Creepy, I know. But freaking adorable. So let me explain this cat. Well it's a male cat that never shows his face, because of "accidents". I literally have no clue how he's alive with his head chopped off. So he just has a floating head. Um, his name is smiley because of his mask :3 and honestly I think this is my favorite OC so far. So now I have about... 5 oc's I believe..
