I don't really have a technique I just layer crap

So like hair base color first I'll do a blue

if it's uneven do another layer

take a darker color it doesn't have to be too dark

Do these up and down strokes or zigzags

then a blush I get a light pink

Just simple circles on cheeks and nose area

For jacket I'll do red again base color

my coloring is messy so owo
Then shadowing a darker color

add shadows to where the creases would be and where the lighting doesn't hit

For eyes I use a white-ish blue

And I go above the eye anime style I guess

and I don't normally color the skin but I do put a shadow where the neck is

and you're done
