

Did you know that with no fat stored up in one's body for long-term energy sources, that your body will start to CANNIBALIZE ITSELF???

Honestly I shouldn't react like this, but every time I see this ad I laugh.

It's all like

HEY LOOK AT THIS DUDE

WELL GUESS WHAT? HE'S DEAD!

It's even better when the ad glitches or whatever and says, Remember him? Well, I died.
