meet Kiki Hirose, in her hero costume! Quirk time, here we go-

her Quirk is called Hand Portal, and it's very self explanatory. She has portals on the back and palms of her hands, but she can close the ones on her palms- not the back ones, though.
Anything that enters one hand comes out the other without losing momentum. For example- a stone is thrown at her full speed. If she catches it in the back of her left hand, it comes hurtling out the palm of her right. An object cannot go through the back of the left and the palm of the left, nor can it go through the back of the left and the back of the right. It's opposites.
If an object is caught but her palm-portals are closed, the object is basically stored until it is opened. It does not lose momentum in the null space, nor can she feel it. If she does this, she can store many objects and let them all out at once.

The drawback is that only things that can fit in the portals can go in, for obvious reasons. If she stores on many objects, there's a chance they could get stuck in her palm, which is painful, to say the least. It doesn't happen often, though.
She also tends to forget if she has something in her portals and has shot herself with rocks and bugs on multiple occasions.
Her portals- and hair, to an extent- glow faintly in the dark. While this could hypothetically be useful, it makes it a hassle to hide at night without giving herself away.
