I got the top part of her dress! I messed up the part under the top frills, so I will fix it when I go over it in Gel Pen. ^^

This is the close-up! I am not exactly proud of her ribbon, nor her top tie thingy. I AM proud of her frills, though! (At the bottom) Like I said, messed up below her top of the dress frills. At least I tried T-T (I was baby-sitting a kid while drawing, so I couldn't really focus. Thats why the top is so messed up xvx)
